Claims (2)
- Breitbandrichtkoppler mit mindestens zwei in Kaskade geschalteten Koppelabschnitten (1, 2, 3) unterschiedlicher Koppeldämpfung, bei dem die Koppelabschnitte (1, 3) mit loser Kopplung aus stirnseitig verkoppelten Streifenleitern (4, 5) und die Koppelabschnitte (2) mit fester Kopplung aus breitseitig verkoppelten Streifenleitern (6, 7) bestehen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die breitseitig verkoppelten Streifenleiter (6, 7) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten eines Substrats (8) ausgebildet sind und dazu die rückseitige durchgehende Metallkaschierung (9) des Substrats (8) eine Ausnehmung (10) für den rückseitigen Streifenleiter (7) aufweist und die stirnseitig verkoppelten Streifenleiter daran anschließend auf der Vorderseite des gleichen Substrats (8) als Mikrostreifenleitungen ausgebildet sind. - Breitbandrichtkoppler nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der eine Streifenleiter (5) der stirnseitig verkoppelten Streifenleiter (4, 5) auf der Vorderseite des Substrats (8) unmittelbar in den vorderseitigen Streifenleiter (6) der breitseitig verkoppelten Streifenleiter (6, 7) übergeht und der andere Streifenleiter (4) der stirnseitig verkoppelten Streifenleiter (4, 5) im Abstand vor dem auf der Vorderseite des Substrats ausgebildeten Streifenleiter (6) der breitseitig verkoppelten Streifenleiter (6, 7) endet und durch eine Durchverbindung (11) mit dem rückseitigen Streifenleiter (7) der breitseitig verkoppelten Streifenleiter (6, 7) galvanisch verbunden ist.
