Definitions
- the invention relates to a wall for drawers as they preferably used in machine cabinets.
- Such drawers are used for storage, for example of tools frequently used and required in workshops a high variability.
- Drawers for machine cabinets with corresponding walls for dividing the drawers into different sections have been known for a long time.
- Such partitions or side walls are generally made from sheet metal.
- the walls face at least a series of parallel holding or Guide slots on and an angled to the wall Mounting strip.
- the holding or guiding slots are thereby, for example, as separate components from one Sheet metal strip formed, which then with the actual Wall material is connected. This happens, for example via spot welding or similar suitable Joining techniques.
- Partitions are also known, which consist of a individual pieces of sheet metal.
- the sheet metal becomes this U-shaped in the area of the holding and guide slots bulged. While the angled mounting bar is off a single layer of sheet metal has the partition itself two folded layers of the sheet on the are hooked together.
- the present invention has the technical problem based on a wall for a drawer, preferably for Machine cabinets, to create those with little technical Effort can be produced and a load-appropriate Has material distribution.
- the present Invention is based on the idea of a wall for one Drawer, such as in machine cupboards is used to create that from a single Sheet metal part can be produced.
- a wall for one Drawer such as in machine cupboards is used to create that from a single Sheet metal part can be produced.
- Partitions can accommodate, in turn, again Can have holding and guide slots.
- the sheet is folded so that the highest stressed areas of the wall, namely the mounting strip and the holding and guiding slots made of two layers of sheet metal consist.
- the other less stressed areas of the wall on the other hand, consist of only a single layer of sheet metal.
- the holding and guiding slots on the Front and back of the wall in two rows arranged parallel to each other.
- the slots are in the substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the wall aligned.
- one is in the holding and Partition wall inserted guide slots particularly stable held because the partition in two rows holding and Engages guide slots.
- a tilting or twisting one partition used in this way can be effective in this way be avoided.
- the rows are preferably holding and guiding slots formed by slot-shaped projections, which from a sheet metal layer folded out from the wall level consist.
- the protrusions are essentially Trapezoidal or U-shaped. That way ensured that through the slot-shaped incisions in the tabs have sufficient lateral stability for Partitions used can be guaranteed.
- Next Trapezoidal or U-shaped protrusions can of course other polygonal or rounded profiles made of sheet metal that are folded the requirements in a similar way fulfill.
- the stability of the wall can be further increased by the individual sheet layers not only folded over, but also be connected to each other.
- By welding or soldering the individual layers can be inexpensive and Automatically connect with each other.
- Another durable one and inexpensive connection technology can be achieved through a point-by-point positive pressing of the overlapping Sheet layers can be achieved.
- stamp and Matrix geometry can overlap Sheet metal layers due to partial plastic deformation and Undercut formation in a single automatable Machining process can be linked together. At this Connection technology avoids the risk that the Sheet metal parts due to thermal stresses to each other move, resulting in inaccuracies in the fit and Alignment of partitions inserted in the slots could lead.
- the wall is preferably angled Fastening strip connected to the drawer bottom. Due to the leverage of the wall this is Mounting strip is a particularly heavily used area. Due to the design of the mounting strip with two yourself overlapping sheet metal layers can on this area acting forces recorded and for example via a Screw connection in the drawer bottom are forwarded. Openings are preferably on the fastening strip Inclusion of mounting screws provided that way are arranged so that they have corresponding openings in the The drawer base is aligned.
- wall 1 with reference to the figures 1 and 2 from a piece of sheet metal, which is shaped so that several rows parallel holding and Guide slots 2 and a mounting strip 3 are formed become. As shown in FIG. 2, the wall 1 slits cut incisions 4, which from the Wall plane are folded out trapezoidal.
- the piece of sheet metal is folded so that initially a Section 5 arises in the plane of wall 1, from which the first of the projections with slit-shaped incisions protrudes.
- the top 6 of the wall 1 is then 180 ° folded, after which the second projection 4 with the slot-shaped incisions so that it is the first Overlap.
- This second lead is followed by a vertical wall section 7, which in the third projection 4 with slot-shaped incisions opens.
- the sheet is bent 90 °, so as to form the mounting bar 3.
- the sheet is bent 90 °, so as to form the mounting bar 3.
- the sheet At the top of the Fastening strip 3 is the sheet in turn by 180 ° folded over so that the mounting strip made up of two itself overlapping layers of sheet metal. Bordering this area then, as shown in Fig. 2, the fourth projection 4 with slot-shaped incisions on the third projection 4 opposite.
- Fig. 1 they extend in a slit shape incised projections 4 not over the entire width the wall 1.
- the overlapping metal strip is not up to the Areas 5 and 8 continued, but ends in Area of the slot-shaped incisions 4 lines 9 and 10.
- the left in Fig. 2 of the wall is in the hard shoulder which is not slit-shaped incised projections 4, at the level of Projections 4 an incision between which the excess material for the protrusions not required 4 was cut out.
- the holding and guiding slots 2 of the projections 4 are parallel to each other and substantially perpendicular to that Longitudinal direction of the wall 1 arranged.
- the individual holding and guide slots approx. 17 mm apart spaced.
- the holding and guide slots 2 of the top and lower rows are aligned, so that a partition (not shown) by the holding and Guide slots in the top row and then through the bottom row can be introduced.
- the mounting bar 3 is preferably with openings (not shown) fitted to the wall over the Fastening strip 3 on a base plate of a drawer fasten.
- the overlapping sheet metal layers are preferred connected to each other for greater stability to lend. This can be done by welding or soldering or by form-fitting pressing of the overlapping Sheet metal layers take place. When positively pressing the overlapping sheet layers are created with a suitable choice of Stamp and die undercut areas through which the two sheet layers are firmly connected.
- the wall is used to protect against corrosion and damage preferably with a protective layer, such as a paint, covered.
