Ein Seil 14 verbindet, über eine (nicht dargestellte) Antriebseinrichtung mit Treibscheibe, das Aufzuggegengewicht mit der Aufzugkabine. Die erfindungsgemäße Seilhalterung 4 ist jedoch auch für indirekt hydraulisch betriebene Aufzüge anwendbar. Die Anordnung 2 oder eine ähnliche Anordnung kann sowohl an nur einem Ende des Seils 14 vorgesehen sein, als auch an beiden Enden.
Claims (10)
- Aufzug-Seilhalterung (4) in Kombination mit einem an einem Ende angelenkten Aufzug-Tragseil (14), mit einem Axiallager (28) zum Ausgleich von im Tragseil (14) hervorgerufenen Radialkräften oder -kraftkomponenten sowie Momenten durch eine Axialdrehung des Tragseils (14) relativ zu einer mit der Aufzug-Seilhalterung verbindbaren Befestigungsstelle an einer Aufzugkabine oder einem Gegengewicht,
wobei das Axiallager (28) eine Seilfixiereinrichtung (18) trägt, in der das Seil (14) fixiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Schutzring (42) gegen Eindringen von Schmutz von außen am Axiallager (28) vorgesehen ist, der sich axial und/oder radial über das Axiallager (28) hinweg erstreckt, und die Seilfixiereinrichtung (18) ein Keilschloß ist, das einen sich durch das Axiallager (28) erstreckenden Tragabschnitt (26) aufweist. - Seilhalterung (4) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Axiallager (28) ein Axialwälzlager ist.
- Seilhalterung (4) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei eine erste, obere Lagerscheibe (30) des Axiallagers (28) auf einem horizontalen Abschnitt (12) der Befestigungsstelle aufliegt und eine zweite Lagerscheibe (32) das Seil (14) trägt.
- Seilhalterung (4) nach Anspruch 3, wobei zwischen der ersten Lagerscheibe (30) und dem horizontalen Abschnitt (12) ein Stützring (34) vorgesehen ist.
- Seilhalterung (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei zwischen dem Axiallager (28) und dem horizontalen Abschnitt (12) ein Federelement (38) vorgesehen ist.
- Seilhalterung (4) nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Federelement (38) eine Spiraldruckfeder, ein Gummipuffer oder eine Gasdruckfeder ist.
- Seilhalterung (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Federelement (38) zwischen dem Axiallager (28) und dem horizontalen Abschnitt (12) durch die Lagerscheiben (8 und 10) gesichert ist.
- Seilhalterung (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die zweite Lagerscheibe (32) einen Seilaufnahmering (40) trägt.
- Seilhalterung (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der Tragabschnitt (26) an einem sich durch das Axiallager (28) erstreckenden Ende eine Querbohrung zur Aufnahme eines Bolzens (6) aufweist, um das Seil (14) und/oder die Seilfixiereinrichtung (18) axial zu fixieren.
- Seilhalterung (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei an einem sich durch das Axiallager (28) erstreckenden Ende des Trageabschnitts (26) ein Außengewinde vorgesehen ist, auf das eine Mutter (36) und eine Kontermutter (38) aufschraubbar sind, um das Seil (14) und die Seilfixiereinrichtung (18) axial zu fixieren.
