Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for separating and Conveying separated material out of a flowing liquid, especially wastewater, with one immersed in the liquid Rust from parallel to each other and each in Alternating fixed and movable slats, the fixedly arranged slats to a first plate pack and the movably arranged slats to a second plate pack are summarized and all slats on the Flow direction facing surface a variety of stages with a tread portion and a riser portion, where the tread portion and / or the riser portion has an undercut, and with a drive for second plate pack in a closed movement path in the Main plane of extension of the slats, with the upward Motion component of the trajectory slightly larger than that vertical height of the steps of the slats is dimensioned.
- Such Devices are sometimes referred to as step rakes. They are used in sewage treatment plants for municipal or industrial wastewater used in the cleaning of washing or process water, for the purpose of sludge screening or the like
- EP 0 221 991 B1 describes a device for collecting and Release of solids carried away by flowing water are known, the one set of stationary Slats and a set of movable slats.
- the fixed and movable slats are always there alternately provided to each other and on their arriving Provide steps facing the flow side. These stages have a substantially horizontally extending Tread share and a substantially vertical extending riser part, so that the steps a form a rectangular stair curve.
- the movable slats are connected to a plate pack, which over two eccentric discs in a closed circular path relative to the fixed arranged slats is moved in positive guidance. The the upward movement component of this circular path is somewhat larger as the step height of the fixed slats.
- the movable slats are united by side walls summarized, the side walls simultaneously for transmission the circular motion used on these slats become.
- Such slats equipped with rectangular steps are arranged so that they are slightly tilted backwards. This means that the conveyor line formed by the plate pack is arranged relatively flat rising in the channel. In other words, this device is relatively large Overall length. 6 of EP 0 221 991 B1 is a steeper one Arrangement of the slats shown. The slats point in Tread portion and undercuts in the riser portion on. This results in peaks at each level, which follow protrude from the front and top. Here, too, becomes flexible Lamella pack guided on a circular path.
- the upward one Movement component is slightly larger than the step height of the Lamellae.
- the diameter of the circular path is considerably larger than the distance between two adjacent peaks of the steps.
- the geometry of the steps in connection with the circular path is in disadvantageous in several respects.
- the material to be separated will not neatly promoted from level to level. Rather, there is Danger that the material to be separated partially during the conveyance pinched, repelled or otherwise shifted. Just one Part of the material to be separated is at the higher level stored.
- a similar rake for removal is known from EP 0 682 551 B1 of particles from wastewater known, which is a stationary Disk pack and a movable disk pack. It is a drive mechanism located above the water flow provided to move the movable plate pack in one to move a closed circular motion, this movement sequence is a vertical movement component that exceeds the step height of the slats.
- the steps provided in the slats have no undercuts on, but their two surfaces form an angle with each other that is slightly larger than 90 °. There are some Surfaces of the steps arranged slightly inclined downwards.
- the Drive for the movable plate pack is designed so that the plate pack in its upper area exactly on one Circular path is guided. This is in turn done by an eccentric reached.
- the drive also has a tension element with a Connection mechanism on the lower area of the plate pack an approximately circular pressed movement path granted.
- This type of drive maintains the movable Slat package over the height at every point as it were different movements. It is true in each case a closed path and also roughly a circular path. The circular path closes a vertical component of motion which exceeds the step height of the slats. Also at this matching of the parts to one another becomes a proper one Transport of the material to be separated upwards not reached. Kick it Rejection phenomena that lead to a shift of the material to be separated lead while moving.
- DE 197 14 089 A1 describes a filter stage calculation with a first plate pack of fixed and spaced Slats and a second slat package made of movably arranged driven slats known. All slats point a large number on the surface facing the direction of flow of steps with a horizontal tread share and one vertical riser component. The steps have no undercuts on.
- the drive for the second plate pack takes place in a closed trajectory in the main plane of extension of the slats, with the upward movement component the trajectory slightly larger than the vertical The height of the steps of the slats is dimensioned.
