Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von elektrischen Heizkörpern von Spritzgießwerkzeugen in Form einer Heizpatrone oder eines Rohrheizkörpers, bestehend aus einem metallischen Mantelrohr, Heizleitern und Isoliermasse, wobei in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt die Heizleiter in Isoliermasse in dem Mantelrohr eingebettet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem weiteren Verfahrensschritt das Mantelrohr mittels eines Walz- oder Rollvorganges verdichtet und gleichzeitig mit einer Kontur versehen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr mit einer Ringwellformkontur versehen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr mit einer Gewindekontur versehen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr mit einer Gewindekontur in Ringwellform ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontur mäanderartig ausgebildet wird, wobei breite Ringzonen abwechselnd mit schmalen Ringzonen aufgebracht werden, wobei vorzugsweise die Wandstärke im Bereich der schmalen Ringzonen gegenüber der Wandstärke der breiten Ringzonen vermindert wird und die schmalen Ringzonen im Durchmesser stärker reduziert werden als die breiten Ringzonen, woraus eine gute Biegbarkeit im Bereich der schmalen Ringzonen um die Längsmittelachse des Heizkörpers resultiert.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontur zu Flachringelementen geformt wird, denen jeweils benachbart V-förmig radial eingedrückte Bereiche folgen, um die Biegbarkeit des Heizkörpers um seine Mittellängsachse im Bereich V-förmigen Bereiche zu ermöglichen.
