Definitions
- the present invention relates to a dishwashing machine comprising a vessel divided into at least two washing zones by a partition wall equipping such a dishwashing machine.
- It relates generally to domestic dishwashers comprising one or more baskets loading the dishes.
- This arrangement of the baskets in the washing tank divided into two washing zones by a partition wall allows a washing program to be carried out in one of said washing zones by operating a washing water spraying means while the spraying means washing water from the second washing zone is stopped.
- the separation wall has the effect of preventing the jets of the lower spray means from passing into the upper washing zone.
- said partition wall allows the washing water to pass from the upper washing zone to the lower washing zone through an orifice formed in the separation wall.
- a dishwashing machine comprising a separate bowl in two washing areas, one of which is intended for dishes and the second for utensils, with a partition wall preventing washing water and dirt particles from passing through from the utensil wash area to the dishwashing area.
- a dishwashing machine comprising a vessel divided into two washing zones, as well as at least one spraying device in each washing zone, and a separating wall through which the washing water can pass.
- An object of the present invention is to solve the aforementioned drawbacks and to provide a dishwashing machine comprising a separate bowl in at least two washing zones by a wall of separation, making it easier to load the dishes, improving the washing of the dishes and the partition wall.
- the present invention is directed to a dishwashing machine comprising a vessel whose front face is closed by a door and surrounded by a housing comprising an upper wall, side walls, a bottom wall and a wall. lower, said vessel being divided into at least two washing zones one above the other separated by at least one separation wall and said washing zones communicating with each other, and at least one a washing water spraying means on the dishes in each washing zone.
- the partition wall comprises at least one concavity facing downwards.
- this section makes it possible to reduce as much as possible the bulk of the partition wall in the two washing zones.
- This separation wall makes it possible to wash the dishes loaded in the dish baskets differently from the different washing zones.
- the concavity facing downwards has the shape of a cylinder portion.
- This dividing wall makes it possible to load a basket with large circular utensils or dishes.
- the positioning of the concavity facing downwards corresponds to the location of plates arranged in a basket of dishes below the partition wall.
- the partition wall comprises two concavities facing downwards connected to each other.
- the partition wall can thus incorporate additional functions in the connection zone.
- each concavity comprises a horizontal axis coaxial with an axis passing through the center of the plates.
- this separation wall makes it possible to minimize the space lost between the dishes of the lower load and that of the upper load.
- each concavity facing downwards is connected to a lateral surface coming into contact with a side wall of the tank.
- the partition wall makes it possible to eliminate the flows between the two washing zones on the sides so as not to dirty the dishes contained in the lower washing zone.
- the connecting surfaces of the partition wall form a slope inclined towards the rear and the bottom of the washing tub so as to drain the washing water to the bottom wall.
- the inclination of the connecting surfaces of the partition wall minimizes the thickness at the front of said partition wall. This feature allows entry and exit of the lower and upper baskets containing the largest possible loading volumes.
- the slopes allow the flow of washing water on the sides and in the central part towards the rear of the tank.
- This shape of the separation wall makes it possible to accelerate the circulation of the washing water and to minimize the volume of washing water consumed by the flows.

- the invention consists in allowing the drying of all types of dishwashing in a uniform manner irrespective of the washing zone 10 or 11 of the tank 2.
- the dishes have different drying behaviors depending on the nature of the materials, the size of the dishes, the use of the dishes and the quality of the air circulation in the washing areas 10 and 11 in the tank 2.
- the tank 2 comprises the tank at least two washing zones 10 and 11 having different drying temperatures.
- a temperature T1 is between 60 ° C and 70 ° C and a temperature T2 is between 63 ° C and 73 ° C.
- the temperature T2 is greater than the temperature T1.
- the process starts with a first step of heating the washing tank 2 to a temperature threshold T1.
- the course of the hot rinsing step to a temperature T1 is in accordance with a current process in a dishwashing machine 1.
- the rinse water circulation is stopped in at least a first zone 10 or 11 of the tank 2 where the initial drying temperature is T1.
- the rinsing cycle stops in the washing zone 10 or 11 requiring a lower drying temperature than in the other washing zones 10 or 11.
- the rinsing cycle and the water heating continue in the washing zones 10 or 11. active washing zones up to a temperature T2. In this way, all drying balances are possible.
- the tank 2 is divided into at least two washing zones 10 and 11 one above the other separated by at least one partition wall 12 and said zones 10 and 11 communicating with each other. one with the other.
- the hot rinsing step makes it possible to homogenize the drying performance by offsetting the problems of pressure drop associated with the drying. ventilation of the tank 2.
- each washing zone 10 or 11 comprises a spraying means 13 for rinsing water on the dishes.
- an emptying of rinsing water contained in the tank 2 is performed so as to retain the necessary amount of rinsing water for the hot rinsing step of said at least second washing zone 10 or 11.
- a branch of the hydraulic circuit 35 is associated with each washing zone 10 and 11.
- the dishwashing machine 1 comprises a single pump 20 for supply the entire hydraulic circuit 35.
- a washing zone 10 or 11 is dedicated to small pieces of crockery and a washing zone 10 or 11 is dedicated to large pieces of crockery.
- the hydraulic circuit comprises a hydraulic distributor for supplying at least one of said washing zones 10 or 11, comprising in particular a valve and a valve.
