Claims (4)
- Antennenspule in Miniaturausführung für elektronische Fahrzeug-Schließsysteme, bestehend aus einem prismatischen, auf einen Kunststoffkörper (1) aufgesetzten Ferritkern (2), wobei der Kunststoffkörper (1) an seinen Enden Metallkontakte (5) zur Oberflächenmontage (SMD) der Antennenspule, trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoffkörper (1) im Bereich der Längenausdehnung des Ferritkernes (2) nicht breiter ist als dieser und mit diesem zusammen mit dem Spulendraht (3) umwickelt ist.
- Antennenspule nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gegenüber dem Ferritkern (2) verbreiterten Enden (4) des Kunststoffkörpers (1) jenen bis zum Wicklungsbeginn umfassen und in ihrer Höhe zusammen mit den Metallkontakten (5) den Wicklungsraum (6) für die spätere Montage der Antennenspule auf einer Leiterplatte (7) bestimmen.
- Antennenspule nach einem der bisherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallkontakte aus jeweils einem Metallstreifen (5) bestehen, welcher in eine Umfangsrille (9) rund um das verbreiterte Ende (4) des Kunststoffkörpers (1) eingelegt ist, wobei die beiden Enden des Metallstreifens (5) V-förmig in eine Vertiefung (10) in der Umfangsrille (9) eingedrückt sind.
- Antennenspule nach einem der bisherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ferritkern (2) einen T-förmigen Querschnitt hat und der senkrechte Schenkel (8) des "T" in eine Tasche des Kunststoffkörpers (1) eingeklebt ist.
