Claims (19)
- Distributeur portatif pour distribuer un produit cosmétique coloré, notamment un fond de teint, comportant au moins deux réservoirs (2,3 ; 51,52) agencés pour permettre de distribuer les produits (A ; B) qu'ils contiennent dans des proportions choisies par l'utilisateur et une chambre de mélange à l'intérieur de laquelle les produits contenus dans les réservoirs sont distribués et peuvent se mélanger, la chambre de mélange étant agencée pour permettre à l'utilisateur d'observer la teinte du mélange obtenu avant de le prélever, les produits (A ; B) contenus dans les réservoirs présentant des teintes différentes, distributeur caractérisé par le faita) qu'il comporte au moins un agitateur (11, 12 ; 70, 71) mobile dans ladite chambre de mélange (42 ; 60) et un piston (9 ; 61) permettant de distribuer le produit contenu dans la chambre de mélange (42 ; 60),b) et par le fait que le piston estsoit mobile par rapport aux réservoirs (2, 3) auquel cas celui-ci est muni de premiers moyens d'accrochage (35) et l'agitateur est muni de seconds moyens d'accrochage (34), agencés pour pouvoir coopérer avec lesdits premiers moyens d'accrochage afin de permettre d'accoupler l'agitateur (12) et le piston (9) après le mélange (42) des produits contenus dans la chambre de mélange et d'utiliser le déplacement de l'agitateur pour entraíner le piston (9) et distribuer le mélange,soit fixe relativement aux réservoirs (51, 52), auquel cas la chambre de mélange est délimitée par une tête de distribution (62) montée à coulissement relativement au piston (61).

- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'agitateur comporte une tige de commande (11 ; 71).
- Distributeur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'agitateur (11, 12 ; 70, 71) est mobile axialement selon l'axe (X) de la tige de commande (11 ; 71) et mobile en rotation autour de l'axe (X) de la tige de commande (11 ; 71).
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les premiers moyens d'accrochage se présentent sous la forme d'ergots (35) ayant un corps (36) et une tête élargie (37), par le fait que les seconds moyens d'accrochage se présentent sous la forme de lumières (34) comprenant chacune à une extrémité une ouverture (35) ayant une taille suffisante pour permettre le passage de la tête (37) d'un ergot (35) lorsque l'agitateur est déplacé axialement et une ouverture étroite (39) dans laquelle le corps (36) d'un ergot (35) peut s'engager après que l'agitateur ait été entraíné en rotation autour de son axe X, cette ouverture étroite (39) étant moins large que la tête (37) de l'ergot associé afin de permettre d'accoupler l'agitateur et le piston et de pouvoir entraíner en déplacement axial le piston conjointement avec l'agitateur.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'agitateur comporte un disque ajouré (12 ; 70).
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la chambre de mélange communique avec un embout de distribution (26 ; 66) équipé d'un clapet (27 ; 67) taré pour s'ouvrir lorsque le volume de la chambre de mélange diminue.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte une vanne (7) à au moins deux voies, capable de prendre une première position (fig.5) dans laquelle la chambre de mélange (42) communique avec l'un (3) des réservoirs et une seconde position (fig.6) dans laquelle la chambre de mélange (42) communique avec un autre (4) réservoir, ainsi qu'une troisième position (fig.8) dans laquelle la chambre de mélange (42) est isolée des réservoirs.
- Distributeur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la chambre de mélange (42) communique en permanence avec l'embout de distribution (26), ce dernier étant équipé d'un clapet (27) qui s'ouvre seulement lorsque le volume de la chambre de mélange diminue et que la vanne (7) est dans sa troisième position.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que chaque réservoir (2, 3 ; 51, 52) est équipé d'un piston (17 ; 18 ; 53 ; 54) permettant de distribuer le produit dans la chambre de mélange (42 ; 60).
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les réservoirs et la chambre de mélange sont situés dans un boítier (4 ; 55) dont le corps (5 ; 56) est réalisé au moins partiellement dans un matériau transparent.
- Distributeur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un couvercle (7) pouvant tourner relativement au corps du boítier (56).
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que lors du remplissage de la chambre de mélange (60), la tête de distribution (62) se soulève.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les réservoirs comportent, chacun, un piston (17 ; 18 ; 53 ; 54) immobilisé par friction, les forces de friction étant suffisantes pour que le piston ne se déplace pas dans le réservoir lorsque le volume de la chambre de mélange diminue pour distribuer le mélange obtenu.
- Distributeur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un organe de pressurisation (80) à actionner pour créer une surpression sur la face extérieure des pistons (53, 54) contenus dans les réservoirs afin de provoquer leur avancement.
- Distributeur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que ledit organe de pressurisation comporte un soufflet (80).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 15 et 16, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte au moins un organe restricteur d'écoulement (87) permettant d'introduire une perte de charge réglable entre l'organe de pressurisation (80) et la face extérieure d'un piston (53) afin de modifier sa vitesse d'avancement dans le réservoir lors de l'actionnement de l'organe de pressurisation (80).
- Distributeur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que ledit organe restricteur d'écoulement comporte un disque (87) traversé par des orifices de sections croissantes (88a, 88b, 88c, 88d) permettant d'introduire différentes pertes de charge.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 18, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de pressurisation (80) permet d'appliquer simultanément une surpression sur la face extérieure de tous les pistons (53, 54) des réservoirs.
