Abstract

Bekannt ist ein Standherd mit einem Gehäuse, in dessen unterem Frontabschnitt ein zurückspringender Frontsockel mit einer Sockelblende ausgebildet ist, und mit einem darüber im Gehäuse ausziehbar gelagerten Schubkasten, an dem Führungsmittel sowie eine Schubkasten-Frontblende befestigbar sind. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Schubkasten ein einteiliger Kunststoffkörper, an dem sämtliche wesentlichen Funktionselemente des Schubkastens und insbesondere die Sockelblende einstückig ausgebildet sind.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Standherd mit einem Gehäuse, in dessen unterem Frontabschnitt ein zurückspringender Frontsockel mit einer Sockelblende ausgebildet ist, und mit einem darüber im Gehäuse ausziehbar gelagerten Schubkasten, an dem Führungsmittel sowie eine Schubkasten-Frontblende befestigt sind.
  • Derartige Standherde sind allgemein bekannt, wobei der Frontsockel dem Herdgehäuse zugeordnet ist, bzw. Einzelteile, wie die Schubkasten-Frontblende und die zur Führung des Schubkastens im Standherd erforderlichen Führungsmittel mit dem eigentlichen Schubkasten verschraubt oder vernietet sind. Dies ist konstruktiv und fertigungstechnisch aufwendig.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es deshalb, einen Standherd bereitzustellen, der diese Nachteile beseitigt.
  • Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß der Schubkasten ein einteiliger Kunststoffkörper ist, an dem sämtliche wesentlichen Funktionselemente des Schubkastens und insbesondere die Sockelblende einstückig ausgebildet sind. Die aufwendige Herstellung der Einzelelemente und deren Montage zum vollständigen Schubkasten entfällt. Durch die Intergration bzw. durch die einstückige Ausbildung der Frontsockelblende am Schubkasten kann dieser bei für den Betrachter identischer Anmutung von Schubkasten und Frontsockel ein vergrößertes Aufnahmevolumen für zu verstauendes Gerät bieten, da das bisher nicht genutzte Sockelvolumen nahezu vollständig dem Schubkasten zugeschlagen werden kann.
  • Bevorzugt sind an der Schubkasten-Frontblende Rastmittel ausgebildet, auf die eine Dekorblende clipsbar ist. Dadurch sind die Anforderungen an die Oberflächenbeschaffenheit der Schubkasten-Frontblende reduziert, und zudem ein einfaches Mittel zur Produktdifferenzierung durch die Austauschbarkeit der Dekorblende gegeben. Auch die Reinigbarkeit der Dekorblende ist verbessert.
  • Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind an den beiden Seitenwandungen des Schubkastens Führungszapfen angeformt, die in an der Innenwandung des Gehäuses befestigten Führungsleisten verschiebbar geführt sind. Bei einer derartigen Anordnung ist sowohl die Auszugssicherung bzw. ein Endanschlag für den Schubkasten als auch die Montage bzw. Demontage des Schubkastens einfach realisierbar. Weiterhin ist ein Kippen des ausgezogenen Schubkastens auch bei hohen Kippbelastungen verhindert. Durch die Anordnung der Führungszapfen an den Seitenwandungen ist es möglich, die Führungsleisten als Versteifungsmittel der Seitenwandungen des Gehäuses vorzusehen. Werden an jeder Seitenwandung zwei voneinander beabstandete Führungszapfen angeformt, dann ist der Schubkasten optimal beim Herausziehen, Anheben oder Herabdrücken des Schubkastens gesichert.
  • Zur Verringerung der Auflagefläche und gleichzeitg zur Verbesserung der seitlichen Führung des Schubkastens sind am Boden des Schubkastens Bodenführungsrippen angeformt.
