Claims (2)
- Verfahren zum Regeln eines hydraulischen Dreh- und Vorschubantriebes für ein Kaltpilgerwalzwerk zur Herstellung von Rohren in einem von einem Kurbeltrieb in Walzrichtung hin- und herbewegbaren Walzgerüst, dessen verjüngend kalibrierte Walzen mit wechselndem Drehsinn über dem Walzgut abrollen und das Rohr abhängig von der Stellung der Kurbelwelle zeitweise zum Vorschieben und Drehen freigeben, wobei das Drehen und Vorschieben des Rohres mittels den daran angreifenden Antriebsorganen zugeordneter druckmittelgeregelter Hydromotoren erfolgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Druckmittelzufuhr jedes Hydromotors über ein Proportionalventil geregelt wird, das abhängig von dem geforderten Weg des von diesem Hydromotor bewegten Antriebsorgans für ein diesem Weg proportionales Zeitintervall geöffnet wird. - Verfahren zum Regeln eines hydraulischen Dreh- und Vorschubantriebes nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die von jedem Antriebsorgan oder Hydromotor ausgeführte Bewegung gemessen und mit einem gespeicherten Sollwert verglichen wird, und dass anhand festgestellter Abweichungen die Zeitintervalle für die Ventilöffnung korrigiert werden.
