Definitions
- plastering strip according to the invention is as an edge protection strip.
- a well known type of edge protector is made of metal and has the shape of a right angle in cross section with two thighs of equal length.
- the legs are made of expanded metal to applied plaster to give a particularly good basis for adhesion.
- An edge protection strip made of plastic is also known (DE 36 21 235A), which in cross section have the shape of an angle of 90 ° or has less.
- the two legs of the bar are made of mesh with stiffening plastic strips.
- In the angular vertex area is a longitudinal, rigid plastic strips attached, which the Fix the angular position of the legs of the edge protection strip.
- the invention has for its object a more versatile To create plastic trim.
- the plastering strip according to the invention adjusts after production consistently connected, dimensionally stable structure.
- the Solibruchzone can be practically with the plaster bar any angular orientation of the first part and the second part use relative to each other (this is from a 0 ° angle, i.e. the first part and the second part are aligned with each other, via enclosed blunt Angle to an included angle of 90 ° and if desired, even beyond.
- the first part and the hang second part of the plaster strip also in the broken along the predetermined breaking zone Condition over the soft plastic area or the plastic band together so that the plastering strip remains a unitary structure is and also at the transition between the first part and the second Part of the surface covered.
- a particularly preferred application of the plastering strip according to the invention is the one as an edge protection strip for a building corner, in particular a wall corner, the two building surfaces at an angle converge at the edge from essentially 90 °.
- the plaster bar becomes the after breaking the predetermined breaking zone flexible connection between the first part and the second part the plaster strip representing soft plastic area or that Plastic strap simply adjusted (or "bent") that the Cleaning strip fits on the 90 ° corner.
- you have one Building corner with an angle in front of it that clearly deviates from 90 ° has, e.g. a corner with an obtuse angle included the soft plastic area or the plastic tape just something less "bent" so far until the plaster strip on the present Corner fits.
- Another preferred area of application of the plastering strip according to the invention is the covering of joints in the construction sector. After breaking the The first part of the plaster strip can be broken at a predetermined breaking zone first side of the joint and with its second part on the second Place side of the joint.
- the soft plastic area or that Plastic tape allows the plastering strip to make joint movements catches, be it in the sense of widening the joint, be it in the sense a step formation between the two sides of the joint.
- Another preferred area of application of the plastering strip according to the invention is as a bar to facilitate the even application of plaster, especially for interior walls, e.g. B. plan block walls or Sandwich walls.
- interior walls e.g. B. plan block walls or Sandwich walls.
- the presence of the longitudinal, protruding leg such as it is addressed in more detail below, particularly useful.
- the cleaning strip for the first / second part and for the Soft plastic area usually made of different materials exists, it can be easily, as preferred, by coextrusion produce.
- PVC Polyvinyl chloride
- PS polystyrene
- Soft plastic area soft PVC is particularly preferred as material, although other known soft plastics are also processed can.
- the plastic band is preferably on the first part and the second Part of the plaster strip glued; it preferably points to the free side an adhesive surface.
- the plastic band preferably consists of Soft PVC.
- the predetermined breaking zone is that provided by a notch, viewed in the Cross section of the plastering strip. But there are also other options, e.g. a row of perforations.
- the plaster strip preferably has at least one side of the Predetermined breaking zone a longitudinal, protruding leg on the is preferably fairly close to the predetermined breaking zone.
- the projecting leg can be used as a pull-off edge when applying plaster serve.
- plaster can be conveniently opened with the help of the leg Bring specified, uniform thickness.
- a reinforcing mesh section is attached to the second part of the plastering strip.
- the reinforcement mesh gives the plaster a good hold.
- the Reinforcement mesh section can overlap on reinforcement mesh connect for the further course of the wall.
- the invention also extends to a building wall and ceiling a building wall, with a joint or without a joint, the described cleaning strip according to the invention on the building wall corner or the building wall, possibly on both sides of the joint, is fastened and outside plaster is applied to the plastering strip.
- the plastering strip does not necessarily have to be completely plastered be covered. There are particular use cases where the area remains free of plaster between two protruding legs.
- the term "plaster” also includes analog Materials that are applied in the imageable state and then harden, especially adhesive mortar, fillers, finishing plasters and the like. But you can also with the bar according to the invention Edges of thick textile coverings, e.g. B. tapestries or Tissue wallpapers, delimit clean; this is also supposed to be with the term “Cleaning strip” should be included.
- Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of a cleaning strip according to the invention 2, hereinafter referred to as "bar 2", in cross section.
- the bar 2 is symmetrical to its longitudinal median plane L-L; left of the Longitudinal central plane L-L is a first part 4 of the bar 2, and to the right of the longitudinal center plane L-L there is a second part 6 of the Strip 2.
- the strip 2 points to the right and left of the predetermined breaking zone 7 a leg 10, which from the upper in Fig. 1 outside of the Bar 2 protrudes.
- Each of the legs 10 has the cross-sectional shape of one square standing on a top, this square there with the first part 4 or the second part 6 is connected.
- the material of the first part 4 or second part 6 is a longitudinal, flat gutter, and this gutter is filled with co-extruded soft plastic 12. So that's the material of the first part 4 and the second part 6 in the area below the Notch 8 is considerably thinner than a piece on the left and right removed laterally where there is no notch 8 and no Soft plastic padding there.
- the bar 2 is in terms of all the details described so far (Notch 8, leg 10, soft plastic region 12) along their Length unchanged, i.e. these elements all extend along the Length of the strip 2.
- openings may be provided that extend from the top in FIG. 1 go through the bottom in Fig. 1 and, if available, the Can serve to improve plaster anchorage. In the in Fig. 1st no such opening can be seen in the cross-sectional plane.
- Fig. 2 shows the use in a 90 ° corner, e.g. one Corner of the room.
- Fig. 3 shows the use in a 135 ° corner, e.g. a corner of the room wall that is angled less than 90 ° continues.
- Fig. 3 the possibility is also shown that on the first Part 4 and on the second part 6 each have a reinforcing fabric section 18 is attached.
- the respective reinforcement fabric section 18 can consist in particular of reticulated glass silk fabric. He can especially by gluing or ultrasonic welding with the remaining bar 2 to be connected.
- Fig. 4 illustrates the application as a joint bridging bar.
- a wall structure 20 e.g. Metal stud wall, concrete wall, redeveloped Old building wall, plasterboard 22 are attached to one side.
- a joint 24 At the Transition between a plasterboard 22 and an adjacent one Gypsum board 22 is a joint 24.
- the strip 2 is, with broken predetermined breaking zone 7, so on the two adjacent plasterboard panels 22 attached that the broken predetermined breaking zone 7 or at least part of the soft plastic region 12 over the joint 24 are located.
- Both on the first part 4 and on the second part 6 a strip 14 is applied to the strip 2 in each case. In the room no plaster is applied between the two vertices 10.
- the strip 2 can make changes to the joint 24, e.g. Downsizing or Join enlargements of joint 24 with changes in temperature, without there being plaster cracks.
- Fig. 5 shows another embodiment of the invention Cleaning strip 2 in cross section.
- the plaster strip in FIG. 5 differs from the plaster strip in FIG. 1 in the following:
- the notch 8 goes a little deeper, H. to near the opposite Flat side of the strip 2.
- a Plastic tape 26 glued, about half on the first Part 4 and half on the second part 6 of the bar 2.
- the Plastic tape 26 extends along the bar 2.
- the plastic tape 26 has an adhesive surface on which an easily peelable masking paper is delivered 28 is glued on.
- the bar 2 shown in Fig. 5 can be in the unbroken state and after removing the cover paper 28 z. B. on a Interior wall with the now exposed adhesive surface of the Glue on the plastic tape 26 (the thickness of the plastic tape 26 is in Fig. 5 drawn very exaggerated; in reality the bar is 2 after this gluing on a large area on the interior wall). Then can be easily applied plaster 14 in a uniform thickness, because the Form leg 10 trigger edges. Alternatively, it is possible to add bar 2 to be used as a one-sided plaster edge limitation strip. You can do this yourself e.g. B. imagine that in Fig. 5 only from the right to the right Leg 10 plaster is applied.
- the plastic band 26 is flexible. Im at the Solibruchzone 7 broken state, the first part 4 and the second part 6 of the Bar can be pivoted relative to each other, but still hang together.
- bar 2 is drawn considerably larger than it is in natura in the vast majority of versions. To one for them Practice particularly typical size of the bar 2 you get when you the drawings reduced 4: 1.
