Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung und zur Ausgabe eines Produkts unter Druck, insbesondere eines Kosmetikprodukts, die einen Behälter (2) mit einer Längsachse X aufweist, der das unter Druck stehende Produkt enthält und mit einem Ventil (12) von der Art ausgestattet ist, die einen Ventilkörper (11) aufweist, wobei das Ventil ortsfest am Behälter befestigt ist und eine Eingangsöffnung (20) für das im Behälter enthaltene Produkt und eine Ausgangsöffnung (23) aufweist, die mit einer Ausgabeöffnung (31) in Verbindung steht, wobei ein Verschlussorgan (21) vorgesehen ist, um als Reaktion auf eine Betätigungssteuerung die selektive Verbindung des Behälterinneren über die Eingangsöffnung (20) mit der Ausgangsöffnung (23) für den Austritt des Produkts über mindestens die Ausgabeöffnung (31) zu bewirken, wobei elastische Rückstellmittel (28) vorgesehen sind, um in Abwesenheit einer Betätigungssteuerung das Verschlussorgan (21) in die geschlossene Stellung zu pressen, wobei der Ventilkörper (11) sich außerhalb des Behälters (2) befindet, wobei die Verbindung zwischen der Eingangsöffnung (20) und der Ausgangsöffnung (23) mit Hilfe eines auf das Verschlussorgan (21) ausgeübten Drucks bewirkt wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungssteuerung auf ein Betätigungsorgan (26) ausgeübt wird, das die Ausgabeöffnung(en) (31) trägt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussorgan (21) eine ringförmige Kante (27) aufweist, die in der geschlossenen Stellung des Ventils (12) dicht gegen eine Dichtung (16) anliegt, wobei die Kante (27) als Reaktion auf den auf das Verschlussorgan (21) ausgeübten Druck zumindest teilweise nicht mehr dicht gegen die Dichtung (16) anliegt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (12) ein Eindrückventil ist, wobei der Druck auf das Verschlussorgan (21) im wesentlichen gemäß einer Längsachse Y des Ventilkörpers (11) entgegengesetzt zu einer von den elastischen Rückstellmitteln (28) ausgeübten Rückstellkraft ausgeübt wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsorgan (26) in Bezug auf den Behälter (2) um eine Achse B angelenkt ist, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Achse X des Behälters liegt, wobei die Achse B sich in der Nähe eines Endes des Betätigungsorgans (26) entgegengesetzt zu einem Boden (34) des Ventilkörpers (11) befindet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (12) ein Kippventil ist, wobei der Druck auf das Verschlussorgan (21) quer zu einer Achse Y des Ventilkörpers ausgeübt wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsorgan (26) an einem ortsfesten Teil des Behälters, insbesondere dem Ventilkörper (11), um eine Achse A angelenkt ist, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Achse X des Behälters liegt, wobei die Achse sich in der Nähe eines Bodens (34) des Ventilkörpers (11) befindet.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (12) vom Einstecktyp ist und eine aus dem Ventilkörper (11) vorstehende Stange (18, 22) besitzt, wobei die Stange (18, 22) ein freies Ende (24) aufweist, das neben der (oder den) Ausgabeöffnung(en) (31) angeordnet ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (12) vom Aufnahmetyp ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventilkörper (11) eine Längsachse Y aufweist, die mit der Längsachse X des Behälters einen Winkel zwischen 20° und 90°, und vorzugsweise zwischen 20° und 70°, und noch bevorzugter zwischen 30° und 60° bildet.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabeöffnung(en) (31) insbesondere in einer Düse, insbesondere mit Wirbelwirkung, einem Gitter (25), einem Sintermaterial, insbesondere aus einem thermoplastischen oder keramischen Material, oder einem Schaumstoff mit offenen oder halboffenen Zellen, ausgebildet sind.
  12. Verwendung einer Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Verpackung und zur Ausgabe eines Produkts insbesondere in Form eines Schaums, eines Gels oder eines flüssigen Sprays.
