Claims (10)

  1. Verpackung (1) zum Verpacken von festen, flüssigen oder pastösen Nahrungsmitteln (19) oder zum Verpacken von medizinischen Produkten, die ein einfaches Öffnen und Wiederverschließen der Verpackung gestattet und die aus Folgendem besteht:
    einer starren oder flexiblen Mulde (2), für die eine thermisch verformbare Struktur verwendet wurde, bestehend aus:
    einer äußeren Trägerschicht (5) aus amorphem Polyester oder dergleichen,
    einer dazwischen liegenden Schicht (6) mit permanent wirksamer Haftung
    einer inneren schweißbaren Schicht (7) aus Polyethylen,
    und einem Deckel (3) bestehend
    aus einer schweißbaren Schicht aus Polyethylen oder einer thermisch formbaren Struktur ähnlich der der Mulde (2),
    wobei die Verpackung (1 ) einen dichten und versiegelten Innenraum (8) aufweist, der das feste, flüssige oder pastöse Nahrungsmittel oder medizinische Produkt (19) aufnimmt und begrenzt ist durch:
    die schweißbare Schicht (7) der Mulde (2),
    die den Deckel (3) bildende schweißbare Schicht
    und die Siegelnaht (4), die durch die zwei schweißbaren Schichten ausgebildet wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schweißbare Schicht (7) der Mulde (2) und die den Deckel (3) bildende schweißbare Schicht aus mehrschichtigem Polyethylen enthaltend eine Schicht mit einer hohen Sauerstoffbarriere bestehen.
  2. Verpackung (1) zum Verpacken von festen, flüssigen oder pastösen Nahrungsmitteln oder medizinischen Produkten (19) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schweißbare Schicht (7) der Mulde (2) und des Deckels (3) zumindest drei Schichten aufweisen und dass die mittlere Schicht eine Schicht mit einer hohen Sauerstoffbarriere ist.
  3. Verpackung (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (3) der Verpackung von derselben Art und Struktur ist wie die schweißbare Schicht (7) der Mulde (2).
  4. Verpackung (1 ) zum Verpacken von festen, flüssigen oder pastösen Nahrungsmitteln oder medizinischen Produkten (19) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schweißbare Schicht (7) der Mulde (2) und die den Deckel (3) bildende schweißbare Schicht mit der Mulde (2) miteinander verschmolzen sind und eine einzige umlaufende Schicht im Bereich der Siegelnaht (4) bilden, die den Innenraum abdichtet.
  5. Verpackung (1 ) zum Verpacken von festen, flüssigen oder pastösen Nahrungsmitteln oder medizinischen Produkten (19) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim ersten Öffnen der Verpackung (1 ) die Siegelnaht (4) von der Mulde (2) abgelöst und einen Teil der permanent wirksamen Haftschicht (6) auf der Mulde (2) freigelegt und der hermetisch versiegelte Innenraum geöffnet wird, um die Produkte in mehreren Mengen zu verbrauchen und die Mulde mit dem Deckel mehrmals zu verschließen.
  6. Verpackung (1 ) zum Verpacken von festen, flüssigen oder pastösen Nahrungsmitteln oder medizinischen Produkten (19) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siegelnaht (4) einen höheren Widerstand gegen das Aufreißen innerhalb des Deckels (3) als innerhalb der schweißbaren Schicht (7) der Mulde (2) hat, wenn die Verpackung (1) geöffnet wird.
  7. Verpackung (1 ) zum Verpacken von festen, flüssigen oder pastösen Nahrungsmitteln oder medizinischen Produkten (19) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftschicht (6) mit permanenter Wirkung im Randbereich der Mulde (2) freigelegt wird und eine Breite L aufweist, die der Siegelnaht (4) entspricht.
  8. Verpackung (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerschicht (5) aus Materialien hergestellt ist, wie beispielsweise aus PVC, Polypropylen, Polyethylen, geschäumtem Polyester, Polyamid, Polycarbonat oder Polystyrol.
  9. Verpackung (1) zum Verpacken von festen, flüssigen oder pastösen Nahrungsmitteln oder medizinischen Produkten (19) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die thermisch verformbare Struktur eine Gesamtdicke aufweist, die größer als vierzig Mikrometer ist und dass die schweißbare Schicht (7) der Mulde (2) und die den Deckel (3) bildende schweißbare Schicht eine Dicke aufweisen, die einige zehn Mikrometer ausmacht.
  10. Verpackung (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der den Deckel (3) bildenden schweißbaren Schicht größer ist als die der schweißbaren Schicht (7) der Mulde (2).