- the drive points two independently controllable actuators that the movable plate pack in two different adjustment directions drive.
- the Trajectory encloses a surface and becomes essentially linear movement sections divided, preferably vertically and are aligned linearly.
- the actuators are too arranged vertically and horizontally.
- the circular Movement from the state of the art is therefore a rectangular movement replaced.
- the filter stage rake shows disadvantageous a relatively large overall length, which can be adjusted accordingly the sum of the widths of the steps.
- undercuts on the slats required, although larger pieces of material to be separated, for example, cans are to be promoted.
- Such in particular undercuts provided in the riser portion require a widening of the slats to the required To achieve stability of the plate pack.
- Still requires the arrangement of undercuts the enlargement of the radius the circular trajectory on which the movable Lamella pack is guided. This results in an unclean one Promotion of the material to be separated, combined with bruises, Discarding and a crushing effect.
- the present invention therefore has the technical problem to provide a device of the type described in the introduction, where the steps have undercuts, the device is a relatively steep slope has small overall length and still a clean orderly The material to be separated is conveyed without being thrown off or crushed becomes.
- the invention is based on the idea of the shape of the steps of the slats and the movement path on which the movable slat package is driven to coordinate better than before.
- the closed trajectory is of shape of the levels specified or determined.
- the trajectory becomes parallelogram or elliptical. she can exactly follow the path of an ellipse or only something like one Look ellipse.
- the distance of the actual trajectory too the theoretical outline of the field is generally not critical, but should be as small as possible to reduce the effort for to keep the implementation of the drive as small as possible.
- the movement path of the drive for the second plate pack on End of horizontal forward movement should be preferred at least approximated by the tops of the steps of the stationary Slats to be guided. This will not only be the small semi-axis the elliptical trajectory is kept small, but also an overlap of the entire length of the tread portion in the Pick-up point of the material to be separated reached. A pushing together of the material to be separated from the tread portion of the step not instead.
- the movement path of the drive for the second plate pack during the horizontal return movement should preferably at least approximated by the tips of the following ones Steps of the fixed slats can be performed. So that will not just the small semi-axis of the elliptical trajectory kept small, but also covering the entire length of the tread portion at the transfer point of the material to be separated. A stripping effect on the material to be separated on the riser portion the stage does not take place.
- the movement path of the drive for the second plate pack can at least be approximated by all four corner points of one by parallel displacement of the tread portion and the riser portion parallelogram-shaped field be led.
- This training has the advantage that the trajectory is optimally small without the clean Promotion of the material to be separated is left. The effort for that The design of the drive is thus kept small. simultaneously there is a pushing of the material to be separated on the Tread portion does not take place, d. H. the material to be separated is from Third level share to third level share without additional relocation promoted.
- the drive for the second plate pack in the closed movement path has a coupling drive.
- a coupling drive has several hinged rods, some of which are supported in fixed bearings. Ultimately, too the elliptical or elliptical trajectory transferred to the movable plate pack.
- Another possible implementation provides that the drive for the second plate pack in the closed movement path
- Two hydraulically or pneumatically operated cylinders having. These cylinders can preferably with their axes be inclined to each other. Cylinders can be used matching actuation lengths can be provided to the to achieve elliptical or elliptical trajectory.
- the two hydraulically or pneumatically operated cylinders are operated simultaneously in coordination with each other, so that the elliptical or elliptical trajectory arises.
- the tread share of the steps and the trajectory of the movable plate pack are preferably against the Flow direction of the liquid arranged inclined upwards. This is especially the case if the undercuts only provided in the area of the riser portion are. It is then also possible to use larger items, such as Cans to promote upwards without the risk there is that such parts fall on the steps and so cannot be pumped out of the liquid.
