Abstract
L'invention porte sur les composés à activité thérapeutique de formules (I) et (II) dans lesquelles R1 est hydrogène, alkyle, alcényle, aryle, aryalkyle, hydroxyalkyle, halogenalkyle, alkoxy, COR10, CONR10R11, OR10, S(O)mR10, NR10COR11 ou NR10R11, ou R10 est hydrogène, alkyle, alcényle, aryle, arylalkyle, hydroxyalkyle, halogénalkyle, alkoxy ou hydroxy et R11 est hydrogène, alkyle, aryle, arylalkyle, alkoxy, aryloxy, hydroxy ou acyle, ou si X est NR11, R1 peut aussi être carboxylalkyle, R6 est hydrogène, alkyle, alkényle, aryle, arylalkyle, R2 et R7 sont hydrogène, alkyle, aryle, arylalkyle, alcényle, COR10, CONR10R11, halogène, trifluorométhyle, nitro ou cyano, où R10 et R11 sont comme définis ci-dessus, R3 est hydrogène, alkyle, aryle ou arylalkyle, A est alkyle ou alkyle substitué, m est 0-2 et n est 1-3, Y est O, NR11 ou S, où R11 est défini comme ci-dessus, X est O, NR11 ou S, où R11 est défini comme ci-dessus, R4, R5, R8 et R9 sont indépendamment l'un des groupes (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f) et (g) suivants ou si X est NR11, R4, R5, R8 et R9 peuvent aussi être indépendamment HOOC-, R12OOC-, H2NCO- ou HOHNCO-, où R12 est alkyle, arylalkyle ou aryle, et où chacun des résidus aryle défini ci-dessus par lui-même ou en tant que partie d'un autre groupe peut être substitué. L'invention porte également sur les sels et esters pharmacocompatibles desdits composés qui présentent une activité inhibitrice du phospholambane et s'avèrent utiles pour le traitement de l'insuffisance cardiaque.
