Description

The present invention relates to the technical field of roofs or protective screens made from orientable blades opening or closing depending on the climatic conditions.

In the state of the art, it is known, for example by the patent FR 2,947,845 , to achieve a roof from a succession of steerable blades extending parallel to each other along their longitudinal edges. The steerable blades are equipped at each of their ends with a pivot axis supported by a supporting structure comprising posts supporting a support frame of the steerable blades. The orientable blades are driven together pivotally using a motorization system to occupy either a closed position in which the blades are joined by their longitudinal edges or an open position in which the blades are not contiguous for allow the passage of air and light rays of the sun.

The frame of such an installation also includes a rainwater recovery system captured by the blades in the closed position of the roof. The recovery system comprises, for example, gutters defining an open channel above which extend the end edges of the steerable blades. This channel communicates with an exhaust duct extending inside a pole of the bearing structure of the blades.

Compared to a fixed roof that only allows to protect a space from the rain and the sun, this roof also offers the possibility to control, at will, aeration and sunshine of the space it protects while ensuring the recovery and evacuation of rainwater. To increase the time of use of such an installation, it appears the need to bring artificial light and / or heating to the space protected by such a roof. The integration of light sources and / or heating is difficult to carry out because of the constraints of aesthetics and safety to be respected.

The present invention therefore aims to provide a solution to this technical problem by proposing a universal mounting rail for different equipment that integrates with the aesthetics of such a facility while respecting security constraints.

To achieve such an objective, the object of the invention relates to a mounting rail for equipment intended to be part of a frame of a system with adjustable blades forming a protective roof opening and closing.

According to the invention, the mounting rail comprises at least one support profile having a flat bottom support from which rise a first and a second vertical walls forming between them a central compartment opening away from the bottom bearing, the bottom support being equipped inside the central compartment, a hooking system for a support of a heating apparatus, the first and second vertical walls being provided with hooking ribs s extending inside the central compartment and intended to cooperate with latching lugs carried by a closure cover of the central compartment, the first vertical wall being extended at its end by a return flange delimiting with a part of the bottom a first lateral compartment opening laterally relative to the support base, the return wing and the part of the support base being equipped with hooking ribs ant inside the first lateral compartment and intended to cooperate with latching lugs carried by a closure cover or a support of a light source, the second vertical wall delimiting with a portion of the support base, a second lateral compartment in which two attachment ribs extend intended to cooperate with latching lugs carried by a closure cap or a support of a light source.

The Fig. 1 to 3 illustrate by way of example an installation 1 comprising a supporting structure 2 for a series of steerable blades 3 which together form a protective roof opening and closing at will. According to the exemplary embodiment illustrated, the support structure 2 comprises posts 4 of which four support a support frame 5 of the adjustable blades 3. Such an installation 1 is described in detail by the patent. FR 2,947,845 of which only the elements necessary for understanding the invention are described below.

The orientable blades 3 extend one behind the other being parallel to each other and preferably all identical. Each orientable blade 3 has a generally rectangular shape delimited by first and second longitudinal edges 3 1 and 3 2 parallel to each other and interconnected by a first and second end edges 3 3 and 3 4 parallel also between them.

As is more particularly apparent from the Fig. 2 Each adjustable blade 3 comprises a central portion 6 extending over the entire length of the swivel plate 3 and provided at each end edge 3 3, 3 4, a pivot axis 7. The central part 6 of each orientable blade 3 is extended on one side, towards its first longitudinal edge 3 1 , by a flange 8 for collecting rainwater and on the other side towards its second longitudinal edge 3 2 , by a substantially flat flange 9. The collecting wing 8 is delimited opposite the central portion 6 by the edge longitudinal 3 1 which is turned upwards when the swivel wing 3 is in the closed position. The collection wing 8 advantageously has a substantially "V" profile to maximize its rainwater collection capacity.

Of course, the number and dimensions of the steerable blades 3 are adapted to the dimensions of the rectangular surface to be covered. Preferably and as is apparent from the drawings, the steerable blades 3 together form a roof of rectangular shape bounded on the one hand by the longitudinal edge 3 1 of the collection wing of the first blade 3 and the longitudinal edge 3 2 of the plane wing 9 of the last blade 3 and secondly, by the set of first end edges 3 3 of the blades aligned together and by the set of second end edges 3 4 of the blades aligned together.

The blades 3 are all mounted in the same direction so that in the closed position as illustrated in FIG. Fig. 2 , the collecting wing 8 is turned upward with the top of the "V" profile facing downwards or the ground. In the closed position of the blades 3, the collecting wing 8 is located below a horizontal plane passing through the pivot axis 7 while the plane wing 9 extends above this horizontal plane.

