Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines strangförmigen Abstandhalters (7) aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff auf Glasscheiben im Zuge des Herstellens von Isolierglasscheiben, bei dem thermoplastischer Kunststoff aus einer Düse (1) entlang des Randes der Glasscheibe und strangförmig auf die Glasscheibe aufgespritzt wird, wobei beim Spritzen einer Ecke (10) im Abstandhalter (7) den Abstandhalter (7) bildender Kunststoff aus der Düse (1) in einem Zug auf die Glasscheibe aufgespritzt und ein scharfkantiges Inneneck (13) des Abstandhalters (7) erzeugt wird, und wobei beim Spritzen einer Ecke (10) den Abstandhalter (7) bildender Kunststoff auf die Glasscheibe ohne Anhaften des Kunststoffes an der Glasscheibe im Bereich der Ecke (10) aufgespritzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Düse (1) verwendet wird, die an der Innenseite und an der Außenseite des Abstandhalters (7) anliegende Führungsflächen (2 und 3) besitzt, und dass die Achse (4), um welche die Düse (1) beim Erzeugen einer Ecke (10) im Abstandhalter (7) verschwenkt wird, im Bereich der Innenecke (13) des im Abstandhalter (7) erzeugten Ecks (10) und im Bereich des hinteren, freien Randes (50) der an der Innenseite des Abstandhalters (7) anliegenden Führungsfläche (3) liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Abstandhalter (7) bildender Kunststoff vor und nach dem Spritzen einer Ecke (10) mit Anhaften des Kunststoffes an der Glasscheibe aufgespritzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenkontur des Abstandhalters (7) im Bereich der Ecke (10) zu einem Kreisbogen (14) geformt wird.
- Düsesystem mit einer Düse (1) zur Verwendung beim Durchführen des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, mit einer Leitung (46) und einer Düsenhalterung (48), wobei die Düse (1) einen hohlen Düsenkörper (41) mit einer Austrittsöffnung (6) für den thermoplastischen Kunststoff aufweist, an dem die Leitung (46) für das Zuführen von thermoplastischem Kunststoff angeschlossen ist, und die Düse (1) über die Düsenhalterung (48) mit einem Antrieb zum Ausführen der Bewegungen der Düse (1) kuppelbar ist, wobei die Düsenhalterung (48) eine Schwenkachse (4) definiert, um welche die Düse (1) verschwenkbar ist, wobei vom Düsenkörper (41) auf beiden Seiten der Austrittsöffnung (6) Schenkel abstehen, die beim Herstellen eines strangförmigen Abstandhalters (7) als Führungsflächen (2, 3) an der Außenseite und an der Innenseite des Abstandhalters (7) anliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (4) der Düse (1) im Bereich d bezogen auf die Bewegungsrichtung (Pfeil 12) der Düse (1) beim Herstellen des Abstandhalters (7) hinteren Randes (50) der an der Innenseite des Abstandhalters (7) anzuliegenden Führungsfläche (3) angeordnet ist.
- Düse nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der als an der Außenseite des Abstandhalters (7) anliegende Führungsfläche (2) dienende Schenkel länger ausgebildet ist, als der als an der Innenseite des Abstandhalters (7) anliegende Führungsfläche (3) dienende Schenkel.
- Düse nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Glasscheibe, auf die der thermoplastische Abstandhalter aufzuspritzen ist, zugekehrten Ränder des Düsenkörpers (41) der Düse (1) und der beiden Schenkel (2, 3) als Gleitflächen ausgebildet sind.
- Düse nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (1) während aus ihr Kunststoff auf die Glasscheibe aufgespritzt wird, von der Glasscheibe abhebbar ist.