  • Zur Selbstschmierung der Schubkastenlagerung bzw- -führung besteht der Schubkasten aus einem Kunststoff, insbesondere Polystyrol, mit einem hohen Butadienanteil. Dieser ergibt sich aus den entgegengesetzten Forderungen einer ausreichenden Festigkeit des Schubkastens und einer ausreichenden Selbstschmierung. Alternativ kann auch ein Silikonkomponenten-Anteil den Butadienanteil ersetzen. Zusätzliche Schmierstoffe oder gar Laufrollen für eine leichtgängige Bedienung des Schubkastens können entfallen.
  • Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung ist oberhalb der Sockelblende im Bereich hinter der Schubkasten-Frontblende ein griffmuschelähnlicher Eingriff am Schubkasten ausgebildet. Dadurch ist ohne zusätzliches Griffelement eine hervorragende Bedienbarkeit des Schubkastens sichergestellt.
  • Nachfolgend ist anhand schematischer Darstellungen ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemäßen Standherdes beschrieben. Es zeigen:

  • Ein Standherd 1 weist unterhalb eines mit einer Tür 3 verschlossenen Backraums einen im Gehäuse herausschiebbar gelagerten Schubkasten 5 u.a. zur Aufnahme von Zubehör und darunter einen zurückspringenden Sockel 7 bzw. eine Blende auf. Im Gehäuse sind im Bodenbereich eine im wesentlichen L-förmige Frontschiene 9, zwei Führungsleisten 11 und eine nicht gezeigte Heckschiene jeweils aus Stahl befestigt. Diese bilden eine rahmenartige Konstruktion zur Stabilisierung des Standherdgehäuses, das an diesem Rahmen befestigt ist. Die Führungsleiste 11 weist eine Bodenplatte 13 und eine sich nach oben erstreckende, rechtwinklig abgewinkelte Verbindungsplatte 15 auf. In der Verbindungsplatte 15 sind verteilt über dessen Länge, Montageöffnungen 16 vorgesehen. Am oberen Endabschnitt der Stahl-Führungsleiste 11 ist nach außen zurückgesetzt eine U-förmige Führungsnut 17 ausgebildet, die um 90° gedreht derart angeordnet ist, daß sie nach innen zum Schubkasten 5 hin über ihre gesamte Länge offen ist. Die Nut 17 ist nach oben nur in ihrem vorderen Bereich durch einen kurzen Ausbruch 19 geöffnet, um wie später erläutert, den Schubkasten 5 in die Führungsleiste 11 bzw. Führungsnut 17 einzusetzen und herauszunehmen.
  • Der Schubkasten 5 ist an seiner Frontseite zum einen durch eine Sockelblende 21 und zum anderen durch eine Schubkasten-Frontblende 23 begrenzt. Die Sockelblende 21 erstreckt sich über die gesamte Breite des Standherdes 1 und nahezu bis auf den Boden, auf dem der Standherd 1 abgestellt ist. Die Sockelblende 21 ist gegenüber der Schubkasten-Frontblende 23 zurückgesetzt bzw. die Schubkasten-Frontblende springt gegenüber der Sockelblende 21 durch zahlreiche Stützrippen 25 abgestützt hervor. Dadurch ist ein schachtförmiger Zwischenraum gebildet. Dieser Raum wird im Bereich von an der Schubkasten-Frontblende 23 ausgebildeten Versteifungsrippen 27 als stabiler, griffmuschelähnlicher Eingriff 28 genutzt.
  • Weiterhin sind an der Schubkasten-Frontblende 23 Einführnuten 29 und zurückgesetzte Rastkanten 31 ausgebildet, um einen Dekorblendenträger 33 aus Kunststoff an die Frontblende klipsen zu können. Dazu weist der Dekorblendenträger 33 an der Oberseite einen Haken 35 und an der Unterseite eine Rastfeder 37 auf. Dieser Dekorblendenträger 33 ist an eine Dekorblende aus Glas (nicht gezeigt) aufklebbar, und damit ist die Glasblende auf den Schubkasten 5 ohne Zuhilfenahme von Werkzeugen klipsbar und wieder abnehmbar. Ebenso ist es möglich, die Dekorblende und den Dekorblendenträger einstückig aus Kunststoff auszubilden.
