Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a dishwasher equipped with nozzles rotating for homogeneous watering. It applies especially for watering elements that are difficult to clean, such as, for example, pans or similar utensils such as pressure cookers or cooking pots. More Generally, it applies to the washing of all types of dishes.
  • a dishwasher is intended to wash a range of items the most vast possible. All the elements do not present the same difficulties of washing.
  • the washing of pans poses a particular problem which is detrimental to its efficiency. In other words, it is not abusive to say that dishwashers currently do not achieve satisfactory washing of the pans, in some circumstances. This is particularly the case when stubborn soiling that charred foods remain hung on the inner surface of a pan after it has for example remained too long on a hot plate or gas burner. These charred elements are difficult to remove from the pan. Or a saving of energy and water is sought and the washing of the pan is then performed correctly, or good washing is sought but not fully achieved, and moreover at the cost of significant consumption of energy and water. there is no proper washing of pans, moreover, economical in energy and water.
  • DE-1 428 424 discloses a watering system for a a dishwasher with a hub from which radially channels, an axis of rotation for these elements and a water inlet in the connected hub to the canals. At the free ends of the channels there is always a nozzle which has a curved fin in the direction of flow. Each fin has a curved guide wall along which the water coming out of the channels is guided to make a large jet out.
  • US-2,673,761 describes a watering device used in the dishwasher described in US-2,596,693. These measures of watering presents a support carrying curved arms and a head watering. These two elements rotate in opposite directions. this allows to change the direction of the jets coming out of the sprinkler head.
  • Dishwasher manufacturers offer users, washing cycles, says pans. They advocate putting the utensils to wash in the lower basket of the dishwasher. These cycles are cycles derived from the usual programs, but more intense. There is an addition of a prewash, cold or hot, an increase in the wash temperature by compared to a normal cycle, at 70 ° C for example, an increase in the time of washing after washing temperature reached as well as an increase in the pressure in the lower reel.
  • the surfaces directly struck are clean, but the neighboring surfaces, sprayed or run off, may their initial stain.
  • the runoff from the above is of no use for cleaning the interior, contrary to the plates for example.
  • the chemical action, in temperature and / or in duration, does not not enough to compensate for the lack of mechanical action on the whole of the surface of the dishes.
  • the increase in the pressure in the reel is only little effect on cleaning areas not directly watered.
  • the subject of the invention is a dishwasher comprising at least one watering system comprising a rotating nozzle, the nozzle being associated with a palette.
  • the jet of water coming out of the nozzle is spread on the pallet to go in flat jet turning towards the washing dishes, the impact surface of the jet of the nozzle on the pallet being inclined relative to the direction of the latter, the watering system comprising a fixed part and a mechanically secured body of the nozzle and the pallet, the body rotating by relative to the fixed part.
  • the rotating flat water jet waters a substantially disk-shaped surface inside the vessel of the dishwasher.
  • the main advantages of the invention are that it allows saves energy and water, allows efficient cleaning whatever the form of the utensils, besides the washing of the pans and similar utensils it is suitable for washing other elements of dishes, that it represents a visible innovation on the linear, simple to describe and communicate so effective sales improvement factor, which she can be easily combined with other washing systems to get the widest possible range of properly washed dishes.
  • FIG. 1 shows, in a sectional view, an example of possible embodiment of a dishwasher according to the invention, more particularly it illustrates a watering system intended to wash elements such as for example pans or similar utensils, this system being located at the bottom of the dishwasher.
  • the system watering comprises in particular a fixed part 1 fixed to the bottom 2 of the tank of the dishwasher and a nozzle 5 which rotates relative to this fixed part.
  • the fixed part 1 comprises for example an upper part which is located above the tank bottom 2 and a lower part which is located in below the tank bottom 2.
  • the fixed part 1 comprises, for example in its bottom opening 3 for a water inlet supplying the nozzle 5.
  • a Specific water supply is for example provided for the nozzle 5.
  • the opening 3 is for example extended inside the fixed part 1 by a intake cone 4 which concentrates the water to direct a first throw towards the above.
  • This first jet enters the nozzle 5 whose output axis 6 makes a given angle ⁇ , for example non-zero, with respect to the vertical axis 7.
  • the axis of output 6 of the nozzle 5 is in fact the direction axis of the jet 9 at the output of this last.
  • the intake cone 4 may possibly be replaced by a cylinder.
  • the nozzle 5 which may comprise at its base a flare 11, for example conical, intended to accommodate the jet, the axis of symmetry of this flaring 11 being example parallel to the axis of symmetry of the intake cone 4, that is to say by example parallel to vertical 7.
  • the water inlet for the nozzle 5 supply may not be make by an opening made in the bottom of the fixed part 1, but by example by an opening not shown, made in its side wall 12, at its lower part.
  • a filling space 13 enough important is then provided between the bottom of a body 20, which serves as a support to the nozzle 5, and the inner bottom of the fixed part 1 to accommodate the water.
  • the water After have penetrated into the filling space 13, the water enters the nozzle 5, by its base and in particular by its flaring 11, thanks to the walls of the intake cone 4, located for example in the center of the bottom of the fixed part 1. These walls of the intake cone 4 penetrate themselves inside the flare 11 and guide the water in the latter in the form of a jet.
  • the nozzle 5 is associated with a pallet 8 so that the jet water 9 out of the nozzle, along its output axis 6, is spread on the pallet 8 to fan to dishes to clean, including pans or similar utensils.
  • the impact surface 10 of the water jet 9 on the pallet 8 is inclined relative to the output axis 6 of the latter.
  • the nozzle 5 has for example the shape of a 20 tube. This tube is for example cylindrical, of circular section, oblong or other.
