Definitions
- the invention relates to a radial swivel motor according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such swivel motors are used in particular in the aviation and vehicle industries.
- a radial swivel motor consists, for example, according to DE 32 22 982 A1, of a housing which has at least one stator blade in the interior and is closed at the front ends with covers and a rotor which is composed of an output shaft mounted in the covers and at least one rotor blade.
- the rotor blade can only be pivoted to a limited extent within a free space in the housing and thus forms at least one pressure chamber and one drain chamber with the stator blade of the housing.
- the stator and rotor blades are equipped with a form-fitting sliding sealing element with respect to the side covers and with respect to the radial housing wall or the output shaft.
- a sliding sealing ring is usually fitted on the output shaft, which can be mounted in the respective cover as well as in the rotor.
- the output shaft is secured on the journal side by another sealing ring, for which a wide variety of radial shaft sealing rings are used.
- bearing points are arranged between the shaft seals, in the area of which leakage oil lines are arranged in order to return the leakage oil that occurs between the shaft sealing rings to the tank.
- the bearing points and the sealing points are thus protected against excessive pressure loads and thus against damage, and high starting torques of the swivel motor are avoided.
- These leakage oil lines are also equipped with devices to accumulate the leakage oil flow to a predetermined pressure and thus always provide the bearing points with sufficient pressure oil for lubrication. Such leakage oil lines are technically necessary, but are generally rejected because they require a high level of technical and cost expenditure in terms of both the device and the plant.
- the invention eliminates the disadvantages mentioned in the prior art.
- the invention is simple to manufacture due to the simplest manufacturing processes and by using a simple check valve and is therefore inexpensive to purchase.
- the invention represents a very elegant solution, which now also enables use in space-constrained final products.
- It is also advantageous to set the opening pressure at the check valve so that the pressure that arises upstream of the check valve enables the bearing to be adequately supplied with lubricating oil. This protects the bearing and leads to a long service life of the bearing and the seal.
- the alternative possibility of using a separate check valve for each bearing or a common check valve for all bearings is also advantageous.
- the invention is therefore extremely adaptable to swivel motors with different designs.
- the embodiment is particularly advantageous in that constantly both bearings on the one hand with the outlet and on the other hand have a connection to the pressure chamber. Thereby are due to the changing function of the drainage space and Pressure chamber both bearings constantly and in every operating function connected to the drain room. That includes one Pressure load of one of the two bearings if one Maintain the swivel direction for a longer period of time must become.
- the radial swivel motor consists mainly of an outer stator 1 and an inner rotor 2.
- the stator 1 is composed of a housing 3 and of covers 4 arranged on both end faces of the housing 3, which are fastened via screws, not shown.
- the end faces of the housing 3 and the inner surfaces of the cover 4 are designed as continuous flat surfaces and are joined to them.
- a clamping ring 5 on each side of the cover fixes the radial position relative to one another.
- Both covers 4 each have a bearing bore.
- Inside the housing 3 there is a cylindrical housing bore, which is divided into two opposite free spaces by two opposing and radially aligned stator blades 6.
- the rotor 2 on the other hand, consists of an output shaft 7 with bearing pins 8 on both sides and an intermediate cylinder part 9. In the area of this cylinder part 9, two opposite and radially aligned rotor blades 10 are arranged.
- the rotor 2 is fitted in the housing 3 of the stator 1 so that an axial sealing gap 11 and between the end faces of the rotor blade between the head of the rotor blade 10 and the inner wall of the housing 3 and between the head of the stator blade 6 and the peripheral surface of the cylinder part 9 10 and the end faces of the stator blade 6 and the inner surfaces of the two covers 4 on both sides, a radial sealing gap 12 is formed.
- Each rotor blade 10 therefore divides one of the two free spaces in the stator into a pressure chamber 13 and an outlet chamber 14, so that there are two opposite pressure chambers 13 and two opposite outlet chambers 14 which are reversed during operation.
