Claims (11)
- Kantenbearbeitungsmaschine für leisten- oder plattenförmige Werkstücke,
mit einem Maschinenständer (1) zur Aufnahme von Bearbeitungseinrichtungen (2, 3, 4) für die Werkstücke und von endlosen, die Werkstücke tragenden und an den Bearbeitungseinrichtungen (2, 3, 4) nacheinander vorbeifördernden Kettenbahnen (5),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Maschinenständer (1) aus zumindest zwei, in Förderrichtung (12) der Kettenbahnen (5) hintereinander angeordneten Modulen (11, 11'; 25) zusammengesetzt ist, wobei jedes Modul einen Innenraum (11b) zur Aufnahme der Bearbeitungseinrichtungen (2, 3, 4) umschließt und spiegelbildlich ausgeführte Stirnseiten (11a) mit Flanschflächen (13) und -bohrungen (14) sowie einer Zentriernut (15) zur Aufnahme einer Zentrierleiste (19) für die Befestigung bzw. Ausrichtung mit dem benachbarten Modul, eine integrierte, der Kettenbahn (5) zugeordnete Linearaufnahme (16) für eine Kettenführungsleiste (17) sowie Anschlüsse (15, 20) für eine Antriebsketten- und eine Spannketten-Radlagerung (6, 7) aufweist. - Kantenbearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flanschbohrungen (14) Aufnahmen für Verbindungsbolzen (18) sind.
- Kantenbearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in jede Modul-Stirnseite (11a) eingearbeitete Zentriernut (15) zugleich eine Aufnahme für die Antriebsketten- bzw. die Spannketten-Radlagerung (6, 7) bildet.
- Kantenbearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Modul-Stirnseite (11a) Schraubbohrungen (20) für die Befestigung der beiden Radlagerungen (6, 7) aufweist.
- Kantenbearbeitungsmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Modul (11, 11'; 25) mit Anschlagflächen (22) zur Befestigung von Vertikalführungen (23) für Supporte der Bearbeitungseinrichtungen (2, 3, 4) versehen ist.
- Kantenbearbeitungsmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eines der Module (11, 11') als selbsttragendes Fachwerk in Form einer Hüllkörperkonstruktion ausgebildet ist.
- Kantenbearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Modul (11, 11') Anschlagflächen (24) zur Befestigung eines Oberdrucksystems (9) aufweist.
- Kantenbearbeitungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Module (25) nur als Unterbau-Verlängerung ausgebildet ist.
- Kantenbearbeitungsmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Modul (11, 11'; 25) als Schweißkonstruktion in Hohlkörperbauweise ausgebildet ist.
- Kantenbearbeitungsmnaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Modul (11, 11'; 25) aus Hohlprofilen besteht.
- Kantenbearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Hohlprofilen Versorgungsleitungen für Elektrik, Pneumatik oder dergleichen verlegt sind.
