Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a dishwasher equipped with nozzles rotating for even watering. It applies in particular to watering of elements which are difficult to clean, such as for example pots or similar utensils such as pressure cookers or pots. More generally, it applies to washing all types of dishes.
  • a dishwasher is intended to wash a range of items the as large as possible. Not all elements are the same washing difficulties. Washing pots poses a particular problem which harms its effectiveness. In other words, it is not unreasonable to assert that current dishwashers do not perform a satisfactory washing of pans, under certain circumstances. This is particularly the case when stubborn dirt such as charred food gets stuck on the inner surface of a pan after it is for example stayed too long on a hotplate or gas burner. These charred items are difficult to remove from the pan. Or a energy and water saving is sought and washing the pan is then not carried out correctly, or else a correct washing is sought but not fully achieved, and moreover at the cost of a consumption important in energy and water. There is no proper washing of saucepans, moreover, economical in energy and water.
  • Dishwasher manufacturers offer users, wash cycles, says pans. They recommend putting utensils to be washed in the lower basket of the dishwasher. These cycles are cycles derived from the usual programs, but more intense. There is an addition of a prewash, cold or hot, an increase in the washing temperature compared to a normal cycle, at 70 ° C for example, an increase in washing time after washing temperature reached as well as increased pressure in the lower reel.
  • the surfaces directly struck are clean, but neighboring surfaces sprayed with water or runoff, may retain their original soiling.
  • runoff from above is of no use to the interior cleaning, unlike plates for example.
  • the action chemical, in temperature and / or in duration, is not sufficient to compensate for the lack of mechanical action on the entire surface of the dishes.
  • the increase in pressure in the reel has little effect on cleaning of areas not directly watered.
  • An object of the invention is to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks, and so in particular to allow effective washing of the pans inside a dishwasher.
  • the invention relates to a dishwasher characterized in that it comprises at least one sprinkler system comprising a rotating nozzle, the nozzle being associated with a pallet of so that the jet of water coming out of the nozzle spreads over the pallet to go in a flat jet turning towards the dishes to be washed, the impact surface of the jet of the nozzle on the pallet being inclined relative to the direction of this latest.
  • the main advantages of the invention are that it saves energy and water, it allows cleaning effective whatever the shape of the utensils, that besides washing the pots and similar utensils it is suitable for washing others tableware elements, which it represents a visible innovation on linear, simple to describe and communicate therefore an effective factor sales improvement it can be easily combined with other washing systems to obtain the widest possible range of dishes properly washed.
  • Figure 1 shows, in a sectional view, an example of possible realization of a dishwasher according to the invention, more in particular it illustrates a sprinkler system intended for washing elements such as for example pots or the like system being located at the bottom of the dishwasher tank.
  • the system sprinkler includes a fixed part 1 fixed to the bottom 2 of the tank dishwasher and a nozzle 5 which rotates relative to this fixed part.
  • the fixed part 1 comprises for example an upper part which is located above the bottom of the tank and a lower part which is located below the bottom of the tank.
  • the fixed part 1 comprises, for example in its bottom an opening 3 for a water inlet supplying the nozzle 5.
  • a specific water supply is for example provided for nozzle 5.
  • the opening 3 is for example extended inside the fixed part by a intake cone 4 which concentrates the water to direct a first jet towards the high. This first jet enters the nozzle 5, the outlet axis 6 of which forms a given angle ⁇ , for example not zero, with respect to the vertical 7.
  • the axis of outlet 6 of the nozzle is in fact the direction axis of the jet 9 at the outlet of this last.
  • the intake cone can optionally be replaced by a cylinder.
  • the fact of being conical can facilitate the introduction of the jet into the nozzle 5 which may include at its base a flare 11, for example conical, intended to receive the jet, the axis of symmetry of this flare being by example parallel to the axis of symmetry of the intake cone, i.e. by example parallel to vertical 7.
  • the water supply for the nozzle 5 supply may not be make through an opening made in the bottom of the fixed part, but by example by an opening, not shown, made in its side wall 12, at its lower part.
  • Enough filling space important 13 is then provided between the bottom of a body 20, which serves as a support to the nozzle 5, and the interior bottom of the fixed part 1 to receive the water.
  • the water After having entered the filling space 13, the water enters the nozzle 5, by its base and in particular by its flare 11, thanks to the walls of the cone 4, located for example in the center of the bottom of the fixed part. These walls of the cone penetrate themselves inside the flare 17 and guide the water in the latter in the form of a jet.
  • the nozzle 5 is associated with a pallet 8 so that the jet of water 9 coming out of the nozzle, along its axis 6, spreads on the pallet to fan out towards the dishes to be cleaned, especially pans or the like.
  • the impact surface 10 of the jet 9 on the pallet is inclined relative to the direction 6 of the latter.
  • the nozzle 5 has for example the shape of a tube. This tube is for example cylindrical, of circular, oblong or other. as indicated above, the receiving surface 10 of the pallet is inclined with respect to the direction 6 of the jet leaving the nozzle 5 so as to what this jet meets the palette to later transform into fan.
  • the nozzle 5 and its associated pallet 8 rotate around an axis of rotation, which is for example parallel to the vertical 7.
  • the nozzle 5 and the pallet 8 are for example integral with a body 20 which rotates, according to the aforementioned axis, with respect to the fixed part 1.
