Claims (10)
- Ferrure de commande (9, 41, 71, 101, 131) pour un ouvrant coulissant (2) dont le montant avant est constitué par un profilé (1, 143) présentant deux parois latérales apparentes (3, 4) entre lesquelles est ménagée une chambre (5) intérieure du profilé (1, 143), ladite ferrure (9, 41, 71, 101, 131) comprenant un corps (12, 42) agencé de manière à pénétrer dans la chambre (5) à travers une ouverture (8, 10) ménagée sur la paroi apparente correspondante (3, 4) du profilé (1, 143), et une plaque de couverture (13) faisant partie intégrante du corps (12) et adaptée à être pressée contre la face externe (14, 48) de la paroi correspondante (3, 4) pour recouvrir et fermer ladite ouverture (8, 10), la ferrure (9, 41, 71, 101, 131) comportant au voisinage de chaque extrémité un organe de fixation comprenant des moyens adaptés à prendre appui sur le profilé (1, 143) et sur le corps (12, 42) pour presser la plaque de couverture (13) contre ladite paroi apparente correspondante (3, 4), l'un au moins de ces organes de fixation étant réglable entre une première position dans laquelle il est possible d'introduire le corps (12, 42) à travers ladite ouverture (8, 10), et une seconde position dans laquelle la plaque de couverture (13) est pressée contre ladite paroi correspondante (3, 4), caractérisée en ce que ledit organe de fixation réglable (20, 40, 76, 102, 121, 162) comprend un élément rotatif de serrage (25, 47, 77, 103, 123, 134, 135, 136, 151, 164) agencé de manière à prendre appui en un endroit autre que la face apparente (15) de la plaque de couverture (13) de façon à ne pas être visible sur la face apparente (3, 4) correspondante du profilé (1, 143), ledit organe rotatif de serrage étant agencé pour créer, ou pour actionner ou bloquer des moyens créant, une force de serrage de la plaque de couverture (13) contre ladite paroi apparente (3, 4) correspondante du profilé (1, 143).
- Ferrure de commande selon la revendication 1, ladite ferrure de commande étant une coquille de manoeuvre (9) adaptée à être fixée sur la paroi extérieure (3) du profilé (1), caractérisée en ce que l'élément rotatif de serrage est une vis (25) agencée de manière à être vissée dans une direction (26) sensiblement perpendiculaire à ladite paroi extérieure (3) depuis l'ouverture (10) ménagée dans la paroi intérieure (4) dudit profilé (1), ladite vis (25) étant par exemple adaptée à être vissée dans un trou taraudé (27) ménagé dans un élément de butée (21) pressé par un ressort (22) contre le bord transversal (23) de l'ouverture (8) de ladite paroi extérieure (3), afin de serrer ledit élément de butée (21) contre une cloison (28) solidaire de ladite coquille (9).
- Ferrure de commande selon la revendication 1, ladite ferrure de commande étant une ferrure de verrouillage (41) adaptée à être fixée sur la paroi intérieure (4) du profilé (1) et comportant un boítier (42) profilé à section transversale sensiblement en forme de U à l'intérieur duquel coulisse longitudinalement un ensemble coulissant (44), caractérisée en ce que le moyen rotatif de serrage (47) est agencé de manière à être actionné depuis la face apparente (48) de ladite paroi intérieure (4) à travers un trou (49) ménagé dans la plaque de couverture (13) ou dans une paroi dudit ensemble coulissant (44), ledit trou (49) pouvant être obturé par un cache amovible (50).
- Ferrure de commande selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le moyen rotatif de serrage (47) est une vis (47) adaptée à être vissée dans un écrou (51) solidaire du boítier (42) et à déplacer, soit de manière coulissante par effet de came, soit de manière rotative, un élément de butée (52, 53) agencé de manière à prendre appui sur le boítier (42) et comportant à une extrémité (54) une surface (55) ayant en section droite une forme prédéterminée adaptée à prendre appui sur l'arête interne (56) et/ou sur la face interne (57) du bord transversal correspondant (58) de l'ouverture (10).
- Ferrure de commande (71) selon la revendication 1, le corps (12) comportant au moins au niveau de l'organe de fixation réglable (76) une section droite sensiblement en U comprenant deux ailes (72, 73) sensiblement parallèles, caractérisée en ce que l'élément rotatif de serrage est une vis (77) traversant chacune des deux ailes (72, 73) par un trou lisse et agencée de manière à déplacer au moins un élément de butée (78, 87, 92) pour presser une surface ayant en section droite une forme prédéterminée dudit élément (78, 87, 92) contre l'arête interne (56) et/ou la face interne (57) du bord transversal correspondant (58) de l'ouverture (10).