- Both pressure chambers 13 and both outlet chambers 14 are connected to one another by inner channels 15 and 16, while a pressure chamber 13 is connected to an inlet connection 17 and an outlet chamber 14 is connected to an outlet connection 18. Sealing elements 19 for the external tightness are provided in the usual way between the covers 4 and the respective journal 8.
- each rotor blade 10 and on each stator blade 6 a frame sealing element 20.
- each rotor blade 10 two longitudinally Leg 21, both a center and over the entire height and the entire length of the groove 22 train.
- this groove 22 is the frame sealing element 20 pressed. This ensures that each rotor blade 10 on its circumference and on its End faces opposite the housing 3 and the covers 4 is sealed.
- the sliding seal ring 23 has on its side facing away from the cover 4 a recess which is designed as an installation space 24 for a soft seal in the form of a diagonal sealing ring 25.
- This installation space 24 forms in cooperation with a diameter gradation on the cylinder part 9 of the output shaft 7 a first circumferential sealing edge 26 and a second circumferential sealing edge 27.
- the diagonal sealing ring 25 is formed with two sealing parts and with an intermediate and movable guide part and fitted in the installation space 24 so that one sealing part on the one hand rests on the first sealing edge 26 and the other sealing part on the other hand on the second sealing edge 27.
- the sliding seal ring 23 and the rotor 2 are further equipped with an anti-rotation device.
- both legs 21 of each rotor blade 10 are formed on their end faces as drivers and the circumferential sealing ring 23 is correspondingly equipped with recesses, for example a pair of axial grooves 28, which are in engagement with one another.
- the output shaft 7 is mounted in the covers 4 of the housing 3 and therefore has a corresponding bearing 29 in the area of the bearing journal 8, which bearing can be designed as a slide, ball or roller bearing.
- Each of the two bearings 29 is axially enclosed on both sides by a sealing element, in the embodiment on the inside by the sliding sealing ring 23 and on the outside by the annular sealing element 19.
- an annular collecting channel 30 for any leakage oil is introduced in the inner ring of the bearing 29 or in the bearing journal 8 of the output shaft 7.
- Each of the two collecting channels 30 is now depressurized in two embodiments.
- the radial channel 31 or the axial channel 32 has an installation space 33 for a non-releasable check valve 34.
- This check valve 34 is designed to be spring-loaded and aligned towards the bearing 29.
- Each bearing 29 is thus connected in this way to one of the two channels 15 or 16 connecting the pressure or drainage spaces 13 or 14.
- both bearings 29 can be assigned to a common connecting channel, which receives a common check valve 34 and which is connected to one of the channels 15 or 16.
- both are ring-shaped Collecting channels 30 each have a radial collecting channel 35 and a common axial channel 36 with each other connected.
- This axial channel 36 is through on the one hand a radial channel 37 with one of the two pressure chambers 13 and the other through a radial channel 38 with a of the two drainage rooms 14 connected.
- Both in the radial Channel 37 as well as in the radial channel 38 is a non-releasable check valve 39 and 40 arranged. Both check valves 39, 40 are for the respective Drain room 14 aligned opening.
- the one check valve 34 opens when the back pressure of the leak oil at the corresponding bearing 29 has set itself to the required opening pressure and thus allows the leak oil of the one bearing 29 to flow freely to the drainage spaces 14 and thus to the tank of the hydraulic system.
- the opposite check valve 34 from the other bearing 29 remains closed, since the pressure from the pressure chamber 13 on the other hand acts on the check valve 34.
- both bearings 29 are alternately depressurized by the dynamic pressure of the leak oil.
- the one check valve 39 or 40 opens when the common back pressure of the leak oil of both bearings 29 has set itself to the required opening pressure. This clears the passage for the leakage oil of the two opposite bearings 29 to the outlet spaces 14 and thus to the tank of the hydraulic system.
- the opposite check valve 39 or 40 remains closed, since the pressure from the pressure chambers 13 on the other hand acts on the check valve 39 or 40. So that both bearings 29 are constantly relieved of the dynamic pressure.