- the second plate pack is over in the closed trajectory the drive preferably performed in parallel. This will be the second Slat package moves parallel to itself and at each stage there is a corresponding movement path, so that Squeezes and shifts of the material to be separated Steps are avoided.
- Step rakes of the type in question have a number such fixed slats 1, which are at a mutual distance, So perpendicular to the plane of FIG. 1, with their Outlines are arranged opaque. Between two fixed Slats 1 are each a movable slat 2. Also the outlines of these movable slats 2 coincide in the Starting position shown in FIG. 1 with the outline of Fixed slats 1. The fixed slats 1 are one below the other combined into a plate pack 3. The moveable Slats 2 are combined to form a second plate pack 4.
- the disk pack 4 and thus the movable slats 2 when driving the step rake parallel to its main extension plane, in parallel planes to the drawing plane of the Fig. 1 moves.
- the two plate packs 3 and 4 form a total one inclined into the liquid 5 arranged grate 6.
- the flow direction 7 of the liquid 5 relative to the grate 6 is indicated by an arrow.
- the fins 1 and 2 are on the according to the direction of flow 7 incoming liquid 5 facing side with steps 8 Mistake.
- Each step 8 has a tread portion 9 and a riser portion 10.
- the step portion 9 is here arranged exactly horizontally. But it can also be slightly inclined be provided in an increasing direction counter to the flow direction 7. With In any case, the part of step 8 becomes tread portion 9 referred to, which extends substantially horizontally.
- the riser portion 10 can extend exactly vertically, as in FIG. 1 indicated by dashed lines. But he can also be inclined, as in solid lines recognizable. Also a curved or curved shape of the Level 8 in the area of riser portion 10 is natural possible.
- the riser portion 10 shown in dashed lines forms with the step portion 9 an angle of 90 °. This is the Case when the steps 9 are rectangular and arranged are. Such a design of stages 8 has none Undercuts on. With such a design of the steps 8, the present invention is not concerned.
- Step portion 9 illustrates that by an undercut 13 is formed.
- the tread portion 9 thus points here a kinking, curved or otherwise hollowed out design on.
- the invention relates to such stages 8 in the Slats 1 and 2, the at least one of the two undercuts 11 or 13.
- the shape of the steps 8 also be chosen so that both undercuts 11 and 13 are more or less merged.
- the stage 8 shows a single stage 8 of the disk packs 3 and 4 1.
- the stage 8 has the undercut 11 and is by the shape of the tread portion 9 and Riser portion 10 determined.
- By moving the Step portion 10 results in a dashed line Line 14.
- By parallel shifting the tread portion 9 a dashed line 15 results.
- the riser portion 10, the tread portion 9 and the lines 14 and 15 enclose a field 16, which is a parallelogram Has shape. If the length of the tread portion 9 with the Riser portion 10 matches, field 16 receives one Diamond shape.
- the field 16 has 4 corner points, namely two superimposed tips 17 and 18 of two immediately stacked steps 8.
- the third corner point of the Field 16 is formed by a transition point 19 by the Step portion 9 and riser portion 10 merge.
- the intersection of lines 14 and 15 finally forms the fourth corner point 20.
- the dash-dotted lines are self-contained Movement path 21 shown.
- the trajectory 21 illustrates the course of the tip 17 of stage 8 during the drive of the Lamella pack 4 from the movable slats 2 relative to the Lamella pack 3 from stationary slats 1. It can be seen that the trajectory 21 is placed so that it is nowhere is guided through the parallelogram-like field 16. The Rather, the path of movement 21 is at a distance 22 from the contour lines of the field 16 as shown in FIG. 2 for the distance line 14 is indicated.
- the trajectory 21 should preferably through the two peaks 17 and 18 of adjacent steps 8 be guided.
- the corner points 19 and 20 can of the trajectory 21 can be circled at a distance. But it is also possible as shown, to lay the trajectory 21 so that it also goes through the corner points 19 and 20 of the field 16.
