Claims (16)
- Verfahren zum Drückwalzen, bei demein axialsymmetrisches Werkstück (26) an einem freien Ende eines Drückfutters (2) mit einem Außenprofil, insbesondere einer Verzahnung (10), eingespannt wird,das Drückfutter (2) zusammen mit dem Werkstück (26) in Rotation versetzt wird undmindestens eine Drückwalze (34) zugestellt wird, wobei das Werkstück (26) umgeformt und an das Außenprofil des Drückfutters (2) angeformt wird,daß auf das Drückfutter (2) beabstandet von dessen freiem Ende ein Distanzring (14) aus einem verformbaren Material aufgesetzt wird,daß beim Umformen ein Randbereich eines ersten Werkstückes (26) an den Distanzring (14) angeformt wird,daß der Distanzring (14) bei dem Anformen des Randbereiches des ersten Werkstückes (26) plastisch verformt und dabei kaltverfestigt wird unddaß der verformte und verfestigte Distanzring (14) zum Formen weiterer Werkstücke (26) auf dem Drückfutter (2) verbleibt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkstück (26) an ein Drückfutter (2) mit einer Verzahnung (10) angeformt wird, welche axial verlaufende Nuten aufweist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Distanzring (14) in einer Weise auf das Drückfutter (2) aufgesetzt wird, daß er das Außenprofil mit einem Überdeckungsbereich (16) zumindest teilweise axial überdeckt und der Überdeckungsbereich (16) beim Anformen des Werkstückes (26) und Umformen des Distanzringes (14) in das Außenprofil eingeformt wird und den axialen Materialfluß beim Umformen des Werkstückes (26) begrenzt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anformen des Werkstückes (26) durch einen axialen Vorschub der Drückwalze(n) (34) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Umformen der Distanzring (14) stirnseitig mit konkaven Vertiefungen ausgebildet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gleichzeitig mehrere Drückwalzen (34) gleichmäßig verteilt über den Umfang des Werkstücks (26) mit dem Werkstück (26) in Eingriff gelangen. - Vorrichtung zum Drückwalzen miteinem Drückfutter (2), das ein Außenprofil aufweist und auf welchem ein Werkstück (26) einspannbar ist,einem Antrieb, über den das Drückfutter (2) zusammen mit dem Werkstück (26) in Rotation versetzbar ist, undmindestens einer Drückwalze (34) zum Umformen des Werkstückes (26) und Anformen an das Drückfutter (2),daß ein verformbarer Distanzring (14) vorgesehen ist,daß der Distanzring (14) auswechselbar an dem Drückfutter (2) befestigbar ist unddaß der Distanzring (14) beim Umformen eines ersten Werkstückes (26) in das Außenprofil des Drückfutters (2) einformbar und verfestigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Andrückscheibe (24) zum Einspannen des Werkstückes (26) der Stirnseite (22) des Drückfutters (2) gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drückfutter (2) einen Anformbereich (6) mit einem ersten Durchmesser und einen hinteren Drückfutterbereich (8) mit einem zweiten Durchmesser aufweist, wobei der erste Durchmesser größer ist als der zweite Durchmesser. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anformbereich (8) das Außenprofil oder eine Verzahnung (10) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Distanzring (14) einen Überdeckungsbereich (16) mit einem ersten Innendurchmesser und einen hinteren Distanzringbereich (18) mit einem zweiten Innendurchmesser aufweist, wobei der Distanzring (14) mit seinem Überdeckungsbereich (16) auf dem Anformbereich (6) des Drückfutters (2) und mit seinem hinteren Distanzringbereich (18) auf dem hinteren Drückfutterbereich (8) sitzt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Distanzring (14) an seinem hinteren Distanzringbereich (18) zwischen einer Kante (12), die als radiale Hinterschneidung zwischen dem Anformbereich (6) und dem hinteren Drückfutterbereich (8) vorliegt, und der Stirnfläche einer Drückfutteraufnahme (4) axial eingespannt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Distanzring (14) in einem nicht verformten Zustand einen im wesentlichen in axialer Richtung konstanten Außendurchmesser (20) hat, der geringer ist als der Außendurchmesser (28) des Werkstückes (26), wenn sich Werkstück und Distanzring erstmalig berühren. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Distanzring (14) in seinem verformten Zustand mit seinem Überdeckungsbereich (16) in die Verzahnung des Drückfutters zumindest teilweise eingeformt ist und eine sich zum Rand des Überdeckungsbereiches (16) hin verjüngende, konkave Außenkontur aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Drückwalzen (34, 34') vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drückwalzen (34, 34') ringartig um das Drückfutter (2) angeordnet und in einem Käfig jeweils drehbar gelagert sind.
