Abstract

Bekannt ist ein emaillierter Einschub, wie z. B. Backblech, insbesondere für einen Backofen mit emaillierten Führungsbahnen im Bereich der Ofenmuffelseitenwandungen, mit zwei gegenüberliegenden seitlichen Auflagebereichen des Einschubes, die jeweils einen nach unten eingerollten seitlichen Randbereich aufweisen, an dem eine metallische Gleitauflage des Einschubes gehaltert ist. Um den Aufbau des Einschubes zu vereinfachen, ist in dem Randbereich (11) ein Gleitbügel (17) geklemmt gehaltert ist, der aus zumindest zwei Ausklinkungen (15) des eingerollten Randbereiches erhaben als Gleitauflage (19) des Einschubes (1) ragt. <IMAGE>

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen emaillierten Einschub, wie z. B. Backblech, insbesondere für einen Backofen mit emaillierten Führungsbahnen im Bereich der Ofenmuffelseitenwandungen, mit zwei gegenüberliegenden seitlichen Auflagebereichen des Einschubes, die jeweils einen nach unten eingerollten seitlichen Randbereich aufweisen, an dem eine metallische Gleitauflage des Einschubes gehaltert ist.
Ein derartiger Einschub ist bekannt aus der DE 35 44 582 C2, wobei der seitlich eines Backbleches herausgezogene Gleit- und Auflagebereich nach unten gezogen und nach innen gekröpft ausgebildet ist. Dieser Bereich ist mit einem Metallprofil umgeben. Die Herstellung und die Montage eines derartigen Metallprofiles ist aufwendig.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, den Aufbau eines emaillierten Einschubes nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 zu vereinfachen.
Erfindungsgemäß ist dies bei einem gattungsgemäßen Einschub dadurch erreicht, daß in dem Randbereich ein Gleitbügel geklemmt gehaltert ist, der aus zumindest zwei Ausklinkungen des eingerollten Randbereiches erhaben als Gleitauflage des Einschubes ragt. Die aufwendige Fertigung und Montage des Profilteils nach dem Stand der Technik kann erfindungsgemäß bei Verwendung des Gleitbügels entfallen.
Um die Verschmutzungsunempfindlichkeit und die Reinigungsfreundlichkeit des Einschubs zu erhöhen, ist der Gleitbügel deckseitig durch den Randbereich des Einschubes im wesentlichen vollständig abgedeckt.
Zur Vereinfachung der Montage ist in jedem der beiden seitlichen Auflagebereiche genau ein Gleitbügel vorgesehen, also je Einschub zwei Gleitbügel.
Um eine stabile und möglichst klapperfreie Führung des Einschubes in den Ofenmuffelseitenwandungen sicherstellen zu können, sind in dem Randbereich des Einschubes genau zwei Ausklinkungen ausgebildet, die zudem möglichst weit voneinander beabstandet sind.
Um die Montage des Gleitbügels vereinfachen zu können, ist die Ausklinkung im Eckbereich des Einschubes ausgebildet, wobei die Ausklinkung sich in beide benachbarte Längsseiten des Einschubes erstreckt.
Nachfolgend ist anhand schematischer Darstellungen ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemäßen Einschubes beschrieben.

