Claims (10)

  1. Verschlusselement (1) zum Verschließen eines Behälters, umfassend einen Versiegelungsfilm (12), der in seiner gesamten Dicke eine oder mehrere Perforationen und/oder eine oder mehrere Vorperforationen (7) aufweist und auf den mindestens ein Verstärkungsfilm (4) aufgelegt ist, der keine Perforationen und/oder Vorperforationen (7) aufweist und mit einer Verlängerung versehen ist, die eine Wegreißlasche (6) bildet, wobei der Versiegelungsfilm (12) und der Verstärkungsfilm (4) mittels eines Haftmittels derart miteinander verbunden sind, dass der Verstärkungsfilm (4) beim Wegreißen mittels der Lasche teilweise von dem Versiegelungsfilm (12) getrennt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit der Lasche (6) versehene Teil des Verschlusselements auf seiner unteren Seite gegenüber dem Bereich, wo sich die Lasche befindet, mit einem Haftmittel versehen ist, das die endgültige Trennung des oberen Teils und des unteren Teils des Verschlusselements verhindert, wodurch ein Scharnier entsteht, wobei der restliche Abschnitt der unteren Seite, insbesondere der Umfang, mit einem repositionierbaren Haftmittel versehen ist.
  2. Verschlusselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der Verstärkungsfilme zwei (4, 5) beträgt, wobei eventuell ein Aufdruck zwischen den beiden Filmen angebracht wird.
  3. Verschlusselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwischen dem bzw. den Verstärkungsfilmen und dem Versiegelungsfilm eine Folie aus einem leitenden Material (10) aufweist.
  4. Verschlusselement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie aus einem leitenden Material (10) selbst mit mindestens einem Verstärkungsfilm (8) überzogen ist, der eventuell von der genannten Folie durch einen Schaum (9) mit einer Dicke zwischen 0,4 und 4 mm getrennt ist.
  5. Verfahren für die Herstellung eines Verschlusselements nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - Laschen in einem Verstärkungsfilm-Streifen vorgeschnitten werden,
    - die gesamte Laschenfläche mechanisch auf die obere Seite des Verstärkungsfilm-Streifens umgeklappt wird,
    - die untere Seite des Verstärkungsfilm-Streifens und die obere Seite des Versiegelungsfilm-Streifens anschließend durch unterschiedliche Klebung verbunden werden, um den Verschlusselement-Streifen zu bilden,
    - Vorperforationen in der Dicke des Versiegelungsfilm-Streifens erzeugt werden,
    - die Verschlusselemente in der gewünschten Form und passend in Bezug auf die Laschen in der gesamten Dicke des Verschlusselement-Streifens geschnitten werden.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Seite des Verstärkungsfilm-Streifens und die obere Seite einer Folie aus einem dielektrischen Material, die selbst auf die obere Seite des Versiegelungsfilms aufgelegt ist, verbunden werden.
  7. Dichtung mit einem Träger (16, 17), dazu bestimmt, auf den Boden einer Verschlusskappe positioniert zu werden, die mit dem Verschlusselement (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 verbunden ist, wobei der Träger (16, 17) und das Verschlusselement (1) mittels eines temporären Haftmittels verbunden sind.
  8. Dichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gesamte Fläche der Lasche (6) des Verschlusselements, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit der entsprechenden Seite des Trägers (16, 17) in Kontakt zu stehen, auf die obere Seite des Verschlusselements (1) umgeklappt ist.
  9. Verfahren für die Herstellung einer heißversiegelbaren Dichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - ein Verschlusselement-Streifen gemäß dem Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 hergestellt wird,
    - gleichzeitig ein Trägerstreifen vorbereitet wird,
    - der Trägerstreifen anschließend temporär mit dem Verschlusselement-Streifen mittels eines temporären Haftmittels verbunden wird, um den Dichtungsstreifen zu bilden,
    - die Dichtungen in der gewünschten Form und passend in Bezug auf die Laschen in der gesamten Dicke des Dichtungsstreifens geschnitten werden.
  10. Vorrichtung mit einem Behälter mit einer Öffnung, an dessen Mündung (14) das Verschlusselement (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 angeordnet ist.
