Claims (8)

  1. A retractable bollard for parking access reservation or the like with a well (4) for receiving such a bollard, which bollard is composed of an erectile body (22) closed at its upper section, laid out in said well (4) and subject to the action of an electric motorised system (18) for extracting said bollard out of the well by vertical translation or retracting said bollard inside the well, which bollard includes - intrinsic means of energy production which consist of one or several photovoltaic cell(s) (3) enabling, from the solar energy, to charge a battery (19) connected to said motorised system (18), and - remote control means of said motorised system, of the emitter/receiver type (42, 45), characterised in that it is in the form of an erectile hollow body (22) on the upper section whereof is provided a receptacle (25) for housing the photovoltaic cell(s) (3) covered with a transparent protection plate (28), the sizes and the shapes of said erectile body (22) being adapted to penetrate said reception well (4) delineated by a ferrule (5) on the upper rim whereof is positioned a seal (39) resting on the periphery of the outer surface of said erectile hollow body (22), whereas all the control and energy management means, i.e. notably the electric motorised system (18), the battery (19) and the receiver (15) of the remote control means, are housed in the sealed volume defined by said ferrule (5) in the space requirements of said erectile body (22).
  2. A retractable bollard according to claim 1, characterised in that it includes an electronic board (16) adapted to manage the workload of the motorised system (18), which board (16) is power supplied by the energy accumulator (19) which is connected to the photovoltaic cells (3), and which board (16) is situated as an interface between the receiver (15) of the remote control means and said motorised system (18).
  3. A retractable bollard according to anyone of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that it includes a bollard cap (23) which protrudes laterally beyond the space requirements of the ferrule (5) and which includes a peripheral recall (24) oriented downwards.
  4. A retractable bollard according to anyone of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the transparent plate (28) protecting the photovoltaic cells (3) is locked on the bollard cap (23) by means of a screwed head guard (30).
  5. A retractable bollard according to anyone of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that it includes an erectile hollow body (22) topped with a bollard cap (23) extending inwardly via a central pin (31) provided with a rack (32) whereon engages a pinion (33) controlled by the electric motorised system (18), whereas the electronic board (16), the electric motorised system (18), the receiver (15) and the energy accumulator (19) are mounted on fixed supporting means, laid out in the reception well (4).
  6. A retractable bollard according to claim 5, characterised in that it includes a fixed inner shaft (6) provided with a bottom (8), which shaft (6) is laid out in the reception well (4) inside the space requirement of the hollow body (22) topped by the bollard cap (23), and which shaft (6) acts as a support for the motorised system (18), the battery (19), the electronic board (16) and the receiver (15).
  7. A retractable bollard according to claim 6, characterised in that the central pin (31) provided with the rack (32) is guided in a slide (13) which is integral with the fixed shaft (6) and which is provided with inner sliding pads (36).
  8. A retractable bollard according to anyone of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that it includes upper and lower means (43) for stopping the movement of the bollard (1) and means (44) for securing the upward movement between said upper and lower stopping means (43), which are adapted to reverse the manoeuvre when detecting an obstacle.