  • Am Boden des Schubkastens 5 sind Bodenversteifungsrippen 41 und zwei Bodenführungsrippen 43 ausgeformt. Die Führungsrippen laufen auf der Frontschiene 9, wobei an dieser zwei Seitenanschläge (nicht gezeigt) zur seitlichen Führung des Schubkastens 5 im Herd ausgebildet sind. An jeder Seitenwandung des Schubkastens 5 ist ein erster Führungszapfen 47 und ein zweiter Führungszapfen 49 angeformt. Zum Einsetzen des Schubkastens 5 bzw. der Führungszapfen 47, 49 in die Führungsnut 17 wird der Schubkasten nach hinten abfallend schräg gehalten. Dann wird der zweite Führungszapfen 49 an jeder Seite des Schubkastens in den jeweiligen Ausbruch 19 eingesetzt. In der Führungsnut 17 bzw. deren unterer Lauffläche durch den zweiten Führungszapfen 49 geführt, wird der Schubkasten 5 in den Standherd geschoben, bis auch der erste Führungszapfen 47 in den Ausbruch 19 einsetzbar ist. Der Schubkasten ruht dann auf den beiden Zapfen 47, 49 in der Führungsnut 17 und ggf. in seinem vorderen Bereich über die Bodenführungsrippen 43 auf der Frontschiene 9. Der Ausbau des Schubkastens 5 erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge. Beim Herausziehen des Schubkastens 5 parallel zum Boden ist durch die Anordnung von zwei Führungszapfen 47, 49 auf jeder Schubkasten-Seitenwandung verhindert, daß der Schubkasten bzw. die Führungszapfen aus dem Ausbruch 19 herauskippen, wenn der Schubkasten 5 beladen ist. Weiterhin ist durch das Anstoßen des ersten Führungszapfens 47 an einer Montagewand 51 der Frontschiene 9 oder an einem um 90° nach unten abgekanteten Lappen am Ende der Führungsnut 17 der Führungsleiste 11 (nicht gezeigt), in Ziehen des Schubkastens 5 aus dem Standherd 1 verhindert. Gleichzeitig ist durch den zweiten Führungszapfen 49 grundsätzlich ein Drehen des Schubkastens um den ersten Führungszapfen 47 nach oben beim Anheben des Schubkastens am Eingriff 28 nach oben verhindert.

Claims (8)

  1. Standherd mit einem Gehäuse, in dessen unterem Frontabschnitt ein zurückspringender Frontsockel mit einer Sockelblende ausgebildet ist, und mit einem darüber im Gehäuse ausziehbar gelagerten Schubkasten, an dem Führungsmittel sowie eine Schubkasten-Frontblende befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schubkasten (5) ein einteiliger Kunststoffkörper ist, an dem sämtliche wesentlichen Funktionselemente des Schubkastens und insbesondere die Sockelblende (21) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
  2. Standherd nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Schubkasten-Frontblende (23) Rastmittel (29, 31) ausgebildet sind, auf die eine Dekorblende (33) aufklipsbar ist.
  3. Standherd nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den beiden Seitenwandungen des Schubkastens (5) Führungszapfen (47, 49) angeformt sind, die in an der Innenwandung des Gehäuses befestigten Führungsleisten (11) verschiebbar geführt sind.
  4. Standherd nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsleiste (11) aus Metall ist und als Versteifungsmittel der Seitenwandung des Gehäuses dient.
  5. Standherd nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Seitenwandung zwei voneinander beabstandete Führungszapfen (47, 49) angeformt sind.
  6. Standherd nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Boden des Schubkastens Bodenführungsrippen (43) angeformt sind.
  7. Standherd nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schubkasten (5) aus einem Kunststoff mit hohem Butadien- oder Silikonkomponenten-Anteil besteht.
  8. Standherd nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb der Sockelblende (21) im Bereich hinter der Schubkasten-Frontblende (23) ein griffmuschelähnlicher Eingriff (28) am Schubkasten (5) ausgebildet ist.