- Fig. 3 shows again a larger section of the Slats 1 and 2 with a shape of stages 8, the one have significant undercut 11.
- the tread share 9 is chosen to be relatively large, so that the surfaces with which Separated material in the respective circulation around the movement path 21 is raised and put down by a level 8, very large is measured. It can also be seen that the field 16 is a very narrow, elongated field with a parallelogram shape becomes.
- Fig. 4 is a practical training, for a grid 6 from Levels 8 on the slats 1 and 2, both an undercut 11 in the area of the tread portion 9 as well as one Have undercut 13 in the area of riser portion 9.
- the movement path 21 is elliptical or elliptical trained, actually corresponds to an ellipse or just looks like this.
- This ellipse according to the trajectory 21 has a large semi-axis 23 and a small semi-axis 24, the two semiaxes 23 and 24 are placed so that the Field 16 is not affected and is not intersected while the trajectory 21 simultaneously through all four corner points 17, 18, 19, 20 goes. It can be seen that the elliptical trajectory 21 with its large semi-axis 23 against the direction of flow 7 is arranged inclined slightly rising.
- Fig. 5 illustrates an embodiment of the grate 6, in which the fixed slats 1 and the slat package formed therefrom 3 are shown in solid lines. In dashed lines are the movable slats 2 and the plate pack 4 formed therefrom illustrates.
- the trajectory 21 is also elliptical or elliptical here educated.
- Levels 8 have a significant undercut 11 in the area of the riser portion 10 during the Tread portion 9 is formed without an undercut. The The shape of the steps 8 is therefore very pointed.
- the rust 6 is set very steeply into the liquid 5, that is to say it has a particularly small overall length in flow direction 7.
- drives 25 are shown as they suitable for example for generating the movement path 21 and are determined.
- the disk packs 4 are driven by the drives 25 moves according to the trajectories 21.
- the plate packs 3 from the fixed slats 1 are for clarity not shown for the sake of it. It is understood that the slats 1 and 2 have a matching shape, as shown by the level 8 is clarified.
- the grate 6 can be useful Have side walls 26 which are connected to the movable slats 2 form a unit. But the two outermost can also movable slats 2 are used to the slat package 4 to drive via the drive 25.
- Each drive 25 can one have an upper part and a lower part that match or be modified as shown can to the movable plate pack 4 parallel to itself to drive itself in the drawing plane according to movement path 21.
- the upper drive part has a shaft 27, which is driven by a motor, not shown.
- the lower drive part also has such a shaft 27 '.
- On the shaft 27 is a variable length handlebar 28, the ends in a joint 29.
- a curved path 30 is provided which is congruent to the movement path 21 to be generated, on which the center of the joint 29 moves.
- To the Hinge 29 engage two arms 31 and 32, which are with the side wall 26 are torsionally rigid.
- the lower part of the drive 25 is trained accordingly. Instead of the two arms 31 and 32 an articulated arm 33 is provided here, which connects the Joint 29 'brings about with the side wall 26. It understands themselves that the drive 25 is designed so that both of it Side walls 26 of the plate pack 4 are detected.
- the drive 25 shown in FIG. 7 also has one upper and a lower part. Again, one won't Motor shown drives the shafts 27 and 27 '. coupling drives 34 provide an elliptical trajectory 21 of the Joints 29 and 29 ', which also correspond to the side walls here 26 are transmitted.
- the drive 25 shown in Fig. 8 has in its upper Part two cylinders 35 and 36. In the lower part of the drive 25 the cylinders 35 'and 36' are provided accordingly.
- the Cylinders are at one end in fixed swivel bearings hung up while putting their other ends together or attack articulated on the side wall 26.
- the two Cylinders 35 and 36 on the one hand and 35 'and 36' on the other are actuated uniformly overlapping each other, be it hydraulic, be it pneumatic. Move the joints 29 and 29 ' on the trajectories 21.
