Claims (13)
- シール材を動的に計量するための装置であって、前記装置が、
シール材成分のための2個の容器と、
2個のデバイスに接続された第1の駆動部であり、前記2個のデバイスの各々がその容器から前記シール材成分のうちの1つを輸送することができる、第1の駆動部と、
駆動コントローラと、
前記容器から輸送された前記シール材成分を混合するための混合ユニットであり、前記シール材を構成要素に施すための開口を有する、混合ユニットと
を含み、
前記装置が、追加として、
補償容積部をもつ補償容器と、
前記補償容器の前記補償容積部内に達するピストンに接続された第2の駆動部と
を含み、
前記補償容器が前記混合ユニットに接続され、前記第1の駆動部および前記第2の駆動部が、前記駆動コントローラによって動的に一緒に制御され得る、装置。 - 前記第1の駆動部および/または第2の駆動部が、どちらの場合もサーボ駆動部である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 2個の輸送デバイスがピストンであり、前記ピストンの1個ずつが、シール材成分のための前記容器のうちの1個の中に達し、前記容器が貯蔵容器である、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 2個の輸送デバイスが、ポンプ、より詳細には、偏心スクリューポンプまたはスクープピストンポンプである、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記2個の輸送デバイスが、偏心スクリューポンプであり、シール材成分のための前記容器が、各々シール材成分で連続的に充填され得る開放型容器である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記混合ユニットが、静的混合器である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記補償容器が、プラスチックのカートリッジ、または清掃することが容易な構成要素である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、2成分混合および計量システムである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、化学線の統合源を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- シール材を動的に計量するための方法であって、
請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の前記装置の前記容器が各々1個のシール材成分で充填され、前記シール材成分が混合ユニットにおいて混合され、前記結果として生じたシール材が、前記第1の駆動部により前記容器から前記シール材成分を輸送することによって構成要素に施され、
前記駆動コントローラに事前設定された臨界値より下の計量速度は、前記容器からの前記シール材成分の輸送速度を前記計量速度の前記臨界値まで低下させ、前記補償容器が充填される速度が前記臨界値と前記計量速度の実現値との間の差に対応するように前記補償容器を前記第2の駆動部によりシール材で充填することによって実現される、方法。 - 前記計量速度が再び少なくとも前記臨界値まで上昇する場合、前記容器からの前記シール材成分の前記輸送は停止され、前記シール材は、前記補償容器内の前記シール材が使い果たされるまで、前記第2の駆動部により前記補償容器から輸送される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記計量速度が再び少なくとも前記臨界値まで上昇する場合、前記第1の駆動部による前記容器からの前記シール材成分および前記第2の駆動部による前記補償容器からの前記シール材成分の前記輸送は、前記補償容器内の前記シール材が使い果たされるまで、同時に行われる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記シール材が、化学線による照射の後でのみ実質的に硬化するシール材である、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