The frame 5 comprises a system 20 for collecting rainwater collected by the steerable blades 3 in the closed position of the roof. In the closed position of the slats 3, rain water collected by the various collection wings 8 of the slats 3 is routed to the end edges 3 3, 3 4 in order to be collected by the recovery system 20. Advantageously, it can be provided that all the steerable blades 3 are inclined in the same direction in the longitudinal direction of the blades to ensure the flow of water in a preferred direction to the same end edges by for example, the end edges 3 4 .

In the illustrated example, the recovery system 20 comprises two support gutter beams 22 for the pivot axes 7 of the orientable blades 3. The gutter support beams 22 extend in parallel. one to the other, in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the steerable blades 3 being each located along the end edges 3 3 , 3 4 . As is more particularly apparent from the Fig. 3 , Each support eaves beam 22 defines a channel 23 for collecting rainwater from gathering wings 8 of the slats 3. One of the channels 23 of a support beam gutter 22 is positioned vertically above the assembly of the first end edges 3 3 of the aligned blades 3 while the channel 23 of the other support gutter beam 22 is located vertically above the set of second end edges 3 4 of the aligned blades 3 . The gutter support beams 22 provide both the rainwater collection function collected by the blades 3 and the support of the blades 3.

As more specifically Fig. 1 and 2 The two gutters beams holder 22 are connected together by two connecting eaves beams 24 to form a peripheral frame 25 so that the recovery gutter channels 23 of the four beams 22, 24 communicate with each other to form a single peripheral channel.

All the gutters 22, 24 are identical and each advantageously have a profile in "J". Each gutter beam 22, 24 thus comprises a vertical core 28 extended at right angles to its base by a flat wall 29 at the end of which rises a flange 30 substantially parallel to the core 28 to form together the channel of recovery 23. According to a preferred embodiment, the vertical core 28 is hollow so as to form a hollow box. As is apparent from the Figures, the recovery channel 23 of each support girder beam 22 thus opens upwardly, having above it, all of one of the first or second end edges. 3 3 , 3 4 extending substantially in the middle of the flat wall 29 to allow to collect the best water flowing from the end edges 3 3 , 3 4 . Similarly, the recovery of channels 23 of the eaves beam link 24 are located below the longitudinal edge 3 1 of the wing 8 of the collection first blade 3 and the longitudinal edge 3 2 of the plane wing 9 of the last blade 3 ( Fig. 2 ).

As more specifically Fig. 1 to 3 , Gutters beams 22 and 24 thus form a peripheral frame surrounding the movable blades 3 and to define a single device recovery channel 23. The channel 23 communicates with recovery of at least one delivery duct opening by an inlet opening , preferably made in a plane wall 29.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the connecting girder beams 24 are inclined by the same value in the direction of a support girder beam 22 while the support girder beams 22 are also inclined in the direction of a connecting gutter beam 24 to ensure the collection of water to a low point of the frame 5 located at an angle between a connecting gutter beam 24 and a gutter support beam 22. Advantageously, the conduit is arranged at this angle of link located at the lowest level. According to an embodiment characteristic, the conveying conduit extends inside a support post 4 of the gutter beams 22, 24.

As is more particularly apparent from the Fig. 2 , the installation 1 also comprises a system 45 for motorizing the steerable blades 3, adapted to move them simultaneously so that the longitudinal edge 3 1 of each swiveling blade 3 is joined with the longitudinal edge 3 2 of the adjacent blade 3 to close the roof ( Fig. 1 , 2 ) or not joined to open the roof.

As is apparent from Fig. 3 and following, the object of the invention relates to a mounting rail 50 for equipment 51 1 , 51 2 , 51 3 , 51 4 ..., intended to be fixed on the frame 5 of such a facility. The Fig. 3 to 5 illustrates a first embodiment of a mounting rail 50 in the form of a profile made of metallic material. The mounting rail 50 has a flat bottom support 52 from which rise a first 54 and a second 55 vertical walls delimiting between them and with the portion of the bearing base extending between them, a central compartment 56 opening away from the bearing base 52. The bearing base 52 situated between the two vertical walls 54, 55 is provided with an attachment system 57 for a support 58 of a heater 51 1 . The attachment system 57 and the support 58 will be described more precisely in the following description.