Ein wannenförmiges emailliertes Backblech 1 mit einem Boden 3 und vier Seitenwänden 5 ist in nicht gezeigten, an sich bekannten emaillierten Führungsbahnen im Bereich der Ofenmuffelseitenwandungen eines Backofens einschiebbar. Im Bereich dieser Ofenmuffelseitenwandungen weist das Backblech 1 jeweils einen von der Seitenwand 5 rechtwinklig abgebogenen und sich im wesentlichen horizontal erstreckenden Auflagebereich 7 auf In diesem Bereich 7 sind über die gesamte Tiefe des Backbleches 1 Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen 9 vorgesehen, um bei an sich bekanntem Umluftbetrieb des Backofens eine gute Warmluftverteilung in der Ofenmuffel trotz eingeschobenem Backblech 1 zu ermöglichen. Die Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen 9 können jedoch auch im front- und rückseitigen Bereich des Backbleches 1 vorgesehen sein, sowie ggfs. wesentlich schmaler gestaltet sein oder sogar gänzlich entfallen. Damit kann der Auflagebereich 7 des Backbleches 1 ebenfalls deutlich schmaler gestaltet sein, wodurch die zur Verfügung stehende Nutzfläche auf dem Backblech 1 vergrößert ist. Der seitliche Endabschnitt des Auflagebereiches 7 des Backbleches 1 ist über dessen gesamte Tiefe als eingerollter Randbereich 11 gestaltet. Entsprechend ist auch ein Frontbereich 13 und ein nicht näher dargestellter rückseitiger Bereich des Backbleches 1 ausgebildet. Im Eckbereich des Backbleches 1 ist eine sich im wesentlichen L-förmig erstreckende Ausklinkung 15 vorgesehen, die sich sowohl in den Randbereich 11 als auch in den Frontbereich 13 erstreckt. Diese Ausklinkung 15 ist in allen vier Eckbereichen des Backbleches 1 entsprechend ausgebildet. In den seitlichen Randbereich 11 bzw. den Frontbereich 13 und den entsprechenden rückwärtigen Bereich kann ein im wesentlichen U-förmiger Gleitbügel 17 aus Edelstahl geclipst werden. Aus Vereinfachungsgründen ist in Fig. 2 lediglich der vordere Endabschnitt des Gleitbügels 17 dargestellt. Der Gleitbügel 17 weist in seinen beiden Eckbereichen jeweils eine höckerförmige und sich im wesentlichen L-förmig entsprechend der Ausklinkung 15 erstreckende Erhebung 19 auf. Im eingeclipsten Zustand ragt der Gleitbügel 17 mit seiner Erhebung 19 jeweils aus der Ausklinkung 15 und erstreckt sich dabei geringfügig unterhalb der Unterseite des emaillierten Randbereiches 11. Das bedeutet, daß das Backblech 1 in den emaillierten Führungsbahnen auf beiden Seiten jeweils lediglich mit den beiden Edelstahl-Erhebungen 19 des Gleitbügels 17 aufliegt und geführt ist. Ansonsten ist der Gleitbügel 17 im Randbereich des Einschubes 1 versteckt angeordnet.
Um auch andere schon auf dem Markt befindliche emaillierte Backbleche mit dem Edelstahl-Gleitbügel nachrüsten zu können, kann der Gleitbügel gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel auch aus zwei Einzelteilen gebildet sein. Die vier Teil-Gleitbügel sind dann jeweils in die Eckbereiche des nachzurüstenden Backbleches einclipsbar. Dabei ist auch eine gewisse Materialersparnis bei der Herstellung der Edelstahl-Gleitbügel möglich.

Claims (5)

  1. Emaillierter Einschub, wie z. B. Backblech, insbesondere für einen Backofen mit emaillierten Führungsbahnen im Bereich der Ofenmuffelseitenwandungen, mit zwei gegenüberliegenden seitlichen Auflagebereichen des Einschubes, die jeweils einen nach unten eingerollten seitlichen Randbereich aufweisen, an dem eine metallische Gleitauflage des Einschubes gehaltert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Randbereich (11) ein Gleitbügel (17) geklemmt gehaltert ist, der aus zumindest zwei Ausklinkungen (15) des eingerollten Randbereiches erhaben als Gleitauflage (19) des Einschubes (1) ragt.
  2. Einschub nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gleitbügel (17) deckseitig durch den Randbereich (11) des Einschubes (1) abgedeckt ist.
  3. Einschub nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem der beiden seitlichen Auflagebereiche (7) genau ein Gleitbügel (17) vorgesehen ist.
  4. Einschub nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im dem Randbereich (11) des Einschubes (1) genau zwei Ausklinkungen (15) ausgebildet sind, die möglichst weit voneinander beabstandet sind.
  5. Einschub nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausklinkung (15) im Eckbereich des Einschubes (1) ausgebildet ist und sich in beide benachbarten Längsseiten des Einschubes (1) erstreckt.