  • the impact surface 10 of the pallet 8 is inclined relative to the output axis 6 of the jet 9 at the outlet of the nozzle 5 so as to what this jet 9 meets the pallet 8 to be transformed later into éyentail.
  • the nozzle 5 and its associated pallet 8 rotate around an axis of rotation, which is for example parallel to vertical 7.
  • the nozzle 5 and the pallet 8 are for example integral with a body 20 which rotates, according to the aforementioned axis, relative to the fixed part 1.
  • a bearing 19, for example plastic is interposed between the fixed part 1 and the body 20.
  • a cavity 18 is then provided in the wall 12 of the fixed part 1 to accommodate a part of this bearing 19, a cavity 17 is likewise provided vis-a-vis the body 20 to accommodate the other part of the bearing 19.
  • the rolling system may be replaced by other types of rotating systems.
  • the nozzle 5, its associated pallet 8 and the body 20 are for example molded into a single piece, which may be example in synthetic material.
  • the nozzle 5 and the body 20 allows in particular a simplicity and robustness of production.
  • the nozzle 5 protrudes with respect to the body 20.
  • the pallet 8 is represented with a longitudinal section substantially uniform and relatively thin. However, it is possible to provide a different section when the surface impact 10 is maintained, if the conditions of implementation so require, especially if the pallet 8 is molded with the body 20.
  • the rotation of the body 20 can be achieved by the setting water pressure of the nozzle 5, playing on the orientation of the output of this last.
  • the jet 9 of water coming out of this nozzle 5 causes, according to the known physical laws of conservation of the momentum, the displacement of the nozzle 5 and the body 20, in the opposite direction of the instantaneous direction of the jet.
  • FIG. 2 illustrates the effect produced by a dishwasher according to the invention, equipped with a watering system such as for example described by FIG. 1, the latter being schematically represented by its fixed part 1 and the pallet 8.
  • a watering system such as for example described by FIG. 1, the latter being schematically represented by its fixed part 1 and the pallet 8.
  • the jet 9 spreads on the pallet 8 to form a range of water 21, in fact a flat stream of water, directed upwards, in this case inwardly of a pan 22 or a similar utensil.
  • This flat water jet 21 has a large width and rotates with the pallet 8. It thus sweeps a circular surface given so that it actually waters the entire surface Inside a pan 22.
  • the whole inner surface to be washed is thus watered directly and the mechanical energy from the nozzle 5 is distributed uniformly on this surface, which allows in particular an efficient washing and homogeneous.
  • This uniform watering also makes it possible not to be tributary the shape and size of the utensils to be washed
  • FIG. 3a and 3b show a possible embodiment of a nozzle 5 and its associated pallet 8.
  • FIG. 3a shows a view from above, illustrating the nozzle 5 and its associated pallet 8 and the top of the body 20 which they are secured mechanically.
  • Figure 3b presents a profile view of the nozzle 5 and its associated pallet 8.
  • the nozzle 5 can be cylindrical as shown in Figures 1, 3a and 3b, but can also be conical. A conical shape may allow in particular better orient the jet but also to increase the speed of ejection.
  • the pallet 8 is for example flat and parallel to the nozzle 5 or its jet 31 and then takes a rounded shape to level of the outlet 32 of the nozzle 5, or slightly after, so that the jet 31 of water produced by the latter, and whose direction is symbolized by an arrow in Figure 3b, hit the pallet 8, then spread on it to turn into a fan of water 21.
  • This range of water 21 water then dishes by direct impact.
  • the jet 31 of water flares off, and thus to allow the creation of a sufficient range of water 21 wide, the pallet 8 has a certain length after the exit 32 of the nozzle 5 to allow a given enlargement of the jet. This length of 8 pallet required for a good broadening of the jet, can be obtained by calculation or simulation, or by tests.
  • the curvature of the pallet 8 is for example also defined to guide the direction of the water range 21.
  • the direction of the water is substantially parallel to the tangent to the line of curvature of the pallet 8 in a vertical plane passing by this point.
  • FIGS. 3a and 3b show a pallet 8 having a surface curve. More generally, a pallet 8 whose impact surface 10 of the jet 9, 31 is inclined relative to the output axis 6 of the latter can be used.
  • the dishwasher according to the invention also comprises example of the reels for watering his upper and lower baskets, a reel being dedicated to each basket.
  • the rotary nozzle 5 is for example fed with water at the same time as the upper and lower reels.
  • the addition in the hydraulic circuit of an alternating valve, to direct the water alternately to the different hydraulic circuits can alternatively feed the upper reel on the one hand, and the entire lower reel and the rotating nozzle 5 on the other hand.
  • the addition of a specific outlet to the valve to feed the rotating nozzle 5 can allow to feed the rotating nozzle 5 alone, with a pressure superior to other cases.
  • a dishwasher according to the invention may comprise several watering systems such as that described in particular in Figures 1 and 2. By multiplying the number of rotating nozzles 5, and placing them judiciously on the bottom 2 of the dishwasher tub, it is then possible to remove the lower reel, flat water jets 21 products then being adapted washing of all types of dishes. As a result, there is no longer risk of blocking the lower reel by blunt objects. There is also a reduction of the flow of water necessary for the feeding of the circuit lower, so saving water and energy.
  • the watering system as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 can be arranged on the ceiling of the tank so as to water not above but below. So he is used for washing other items of dishes other than pans or similar utensils. It is possible to provide a dishwasher having both one or more rotating nozzles 5 to ceiling of the tank, with their associated paddles 8 and one or more rotating nozzles 5 with their associated paddles 8 bottom 2 tank. In In the latter case, the lower and upper reels can be removed.
  • the invention is visible on the linear and simple to describe. It is therefore easily communicable, so it can easily promote a boom in sales.
