Die Reflektoranordnung ist bevorzugt bezüglich ihrer Längsachse spiegelsymmetrisch gestaltet, wobei jede Hälfte der Reflektoranordnung aus einem Randstreifen, einer sich daran in ungefähr rechtwinkliger Abbiegung anschließenden geneigten Fläche, daran anschließend einer zusätzlichen geneigten Fläche, einer daran sich anschließenden zusätzlich nach innen geneigten, ansteigenden Fläche besteht, die längs einer Knicklinie abgeknickt ist und sich an die Knicklinie eine aufwärts geneigte Fläche anschließt, an die sich eine schräg nach oben verlaufende geneigte Fiäche anschließt, an die sich eine länglich-schmale, waagrechte Fläche anschließt, wobei die Seitenstreifen mit ihren Nasen als Haltepunkte an den zweitgenannten schrägen Flächen fixiert sind.

Claims (14)
- Kastenförmige, verstellbare Reflektoranordnung (1) für Außenleuchten (37), in denen eine röhrenförmige Hochdruck-Entladungslampe mit Fassung (36) in liegender Brennlage angeordnet ist, wobei die Reflektoranordnung in Richtung ihrer Längsachse (30), bezogen auf die Längsachse der Lampe, durch stirnseitige Reflektoren (21, 21', 22, 22') und in Richtung der Querachse (11) der Reflektoranordnung (1) durch Seitenreflektoren (4,4',5,5',6,6') begrenzt ist und die Länge der Querachse der Reflektoranordnung die lichte Weite der Seitenreflektoren definiert, und zumindest ein Teil eines jeden Seitenreflektors (4,4',5,5',6,6') durch wenigstens einen Teilreflektor (14,15) gebildet ist, welcher eine konkave Krümmung aufweist und an einer der Längskanten in verstellbarer Weise kippbar gehaltert ist zur Verstellung der Neigung der Teilreflektoren (14,15) gegenüber der Querachse (11) der Reflektoranordnung (1) und damit zur Veränderung von dessen lichten Weite, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teilreflektoren verspiegelte Seitenstreifen (14,15) sind, die an den Seitenreflektoren (4,4',5,5',6,6') oder an den Stirnwänden (21,21',22,22') in verstellbarer Weise um wenigstens einen mittig an der oberen Längskante (33) der Seitenstreifen (14,15) befindlichen Haltepunkt (18") als Drehpunkt (29) kippbar gehaltert sind zur Bewirkung des Verkippens der unteren Längskante (34) der Seitenstreifen (14,15) vor und zurück gegenüber den Seitenwänden (4,4',5,5',6,6'), wobei
entweder die Seitenwände (4,4',5,5',6,6') an ihrer unteren Längskante (3,3') je einen nach außen abgebogenen Randstreifen (2,2') aufweisen, in welchen sich, auf der Spiegelquerachse (11) gelegen, eine radial angeordnete Gruppe von Aussparungen befindet, wobei in einer der Aussparungen eine Haltefeder (23) positioniert ist, die mit ihrem anderen Ende (28) in der unteren Längskante (34) des beweglichen Seitenstreifens (14,15) zur Verschwenkung desselben eingehängt ist oder
die Verstelleinrichtung zur Neigungsveränderung der Seitenstreifen (14,15) aus einem Schieber (38) besteht, der an seinem der Reflektoranordnung (1) zugewandten Ende zwei Stifte (39,40) aufweist, die die untere Längskante (34) des Seitenstreifens mittig (14,15) umgreifen oder
die Verstelleinrichtung zur Neigungsveränderung der Seitenstreifen (14,15) aus einer innerhalb der äußersten, dem Flansch (2,2') benachbarten Fläche (4,4') schraubbar gelagerten Schraube besteht, die den Seitenstreifen (14,15) im Bereich der unteren Längskante (34) mittig durchsetzt und drehbar mit dem Seitenstreifen (14,15) verbunden ist. - Reflektoranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gruppe von Aussparungen eine in radialer Richtung versetzte 5-Schlitz-Gruppe ist, wobei die Haltefeder (23,23') in einem der Schlitze eingehängt ist, wodurch entsprechend des gewählten Schlitzes die lichte Weite der beweglichen Seitenstreifen (14,15) auf der Spiegelquerachse (11) veränderbar ist.
- Reflektoranordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltefeder (23) aus einer Öse (26) besteht, die als Verstellhandhabe dient, und weiterhin eine Arretierungsnase (27) und einen Bügel (28) zur Einhängung in den beweglichen Seitenstreifen (14,15) aufweist, wobei der Durchmesser des Bügels (28) in Verbindung mit dem zur Federlängsachse rechtwinklig abgebogenen Steg (25) für eine spielfreie Führung der Seitenstreifen (14,15) in der Feder (23) sorgt.
- Reflektoranordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekenzeichnet,
dass zur Sicherung der Haltefeder (23) eine Spiralfeder (28) mit ihrem einen Ende in die Öse (26) der Haltefeder (23), und mit dem anderen Ende in eine Bohrung (49) der Seitenwand (5,5') des Reflektoranordnungs (1), eingehängt ist. - Reflektoranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenstreifen an ihren Querkanten wenigstens je eine, vorzugsweise je zwei, sich gegenüberliegende Nase (17,17',18,18') aufweisen, welche durch Aussparungen (31,32) innerhalb der Stirnwände (21,21',22,22') gesteckt sind, wobei die Aussparungen (31,32) so groß gewählt sind, dass ein Kippen der Seitenstreifen (14,15) bei Bewegung der Nasen (17,17',18,18') innerhalb der Aussparungen (31,32) möglich ist.
- Reflektoranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltepunkt des Seitenstreifens (14,15) um den derselbe drehbar ist, durch eine Nase (18") gebildet ist, welche sich weg von der Hauptfläche des Seitenstreifens (14,15) nach außerhalb durch einen Schlitz (35) innerhalb der Seitenwände (4,4', 5,5',6,6') erstreckt.
- Reflektoranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnwände (21,21',22,22') fest mit der Reflektoranordnung (1) verbunden sind.
- Reflektoranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die konkave Krümmung der Seitenstreifen (14,15) entweder eine elliptische Kontur oder eine ellipsoidförmige Formgebung ist.
- Reflektoranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reflektoranordnung (1) bezüglich der Längsachse (30) spiegelsymmetrisch gestaltet ist, wobei jede Hälfte der Reflektoranordnung (1) aus dem Randstreifen (2,2'), einer sich daran in ungefähr rechtwinkliger Abbiegung anschliessenden geneigten Fläche (4,4'), daran anschließend einer zusätzlichen geneigten Fläche (5,5'), einer daran sich anschließenden zusätzlich nach innen geneigten, ansteigenden Fläche (6,6') besteht, die längs einer Knicklinie (13,13') abgeknickt ist und sich an die Knicklinie (13,13') eine aufwärts geneigte Fläche (7,7') anschließt, an die sich eine schräg nach oben verlaufende geneigte Fläche (8,8') anschließt, an die sich eine länglich-schmale, waagrechte Fläche (9) anschließt, wobei die Seitenstreifen (14,15) mit ihren Nasen (18") als Haltepunkte an den zweitgenannten schrägen Flächen (5,5',6,6') fixiert sind.
- Reflektoranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor den beweglichen Seitenstreifen (14,15) Vorsatzseitenstreifen (49) angeordnet sind, welche mit Haltemitteln, wie Haltefedern (50, 50', 50") entweder an den Seitenstreifen (14,15) oder am Gehäuse (1) befestigt sind.
- Reflektoranordnung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsatzseitenstreifen (49) zweifach konkav gekrümmt sind und dass die Haltefeder (50) den Vorsatzseitenstreifen (49) am beweglichen Seitenstreifen (14,15) in einem definierten Abstand klammerartig haltert.
- Reflektoranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Verschieben des Spezialgehäuses (1), gegenüber dem Montagekasten (37) der Außenleuchte, dasselbe in der länglich-schmalen waagrecht verlaufenden Fläche (9) zwei hintereinander angeordnete Langlöcher (10,10'), längs der Längsachse (30) aufweist, zum Durchstecken von Befestigungsschrauben (51), deren Gewinde im Montagekasten (37) Aufnahme finden.
- Reflektoranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die Befestigungsschrauben (51) der Reflektoranordnung (1) am Montagekasten (37) Distanzhülsen (50) gesteckt sind zur Abstandswahrung zwischen Montagekasten (37) und Reflektoranordnung (1).
- Reflektoranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass statt des Verkippens der unteren Längskante (34) der Seitenstreifen (14,15) vor und zurück gegenüber den Seitenwänden (4,4',5,5',6,6') die Seitenstreifen (14,15) um einen Drehpunkt an der unteren Längskante schwenkbar sind, so daß statt der unteren Längskante (34) die obere Längskante der Seitenstreifen (14,15) zur Neigungsverstellung ausgelenkt wird.