  • a bearing 19, for example made of plastic is interposed between the fixed part 1 and the body 20.
  • a cavity 18 is then provided in the wall 12 of the fixed part to accommodate part of this bearing, a cavity 17 is likewise provided opposite on the body 20 to accommodate the other part of the bearing 19.
  • the bearing system can be replaced by other types of rotating systems.
  • the nozzle 5, its associated palette 8 and the body 20 are for example molded in a single piece, which can be example in synthetic material.
  • At least one piece molding of the nozzle 5 and of the body 20 in particular allows simplicity and robustness of realization.
  • the nozzle 5 projects from the body 20.
  • the pallet 8 is shown with a substantially longitudinal section uniform and relatively thin. However, it is possible to provide a different section when the functional surface 10 is preserved, if the conditions of implementation require it, especially if the pallet 8 is molded with the body 20.
  • the body 20 can be rotated by setting under water pressure from the nozzle, by adjusting the orientation of the outlet the latter.
  • the nozzle When the nozzle is supplied with water and thus put under pressure, the water jet leaving this nozzle 5 causes, according to the laws known physical momentum conservation, the displacement of the nozzle and of the body 20, in opposite direction to the direction instantaneous jet.
  • FIG. 2 illustrates the effect produced by a dishwasher according to the invention, equipped with a sprinkler system such as for example described by the FIG. 1, the latter being represented schematically by its fixed part 1 and the pallet 8.
  • a sprinkler system such as for example described by the FIG. 1, the latter being represented schematically by its fixed part 1 and the pallet 8.
  • the jet spreads on the pallet 8 to form a fan 21, in fact a flat water jet, directed upwards, the inward occurrence of a pan 22 or the like.
  • This flat water jet has a large width and rotates with the paddle 8. It thus sweeps a given circular surface so that it actually sprinkles the entire interior surface of a pan.
  • the entire interior surface to washing is thus directly sprayed and the mechanical energy from nozzle 5 is evenly distributed over this surface, which allows in particular a efficient and consistent washing.
  • This uniform watering also allows not be dependent on the shape and size of the utensils being washed.
  • Figures 3a and 3b show a possible embodiment a nozzle and its associated palette.
  • Figure 3a shows a view of above, illustrating the nozzle 5 and its associated palette 8 as well as the top of the body 20 of which they are mechanically integral.
  • Figure 3b shows a side view of the nozzle 5 and its associated pallet 8.
  • the nozzle 5 can be cylindrical as shown in Figures 1, 3a and 3b, but it can also be conical. A conical shape can allow in particular to better direct the jet but also increase the speed of ejection.
  • the pallet 8 is for example flat and parallel to nozzle 5 or to its jet 31 and then takes a rounded shape at level of outlet 32 of the nozzle, or slightly thereafter, so that the water jet produced by the latter, and whose direction is symbolized by an arrow 31 in FIG. 3b, strikes the pallet, then spreads over it to transform into a fan of water 21.
  • This fan of water 21 then sprinkles dishes by direct impact.
  • the water jet therefore flares, and to allow the creation of a sufficiently wide range wide, the pallet 8 has a certain length after leaving the nozzle 5 to allow a given widening of the jet. This length of palette necessary for a good widening of the jet, can be obtained by calculation or simulation, or even by tests.
  • the curvature of the pallet is for example also defined to orient the direction of the water fan. In one given point of the range, the direction of the water is substantially parallel to the tangent to the line of curvature of the pallet in a passing vertical plane by this point.
  • Figures 3a and 3b show a palette having a surface curve. More generally, a pallet whose impact surface 10 of the jet is inclined relative to the direction 6 of the latter can be used.
  • the dishwasher according to the invention also includes example of reels for watering its upper and lower baskets, a reel being dedicated to each basket.
  • the rotating nozzle 5 is for example supplied with water at the same time as the upper and lower reels.
  • the addition in the hydraulic circuit of a alternating valve, to orient the water alternately towards the different hydraulic circuits can be used to alternately feed the upper reel on the one hand, and the assembly of the lower reel and the rotating nozzle 5 on the other hand.
  • the addition of a specific outlet to the valve to supply the rotating nozzle can be used to feed the rotating nozzle alone, with pressure superior to other cases.
  • a dishwasher according to the invention can comprise several sprinkler systems such as that described in particular in FIGS. 1 and 2. By multiplying the number of rotating nozzles 5, and placing them judiciously on the bottom of the dishwasher tank it is then possible to remove the lower reel, the flat jets produced then being adapted washing all types of dishes. As a result, there are no more risk of the lower reel being blocked by blunt objects. There is also a reduction in the water flow required to supply the circuit lower, therefore saving water and energy.
  • the sprinkler system as illustrated in Figures 1 and 2 can be placed on the ceiling of the tank so as to no longer water above but below. So he is used to wash in particular other items of tableware than saucepans or the like. It is possible to provide a dishwasher comprising one or more rotating nozzles 5 at the same time tank ceiling, with their associated pallets 8, and one or more rotating nozzles 5 with their associated pallets 8 at the bottom of the tank. In in the latter case, the upper and lower reels can be deleted.
  • the invention is visible on the shelves and simple to describe. It is therefore easily communicable, so it can easily promote a sales boom.
