Claims (12)
- Procédé de distribution des constituants de tabac dans lequel les brins de tabac sont séparés des côtes de tabac et des corps étrangers à partir d'un flux de tabac par un courant d'air, ce flux de tabac étant introduit dans une canalisation généralement descendante, une séparation entre brins et côtes est effectuée en bas de ladite canalisation, et une partie du tabac est amenée vers une courroie poreuse dans une cheminée par un courant d'air ascendant, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie des côtes de tabac sont alignées généralement verticalement dans ladite canalisation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'alignement est effectué en ce que le flux de tabac est projeté contre une paroi de ladite canalisation qui est munie d'une succession de creux et saillies formant une ondulation qui s'étend longitudinalement en direction du flux du tabac dans cette canalisation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les constituants du tabac descendant dans ladite canalisation sont en plus accélérés vers le bas et encore alignés en même temps.
- Distributeur d'une machine à fabriquer des produits de tabac à fumer, comprenant au moins une canalisation (13) conduisant un flux de tabac, et un rouleau à picots (12) monté en haut de cette canalisation en regard d'une paroi arrière (20), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif d'alignement des constituants du flux de tabac comprenant une succession de profils en creux et saillies (2; 4) disposés côte à côte sur au moins la paroi (20) de la canalisation venant en contact avec le flux de tabac, les creux et les saillies s'étendant longitudinalement de haut en bas.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en plus un rouleau accélérateur rotatif (40) dont la surface périphérique est pourvue d'une succession de profils en creux (42) et saillies (44) s'étendant sur les circonférences du rouleau, ce rouleau (40) étant monté au bas de ladite canalisation (13) à l'endroit de sa jonction avec une cheminée de montée (16) des brins de tabac.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de la surface périphérique du rouleau accélérateur (40) fait saillie dans une ouverture longiligne (131) aménagée dans la partie inférieure de ladite paroi arrière (20) de la canalisation (13).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la section droite des profils en creux et saillies(2, 4) est de forme essentiellement triangulaire, le fond des profils en creux (22; 42) étant arrondi.
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'arête des profils en saillie (24) est arrondie.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la section droite des profils en creux et saillies (2; 4) est de forme essentiellement sinusoïdale.
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'angle (α) au sommet entre deux faces opposées (21, 23; 41, 43) d'un profil est compris entre 60° et 120°.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit angle (α) est d'environ 90°.
- Machine de fabrication de produits de l'industrie du tabac, munie d'un distributeur selon l'une des revendications 4 à 11.
