Claims (6)
- Gebindepackung für eine Gruppe von Zigarettenpackungen (10), die allseitig von einer Außenumhüllung (11) aus faltbarem Verpackungsmaterial, wie Papier, Folie, dünnem Karton, umgeben ist, wobei die Zigarettenpackungen (10) in zwei Packungsreihen (12, 13) angeordnet sind, derart, dass zwischen den Packungsreihen (12, 13) eine durchgehende, geradlinige Teilungsebene (14) entsteht und wobei eine Seitenwand (18) der Außenumhüllung (11) eine Schwächungslinie aufweist, insbesondere eine Perforationslinie (27), gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die Teilungsebene (14) erstreckt sich im Bereich einer durch Überlappung und Verbindung von Randstreifen (21, 23) gebildeten Seitenwand (18) der Außenumhüllung (11),b) die Schwächungslinie bzw. die Perforationslinie (27) erstreckt sich außerhalb der durch die Randstreifen (21, 23) gebildeten Überlappung (24) entlang der Teilungsebene (14).
- Gebindepackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Perforationslinie (27) im Bereich des äußeren Randstreifens (21) gebildet ist, wobei sich der (äußere) Randstreifen (21) nahezu über die volle Breite der Seitenwand (18) erstreckt und die Überlappung (24) versetzt zur mittig verlaufenden Perforationslinie (27) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Anbringen einer Schwächungslinie, insbesondere einer Perforationslinie (27), an einer Materialbahn (29) oder an einem Zuschnitt aus faltbarem Verpackungsmaterial, wie Papier, Folie, dünnem Karton, insbesondere zur Bildung einer Außenumhüllung (11) einer Packung für eine Gruppe von Zigarettenpackungen (10), wobei der Zuschnitt bzw. die Materialbahn (29) durch ein Perforationsaggregat (30) mit einem Perforationswerkzeug hindurch leitbar ist, welches während einer Stillstandsphase des Zuschnitts bzw. der Materialbahn (29) eine quer gerichtete Perforationslinie (27) an dem Zuschnitt bzw. der Materialbahn (29) anbringt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Perforationswerkzeug ein Perforationsmesser ist, welches aus einer Mehrzahl von nebeneinander angeordneten, sägezahnartig ausgebildeten Messerspitzen (65) besteht, die zum Herstellen einer Perforationslinie (27) in einem Arbeitstakt gegen den Zuschnitt bzw. gegen die Materialbahn (29) bewegbar sind, derart, dass die Messerspitzen (65) mit einem Teilbereich durch die Materialbahn (29) hindurch dringen unter Bildung einer fortlaufenden Reihe von Schnitten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Perforationsmesser (64) durch eine Tragvorrichtung auf- und abbewegbar ist, in Querrichtung zur Ebene der Materialbahn (29), wobei eine (obere) Endstellung des Perforationsmessers (64) durch Anschläge bzw. durch den Hub eines Betätigungsorgans begrenzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschnitt bzw. die Materialbahn während des Anbringens der Perforationslinie (27) zwischen Klemmorganen fixiert ist, nämlich zwischen einer (bewegbaren) Klemmplatte (76) und einer gegenüberliegenden (feststehenden) Gegenklemmplatte (77), wobei Klemmplatte (76) und Gegenklemmplatte (77) einen Schlitz (80) bzw. eine Nut (81) aufweisen für den Durchtritt bzw. Eintritt des Perforationswerkzeugs.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die (untere) Klemmplatte (76) mit einem Hubschlitten (67) für die Auf- und Abbewegung des Perforationsmessers (64) verbunden ist, derart, dass die Klemmplatte (76) gegen elastischen Druck relativ zum Hubschlitten (67) bei Anlage an der Gegenklemmplatte (77) verstellbar ist.
