Description
Claims (9)
- Procédé pour la mise en oeuvre d'une machine à imprimer comportant au moins un support porte-objet (11) monté rotatif sur un convoyeur (12) à avance pas à pas, au moins un four de séchage (13) à rayonnement disposé à l'aplomb du trajet du support porte-objet (11), et des moyens de commande (14) aptes à assurer un cycle de rotation au support porte-objet (11) au droit du four de séchage (13) lors d'un arrêt du convoyeur (12), caractérisé en ce que, par les moyens de commande (14), on module la vitesse de rotation (V) du support porte-objet (11) au cours de son cycle de rotation en fonction de son orientation angulaire.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, par les moyens de commande (14), on fait en sorte que, au début du cycle de rotation du support porte-objet (11), il y ait un pic de vitesse (P) correspondant à une phase d'accélération (P1) suivie d'une phase de décélération (P2).
- Procédé suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on fait en sorte qu'il y ait aussi un pic de vitesse (P) à la fin du cycle de rotation.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque le cycle de rotation du support porte-objet (11) s'étend sur deux tours, on fait en sorte qu'il y ait un pic de vitesse (P) supplémentaire, en centrant celui-ci par rapport au pic de vitesse (P) de début de cycle de rotation et par rapport au pic de vitesse (P) de fin de cycle de rotation.
- Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on fait en sorte que la vitesse de rotation maximale (V1) atteinte lors d'un pic de vitesse (P) soit égale à au moins deux fois la vitesse de rotation nominale (V2) entre deux pics de vitesse (P).
- Procédé suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on asservit à la vitesse du convoyeur (12) la vitesse de rotation nominale (V2) entre deux pics de vitesse (P).
- Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, pour le contrôle des moyens de commande (14) du support porte-objet (11), on met en oeuvre un moteur à commande numérique (18).
- Machine à imprimer du genre comportant au moins un support porte-objet (11) monté rotatif sur un convoyeur (12) à avance pas à pas, au moins un four de séchage (13) à rayonnement disposé à l'aplomb du trajet de ce support porte-objet (11), et des moyens de commande (14) aptes à assurer un cycle de rotation au support porte-objet (11) au droit du four de séchage (13) lors d'un arrêt du convoyeur (12), caractérisée en ce que, pour la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, les moyens de commande (14) du support porte-objet (11) sont sous le contrôle d'un moteur à commande numérique (18).
- Machine à imprimer suivant la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la vitesse de rotation nominale (V2) du support porte-objet (11) est asservie à la vitesse du convoyeur (12).