The two vertical walls 54, 55 are provided with hooking ribs 60 extending inside the central compartment 56 vis-à-vis each other. These attachment ribs 60 are intended to cooperate with latching tabs 62 carried by a closure lid 63 of the central compartment 56. According to a preferred embodiment, the first 54 and second 55 vertical walls are provided with stops 64 for the latching lugs 62 carried by the closure lid 63 of the central compartment 56. The stops 64 extend inside the central compartment 56 close to the engagement ribs 60 to limit the depression of the lid 63 and to ensure that holding it in assembled position on the mounting rail 50.

The closure cover 63 thus has a flat face 63 1 from which project from both sides, the detent tabs 62 formed by flexible wings provided with lugs and extending over the entire length of the lid. According to an alternative embodiment, the closure cover 63 is provided with one or more apparatus 51 2 such as a recessed lighting source such as a light spot. Advantageously, the central compartment 56 serves as a passage sleeve for the electrical connection wires with the recessed lighting source (s) 51 2 .

According to another characteristic, the mounting rail 50 also comprises a first lateral compartment 66 opening laterally with respect to the bearing base 52 and next to the central compartment 56 being separated from the latter by the first vertical wall 54. first side wall 54 is extended at its opposite end from that connected to the bottom 52 of the support , by a return wing 68 extending parallel to a part 52 1 of the bearing base extending beyond the first vertical wall 54. The first lateral compartment 66 is thus delimited by the first vertical wall 54, the part 52 1 of the support base 52 and the wing back 68.

The return wing 68 and the part 52 1 of the bearing base 52 are equipped with hooking ribs 70 extending inside the first lateral compartment 66. Preferably, the hooking ribs 70 extend near the first vertical wall 54 which serves as a stop for locking tabs 72 carried by a closure cover 73 or a support 74 of an apparatus 51 3 such as a light source. The latching tabs 72 are intended to cooperate with the fastening ribs 70 to ensure assembly on the mounting rail, the closure cover 73 or the support 74.

For example, the closure cover 73 has a planar face 73 1 from which protrude from both sides, the detent tabs 72 formed by flexible wings provided with lugs and extending over the entire length of the cover 73. The closure cover 73 makes it possible to close the first lateral compartment 66 ( Fig. 3 ) by contacting the plane face 73 1 of the cover on the return wing 68 and the part 52 1 of the support base 52.

According to an embodiment variant illustrated on the Fig. 4 and 7 , the support 74 of the light source 51 3 is in the form of a profile provided with the two detent tabs 72 intended to cooperate with the attachment ribs 70 arranged on the return wing 68 and on the part 52 1 of the support base 52. These two detent tabs 72 extend from a partition 76 supporting a wall cladding 78 having in the example shown, a curved profile. This facing wall 78 is extended by a cover 79 extending recessed with respect to the partition 76 for delimiting an open mounting volume 81 for a light source 51 3 such as a light-emitting diode light beam for example. This mounting volume 81 opens towards the extension of the support base 52 and laterally with respect to this direction to have an indirect lighting directed upwards ie the frame 5 in the illustrated example ( Fig. 3 ). The light source 51 3 can simply be placed on the partition 76 with the possibility of passage of the electrical connection wires inside the first lateral compartment 66.

According to the exemplary embodiment illustrated in Fig. 3 to 5 , the mounting rail 50 has a symmetrical shape. According to this example, the second vertical wall 55 is extended at its opposite end from that connected to the bearing base 52, by a return flange 83 extending parallel to a portion 52 2 of the bearing base 52 extending to the second vertical wall 55. The return wing 83, the second vertical wall 55 and the portion 52 2 of the bearing base 52 delimit a second lateral compartment 85 opening laterally with respect to the bearing base 52 .

The return wing 83 of the second vertical wall 55 and the portion 52 2 of the bearing base 52 are provided with two attachment ribs 86 intended to cooperate with the latching tabs 72 carried by the cover 73 or the support 74 of the light source 51 3 . Preferably, the hooking ribs 86 extend near the second vertical wall 55 to serve as a stop for the latching tabs 72.

Thus, as is apparent from the foregoing description, the mounting rail 50 allows the mounting of one or two supports 74 of a light source on one or both sides of the mounting rail 50. the absence of one or both supports 74, each lateral compartment 66, 85 not equipped with a support 74 is closed by means of a closure cover 73.

The Fig. 8 and 9 illustrate another alternative embodiment of a mounting rail 50 made asymmetrically. The common elements with the mounting rail described in Fig. 4 and 5 have the same references and are not described again. According to this second embodiment, the second side compartment 85 does not open but laterally away from the support base 52. To this end, the second vertical wall 55 extends parallel to an extension 52 of the bottom 3 support 52 extending to the square from the bottom part 52 2 bearing 52 extending beyond the second vertical wall 55. In this variant, the mounting rail 50 does not include the return wing 83. However, the mounting rail 50 has all the other characteristics of the rail described above.

