- la figure 1 est une vue de face d'un dispositif de verrouillage de trappe, équipé des perfectionnements selon l'invention ;

- la figure 3 est une vue de face de la platine d'articulation équipant le dispositif de verrouillage de trappe ;

- la figure 6 est une vue de détail et de face du bras auto-bloquant équipant le dispositif de verrouillage de trappe ;

Claims (8)
- Dispositif de verrouillage d'une trappe d'accès aux galeries et ouvrages souterrains du génie civil constituée d'au moins un vantail (3), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte sur l'un quelconque des côtés formant le cadre (1) d'un dormant, au moins une platine d'articulation (2) prenant appui sur l'une des parois latérales de la chambre souterraine, cette platine (2) étant munie, d'une part d'un axe d'articulation (13) et d'un moyen support (8) connecté à un dispositif de facilitation d'ouverture permettant d'assurer l'ouverture et la fermeture d'au moins un vantail (3), la face interne du vantail (3) comportant au moins une gorge (19) pour recevoir l'axe d'articulation (13) venant de la platine (2), ainsi que des ergots (26) à l'arrière de l'axe d'articulation (13) qui viennent prendre appui au niveau de talons (20) positionnés sur la face arrière de la platine (2), ces ergots (26) facilitant le pivotement du vantail (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la platine (2) est réalisée sous la forme d'une cornière obtenue par pliage ou soudage d'éléments métalliques, et comporte sensiblement deux parties (4, 5), la première partie (4) étant destinée à coopérer au niveau du dormant par l'intermédiaire notamment d'une pluralité d'orifices (6), la seconde partie (5) de cette platine (2) disposant d'au moins un orifice (7), préférentiellement oblong de manière à offrir des possibilités de réglage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le support (8) est pourvu d'un orifice (9) qui autorise le passage d'une tige filetée (10) dont la course est réglable par un système d'écrous contre écrous, l'une des extrémités de la tige filetée (10) étant pourvue d'un moyen de coopération (11) avec l'extrémité du dispositif de facilitation d'ouverture.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la platine (2) comporte, des pattes (12) faisant saillie perpendiculairement et préférentiellement selon un angle qui dépasse l'angle droit, ces pattes supportant l'axe d'articulation (13).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face interne du vantail (3) comporte des aménagements particuliers qui permettent le montage du vantail (3) sur la platine d'articulation (2) ainsi que la solidarisation des accessoires (14, 15, 16).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face interne du vantail (3) comporte une béquille (17) qui est pourvue de moyens de coopération (18) avec la tige d'au moins un vérin (16) et/ou l'extrémité d'un bras auto-bloquant (15), formant le dispositif de facilitation d'ouverture.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bras auto-bloquant (15) comporte, d'une part à l'une de ses extrémités un orifice (22) qui coopère avec l'extrémité d'une tige filetée (10) reliée à la platine d'articulation (2), et d'autre part une lumière (23) dans laquelle peut se déplacer un téton (24) faisant saillie sur la béquille (17), cette lumière (23) se terminant par une oreille (25) dans laquelle vient se loger ledit téton (24) lorsque le vantail (3) est en position d'ouverture, de manière à réaliser son blocage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est articulé sur un dormant (1) qui est muni d'une pluralité de pattes faisant saillie perpendiculairement et s'étendant sur les parois de la chambre, ces pattes disposant d'au moins un orifice (7'), préférentiellement oblong de manière à offrir des possibilités de réglage du dormant par rapport à la chambre.
