Claims (8)
- Dispositif destiné à charger et à décharger les véhicules (2, 3) des wagons de chemin de fer (8), les véhicules (2, 3) étant transbordés transversalement aux rails de la voie ferrée d'une rampe (5) sur le ou les wagons (8) lors du chargement, et en sens inverse lors du déchargement, et étant déplacés sur des palettes (12) elles-mêmes chargées sur le ou les wagons (8) où elles restent avec les véhicules pendant toute la durée du transport ferroviaire, le dispositif comprenant une palette (12) dont la surface de base a au moins la taille d'un véhicule (2, 3) et dont la face inférieure est pourvue d'un système assurant le transbordement d'une rampe (5) sur un wagon de chemin de fer (8), la surface de chargement du wagon (8) étant par ailleurs dotée d'éléments de centrage placés dans le sens de la marche à l'avant et à l'arrière de l'emplacement réservé à la palette afin d'amener celle-ci exactement à l'endroit voulu au moment du transbordement,
caractérisé en ce que
les organes de coulissement situés sur la face inférieure se présentent notamment sous forme de patins ou autres, ayant de préférence une surface plane. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface de chargement du wagon de marchandises est pourvue de systèmes d'ancrage au niveau de l'emplacement réservé à la palette afin de pouvoir fixer celle-ci pendant le transport ferroviaire.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface de chargement du wagon de marchandises et/ou la rampe sont équipées de surfaces planes soutenant la palette pendant le mouvement de translation.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la rampe (5) est dotée d'un système de transbordement (29) permettant de pousser et/ou de tirer la palette (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le système de transbordement (29) est équipé d'une tige filetée (40) parallèle au sens du déplacement et sur laquelle est vissé (46) un taquet mobile (45) pouvant être accouplé à une palette (12), le déplacement du taquet (45) étant assuré par la rotation de la tige filetée (40).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le taquet mobile (45) est accouplé à la palette (12) au moyen d'un système de poussée et de traction (34).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que celui-ci renferme un mécanisme permettant d'accoster à un endroit précis du wagon, notamment pour pouvoir ajuster la position du wagon (8) par rapport à la rampe (5) concernée avant de procéder au chargement et/ou au déchargement, dé manière à ce que les systèmes et glissières de guidage du wagon (8) et de la rampe (5) soient alignés.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la rampe (5) et/ou le wagon (8) sont pourvus d'éléments de centrage et/ou de fixation permettant d'arrêter le wagon (8) dans la position ajustée.