According to this example, the extension 52 3 of the bearing base 52 and the second vertical wall 55 are provided with attachment ribs 86 intended to cooperate with the latching tabs 72 carried by the cover 73. Preferably, the extension 52 3 and the second vertical wall 55 are provided with stops 88 for the latching lugs 72. the second side compartment 85 which opens in the opposite direction of the supporting base 50 is intended to receive the support of an apparatus 51 4 such as a partition or a cloister. The first lateral compartment 66 is intended as explained in relation to Fig. 3 and 4 , to be closed by a closure cover 73 or a support 74 of a lighting source.

As can be seen from the figures, the mounting rail 50 according to its first or second variant embodiment is adapted to receive, at its central compartment 56, either a closure cover 63 with or without a lighting spot, or a support 58 of a heating apparatus 51 1 .

As illustrated in Fig. 10 , the support 58 of the heating apparatus 51 1 is intended to be assembled to the attachment system 57 of the mounting rail 50. For example, the attachment system 57 comprises two support legs extending from the bottom 52 being oriented towards one another to form a slide for the support 58.

According to a preferred embodiment, the support 58 comprises a pivot 90 for orienting the heater 51 1 relative to the mounting rail 50. For example, the support 58 has a hooking portion 91 to the mounting rail 50 and an attachment portion 92 to the heater 51 1 , interconnected by the pivot 90. For example, the hooking portions 91, 92 are made identically, by two tabs engaging for the attachment portion 91 to the mounting rail 50, in the slideway 57 of the mounting rail 50 and for the portion hooking 92 to the heater 51 1 , in a slide 94 carried by said apparatus and constituted by two tabs oriented towards each other.

For example, the tabs of the slide 94 extend from the bottom 97 1 of a half-casing 97 forming part of the heater 51 1 . The half-casing 97 is assembled to a radiator half-casing 98 incorporating electrical heating resistors and provided with radiation fins. The half-housings 97, 98 are nested one inside the other and are assembled together using assembly pins 99 carried for example by the end closure plates 100 and adapted to engage in grooves 101 provided inside the half-housings 97, 98.

Preferably, the support 58 of the heating apparatus 51 1 is formed in two parts to support a heater 51 1 . The mounting of such a heating apparatus 51 1 on the mounting rail 50 is relatively easy to carry out since it suffices to slip insert the two parts of the support 58 into the slideway 57 of the mounting rail 50. The heater 51 1 can thus be positioned at any point along the mounting rail, with the possibility of being pivoted to heat a space not located vertically above the mounting rail 50.

It will be clear from the foregoing description that the mounting rail 50 equipped with one or two supports 74 of a light source 51 3 , the support 58 of the heater 51 1 and the closing lids 63, 73 form a assembly assembly complete for an installation with adjustable blades 3. Such an assembly allows, according to the needs, to mount on such an installation, one or more direct light sources 51 2 or indirect 51 3 , a heating apparatus 51 1 and / or a partition 51 4 . The mounting of such apparatus is achieved simply with the possibility of hiding and protecting the electrical wires inside the compartments of the mounting rail 50.

The mounting rail 50 may be part of all or part of the frame 5 of the installation. According to the variant embodiment, the mounting rail 50 is fixed below the gutter beam (s) 22, 24. According to this variant, the mounting rail 50 is fixed to the gutter beam 22, 24 by means of fastening type screw, being anchored in the constituent housing of the vertical flange 28 in the girder beam 22, 24. Of course, the mounting rail 50 is in the form of profiles having one or more standard lengths, with the possibility of being cross-checked on demand. It can thus be provided to equip the entire lower face of the gutter beams 22, 24 forming a peripheral frame, with a mounting rail according to the invention, allowing the user to equip it at the request of various devices and / or lids. Similarly, it may be provided to mount such a mounting rail 50 between two gutters 22 or 24, so that it extends above the space protected by the adjustable blades 3.

According to another variant embodiment, the mounting rail 50 is an integral part of the gutter beams 22, 24. According to this variant embodiment, the flat wall 29 of the gutter beams forms the flat bearing base 52 of the mounting rail 50. this case, the mounting rail 50 is not reported on the gutter beams since it is made during the manufacture of gutters beams.

The invention is not limited to the examples described and shown since various modifications can be made without departing from its scope as defined by the appended claims.
