Description
- La Figure 1 est une vue éclatée en coupe partielle des diverses pièces qui constituent la poignée conforme à l'invention.
- La Figure 2 est une vue extérieure et en coupe partielle, à plus grande échelle, du pion transversal de verrouillage et de la bague cylindrique de maintien de ce dernier vis-à-vis de la tige, cette bague étant représentée en appui contre l'embase de positionnement.
- La Figure 3 est une vue en coupe transversale de l'embase de positionnement et de la rondelle intercalaire illustrant le système à crabot porté par celle-ci.
- La Figure 4 illustre les pièces de la poignée dans leur position de montage relatif, une fois ces pièces convenablement assemblées.
- La Figure 5 montre très schématiquement en coupe le mécanisme d'actionnement de la crémone commandant l'ouverture ou la fermeture de la porte ou fenêtre.
- Les Figures 6 à 9 sont des vues qui représentent de façon plus synthétique les différents éléments de la poignée, en permettant d'expliciter la manière dont celle-ci est mise en place et encliquetée en position par le pion de verrouillage.
- Les Figures 10 à 12 sont des vues analogues explicitant la manière dont la poignée peut être démontée après sa mise en place, sans nécessiter l'intervention d'aucun outil particulier.
Claims (8)
- Poignée démontable, du type comportant un corps de manoeuvre (2), muni axialement d'une tige (11) apte à pénétrer à travers un orifice de passage (51) pratiquement de même section que la tige, prévu dans un profilé (46) de l'ouvrant d'une porte ou fenêtre, l'extrémité (36) de cette tige étant aménagée pour venir en prise, lorsque la poignée est appliquée contre le profilé, avec un mécanisme (38) monté dans un boítier (39) logé à l'intérieur du profilé pour l'actionnement d'une crémone, réalisant l'ouverture ou la fermeture de l'ouvrant mobile par rapport à un dormant fixe, la tige comportant un pion transversal de verrouillage (26) soumis à l'action d'un ressort de poussée (29) de manière à faire saillie vers l'extérieur de la tige ou à s'effacer dans celle-ci à l'encontre de ce ressort afin de permettre le franchissement de l'orifice de passage par ce pion lors de la mise en place de la poignée, avant que ce pion, à l'intérieur du profilé, ne revienne en saillie par rapport à la tige pour empêcher son retrait en sens inverse, et une embase de positionnement (13), de forme générale cylindrique, disposée en regard de l'orifice de passage du côté extérieur de l'ouvrant et traversée en son centre par la tige, cette embase s'emboítant à l'extrémité du corps de la poignée qui peut néanmoins tourner dans celle-ci pour actionner la crémone, caractérisée en ce que l'embase comprend des moyens (48, 49) propres à la bloquer en rotation par rapport au profilé et en ce que la poignée comporte, d'une part une rondelle intercalaire (22), présentant un alésage (24) de même section que la tige qui la traverse, logée dans l'embase et soumise à l'effet d'un ressort de compression (6) qui l'applique contre le fond (15) de l'embase, lui-même en appui contre le profilé, la rondelle et l'embase comprenant dans leurs faces en regard, un système de crabot (20, 21), propre à limiter la rotation du corps de manoeuvre et de la tige portant la rondelle, transmise à la crémone, et d'autre part une butée de blocage amovible (34), portée par l'embase, propre à modifier la course possible du corps de manoeuvre en translation selon l'axe de la tige à l'encontre du ressort de compression, l'extrémité de la tige étant selon le cas, en prise avec le mécanisme d'actionnement de la crémone ou dégagée de celui-ci, la tige et le corps étant alors libres en rotation.
- Poignée démontable selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la tige (11) solidaire du corps de manoeuvre (2) présente une partie courante (17) de section droite circulaire et comporte à son extrémité une clé d'entraínement (36) ou similaire, apte à venir coopérer avec une forme homologue (41) prévue dans le mécanisme (38) d'actionnement de la crémone, la partie courante et l'extrémité de la tige étant séparées par une zone de liaison (37) de plus faible section.
- Poignée démontable selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le boítier (39) contenant le mécanisme (38) d'actionnement de la crémone est adapté de telle sorte que, selon la position axiale de la tige, ce mécanisme soit en prise avec la clé d'entraínement (36) ou dégagé de celle-ci lorsque la zone de liaison (37) est amenée au droit de ce mécanisme.
- Poignée démontable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le pion transversal de verrouillage (26) de la tige (11) est monté dans un logement borgne (27), ménagé perpendiculairement à celle-ci et contre le fond duquel est appliqué le ressort de poussée (29) qui s'appuie à l'opposé sur une portée épaulée (31) du pion, en exerçant un effort propre à faire saillir celui-ci hors du contour de la tige.
- Poignée démontable selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le pion transversal (26) est associé à une bague de maintien (30), cylindrique, traversée par la tige (11) et disposée au droit du pion, lequel s'engage à son extrémité faisant saillie dans un orifice (33) prévu dans la bague, qui maintient le pion prisonnier dans le logement (27) de la tige par sa portée épaulée (31).
- Poignée démontable selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'embase de positionnement (13) comporte un lamage circulaire (18) dans sa face opposée à la rondelle intercalaire (22), ce lamage étant adapté à recevoir la bague de maintien cylindrique (30) qui peut librement tourner avec la tige (11) par rapport à l'embase.
- Poignée démontable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la butée de blocage amovible (34) portée par l'embase de positionnement (13) est constituée par une vis transversale, notamment du genre vis sans tête à commande au moyen d'une clé dite "Allen", qui coopère avec un trou taraudé (35) prévu latéralement dans l'embase de manière à amener son extrémité sur une distance suffisante à l'intérieur de celle-ci pour constituer une portée sur laquelle s'appuie l'extrémité du corps de manoeuvre (2).
- Poignée démontable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la tige (11) est solidarisée en permanence du corps de manoeuvre (2) au moyen d'une autre vis de fixation transversale (12) portée par le corps et qui vient bloquer l'extrémité de la tige qui pénètre dans une cavité adaptée (9) du corps.
