Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Einfädeln von Rohren oder Stangen in ein Ziehaggregat mit umlaufenden Kettenpaaren, die das Werkstück mittels Klemmbacken am äußeren Umfang greifen und kontinuierlich durch einen dem Ziehaggregat zugeordneten, in einem Ziehringhalter angeordneten Ziehring ziehen, sowie mit einer aus der Ziehachse entfernbaren Greifvorrichtung zum Erfassen der am Rohr- oder Stangenanfang ausgebildeten Ziehangel und Führen des Rohranfanges in die Ziehvorrichtung
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Greifvorrichtung (5) als auf die Ziehangel (2) aufschiebbare Klemmhülse (6) ausgebildet ist, die in ihrem Inneren mehre an den Umfang der Ziehangel anlegbare, in Ziehrichtung selbstklemmende Spannelemente (7) aufnimmt und die in den zwischen zwei benachbarten Klemmbacken (10) jeder Kette (9) gebildeten Zwischenraum, die Klemmbacken (10) hintergreifend, einlegbar ist. - Vorrichtung zum Einfädeln von Rohren oder Stangen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ziehringhalter (4) mit dem Ziehring (3) sowie dem darin eingefädelten Rohranfang auf einer Führungsbahn (11) entgegen der Ziehrichtung in eine Position verfahrbar sind, in der die Klemmhülse (6) auf die Ziehangel (2) aufschiebbar ist. - Vorrichtung zum Einfädeln von Rohren oder Stangen nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die auf die vorbereitete Ziehangel (2) aufgeschobene Klemmhülse (6) durch Verfahren des Ziehringhalters (4) in Ziehrichtung in den Zwischenraum zwischen zwei benachbarte Klemmbacken (10) transportierbar ist. - Vorrichtung zum Einfädeln von Rohren oder Stangen nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum Verfahren des Ziehringhalters (4) mit Ziehring (3) eine Kolben-Zylindereinheit vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung zum Einfädeln von Rohren oder Stangen nach Anspruch 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klemmhülse (6) auf der Auslaufseite des Ziehaggregates (I bzw.II) von der Ziehangel (2) entfernt wird. - Vorrichtung zum Einfädeln von Rohren oder Stangen nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ziehangel (2) mit der Klemmhülse (6) auf der Auslaufseite des Ziehaggregates (I bzw.II) abgetrennt wird. - Vorrichtung zum Einfädeln von Rohren oder Stangen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klemmhülse (14) an dem - in Ziehrichtung gesehen - hinteren Ende einer Mitnehmerstange (12) ausgebildet ist, die mit mehreren an die Zwischenräume zwischen benachbarten Klemmbacken (10) jeder Kette (9) angepaßten, die Klemmbacken (10) hintergreifenden Durchmessererweiterungen (13) versehen ist, wobei die Klemmhülse (14) bei rückwärts laufendem Ziehaggregat (I bzw.II) von der Auslaufseite her in das Ziehaggregat (I bzw.II) einführbar und die Klemmhülse (14) auf der Einlaufseite des Ziehaggregates (I bzw.II) über die Ziehangel (2) stülpbar ist. - Arbeitsverfahren zum Einfädeln von Rohren oder Stangen in ein Ziehaggregat mit umlaufenden Kettenpaaren, die das Werkstück mittels Klemmbacken am äußeren Umfang greifen und kontinuierlich durch einen dem Ziehaggregat zugeordneten, in einem Ziehringhalter angeordneten Ziehring ziehen, sowie mit einer aus der Ziehachse entfernbaren Greifvorrichtung zum Erfassen der am Rohr- oder Stangenanfang ausgebildeten Ziehangel und Führen des Rohranfanges in die Ziehvorrichtung mit einer Greifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
gekennzeichnet durch die Abfolge folgender Schritte:a. das zu ziehende Rohr wird mit einer Ziehangel versehen,b. der Ziehringhalter wird mit dem Ziehring auf einer Führungsbahn gegen die Ziehrichtung zurückgefahren,c. die Ziehangel wird durch den Ziehring hindurchgesteckt,d. auf das Ende der Ziehangel wird die Klemmhülse aufgesteckt,e. Ziehringhalter mit Ziehring, Ziehangel und aufgeschobener Klemmhülse werden in Ziehrichtung verfahren, bis die Klemmhülse ihre Position im Zwischenraum zwischen zwei Klemmbacken erreicht hat,f. nach Anfahren des Ziehaggregates wird die auf der Ziehangel klemmende Klemmhülse von einem der Klemmbackenpaare mitgenommen,g. nach dem Durchlauf der Klemmhülse durch das Ziehaggregat übernehmen die Klemmbacken das Rohr und die Ziehkraft,h. die Klemmhülse wird auf der Auslaufseite des Ziehaggregates entfernt und zur Einlaufseite zurückgeführt. - Arbeitsverfahren zum Einfädeln von Rohren oder Stangen nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verfahren bei mehreren hintereinander angeordneten Ziehaggregaten ausgeführt wird, wobei nach dem Austreten des Rohres aus dem ersten Ziehaggregat und dem Entfernen der Klemmhülse das Rohr mit der Ziehangel in den Ziehring des nachfolgenden Ziehaggregates einläuft und sich die Arbeitsschritte des Patentanspruchs 8 wiederholen. - Arbeitsverfahren zum Einfädeln von Rohren oder Stangen in ein Ziehaggregat mit umlaufenden Kettenpaaren, die das Werkstück mittels Klemmbacken am äußeren Umfang greifen und kontinuierlich durch einen dem Ziehaggregat zugeordneten, in einem Ziehringhalter angeordneten Ziehring ziehen, sowie mit einer aus der Ziehachse entfernbaren Greifvorrichtung zum Erfassen der am Rohr- oder Stangenanfang ausgebildeten Ziehangel und Führen des Rohranfanges in die Ziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 mit einer Greifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
gekennzeichnet durch die Abfolge folgender Schritte:a. die Mitnehmerstange wird von der Auslaufseite her in das Ziehaggregat eingeführt,b. die Ketten des Ziehaggregates werden rückwärts angetrieben, bis die Mitnehmerstange soweit eingezogen ist, daß die Klemmhülse aus der Einlaufseite austritt,c. die Klemmhülse wird mit den Ketten des Ziehaggregates über die Ziehangel des zuvor in den Ziehring eingelegten Rohres geschoben,d. das Ziehaggregat wird vorwärts angetrieben und zieht mit der Mitnehmerstange den Rohranfang in die Klemmbacken ein,e. nachdem die Mitnehmerstange das Ziehaggregat durchlaufen hat wird sie von der Ziehangel abgenommen und in Bereitstellung gelegt.