- Ferrure de commande selon la revendication 1, le corps (12) comportant au moins au niveau de l'organe de fixation réglable (121) une section droite sensiblement en U comprenant deux ailes (72, 73) sensiblement parallèles, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de serrage rotatif (123) est agencé de manière à tourner autour d'un axe (124) sensiblement perpendiculaire à la plaque de couverture (13) et comporte au moins une saillie adaptée à être située entre les deux ailes (72, 73) pour l'introduction du corps (12) dans l'ouverture et à faire saillie à travers une lumière (127, 128) ménagée dans l'aile (72, 73) correspondante du corps (12), pour prendre appui à la fois sur la face interne et l'arête interne du bord latéral correspondant (110, 111) de l'ouverture (10) d'une part, et sur le bord de la lumière (127, 128) de l'aile (72, 73) d'autre part, lorsque l'on tourne l'élément rotatif de serrage (123) d'un angle au plus égal à 90° environ.
- Ferrure de commande selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de serrage rotatif (123) comporte à chaque extrémité d'un diamètre une saillie (125, 126) en forme de coin, chaque saillie (125, 126) étant adaptée à être située entre les deux ailes (72, 73) pour l'introduction du corps (12) dans l'ouverture, et à faire saillie à travers une lumière (127, 128) ménagée dans l'aile (72, 73) correspondante du corps (12), pour prendre appui à la fois sur la face interne et l'arête interne du bord latéral correspondant (110, 111) de l'ouverture (10) d'une part, et sur le bord de la lumière (127, 128) de l'aile (72, 73), d'autre part, lorsque l'on tourne l'élément rotatif de serrage (123) d'un angle au plus égal à 90° environ.
- Ferrure de commande selon la revendication 1, le corps (12, 42) comportant au moins au niveau de l'organe de fixation réglable une section droite sensiblement en forme de U comprenant deux ailes (72, 73) sensiblement parallèles présentant le cas échéant chacune le long de leur bord libre un repli (95, 96) en direction de l'autre aile (73, 72), caractérisée en ce que l'organe de fixation réglable comprend un élément d'appui (139, 140, 141, 152, 166) muni de moyens (132, 133) agencés de manière à prendre appui sur le corps (12, 42), et en ce que l'élément rotatif de serrage (134, 135, 136, 151, 164) et l'élément d'appui (139, 140, 141, 152, 166) comportent des moyens respectifs complémentaires les uns des autres pour presser la plaque de couverture (13) contre la face apparente (48) correspondante du profilé (1, 143) lorsque l'on tourne ou lorsque l'on introduit l'élément de serrage rotatif (134, 135, 136, 151, 164) à travers une lumière ménagée dans le chant (6, 137) du profilé (1, 143) dans un trou de l'élément d'appui (139, 140, 141, 152, 166) s'étendant au moins dans la direction transversale (83) du corps (12, 42).
- Ferrure de commande selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que l'élément rotatif de serrage (134, 135, 136, 151) est agencé de manière à prendre appui sur les bords d'au moins un trou ménagé dans l'une au moins ou chacune des deux parois (6, 7 ; 137, 138) transversales du profilé (1, 143), et en ce que le trou ménagé dans l'élément d'appui (139, 140, 141, 152) s'étend sensiblement dans la direction transversale (83) du corps (12, 42).
- Ferrure de commande selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le corps (12) comporte sur la face externe d'une aile (161), au moins au niveau de l'organe de fixation réglable (162), un ergot (163) agencé de manière à venir en prise avec la face interne du bord latéral correspondant (110) de l'ouverture (10) lorsque ledit corps (12) a été introduit dans la chambre (5) puis glissé contre ledit bord (110) et en ce que l'élément rotatif de serrage (164) est une vis (164) adaptée à être vissée dans un trou taraudé (165) ménagé dans l'élément d'appui (166) et s'étendant en biais vers le bord latéral (111) de l'ouverture (10) opposé à l'ergot (163) et vers la plaque de couverture (13) de façon telle que l'extrémité de la vis (164) vient, dans la position vissée de la vis, prendre appui contre la face interne et l'arête interne dudit bord latéral opposé (111) de l'ouverture ( 10).
