Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum spanlosen Anformen einer Nabe (5) an einem Werkstück (1), bei dem eine Rolle (10) mit einer spitzwinkeligen Trennkante (12) an das um eine Rotationsachse (14) rotierende Werkstück (1) zugestellt und ein Materialbereich (3) etwa V-förmig abgezweigt wird, wobei dieser Materialbereich (3) nachfolgend durch mindestens eine Nachformrolle (20) zu der Nabe (5) endgeformt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nachformrolle (20) eine axiale Anschlagsfläche (22) aufweist, durch welche eine axiale Erstreckung
des V-förmig abgezweigten Materialbereiches (3) begrenzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Anschlagsfläche (22) der Nachformrolle (20) an einer Ausnehmung (24) ausgebildet ist, durch welche eine Außenkontur und eine axiale Länge der anzuformenden Nabe (5) vorgegeben wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rolle (10) mit der spitzwinkeligen Trennkante (12) von einer Ausgangsposition an dem Werkstück (1) bis zu einer Endposition zugestellt wird, an welcher die Nabe (5) an dem Werkstück (1) axial vorspringt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nachformrolle (20) an den V-förmig abgezweigten Materialbereich (3) zugestellt wird, noch bevor die Rolle (10) mit der spitzwinkligen Trennkante (12) ihre Endposition erreicht hat. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nabe (5) zwischen der Nachformrolle (20) und einem mittigen Werkzeugdorn (16) ausgeformt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkstück (1) in seinem Mittenbereich gehalten wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rolle (10) mit der spitzwinkligen Trennkante (12) radial und gleichzeitig axial zugestellt wird. - Verfahren zum spanlosen Anformen einer Nabe, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass ein radial äußerer Werkstückbereich (6) axial in eine Vertiefung (18) eines Drückfutters (15) gedrückt wird, so dass ein radial innerer Werkstückbereich (7) um einen definierten Betrag axial vorsteht,dass an dem vorstehenden inneren Werkstückbereich (7) eine Rolle (10) zugestellt wird, durch welche eine Wanddicke des inneren Werkstückbereiches (7) verringert wird, unddass das dabei anfallende Werkstückmaterial zur Nabe (5) geformt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorstehende innere Werkstückbereich (7) in seiner Wanddicke um den Betrag verringert wird, um welchen dieser axial gegenüber dem gedrückten äußeren Werkstückbereich (6) vorsteht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Drücken des äußeren Werkstückbereiches (6) dieser radial erweitert und gegen einen ringförmigen Absatz an dem Drückfutter (15) geformt und dabei eingespannt wird. - Drückwalzmaschine zum Anformen einer Nabe gemäß einem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
mit mindestens einer Rolle (10) mit einer spitzwinkeligen Trennkante (12) zum Abspalten eines V-förmigen Materialbereiches (3) und mit einem Drückfutter (15) zum Aufnehmen und Halten des Werkstücks (1), wobei das Drückfutter (15) relativ zu der Rolle (10) rotierend antreibbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass zusätzlich eine Nachformrolle (20) mit einer axialen Anschlagsfläche (22) vorgesehen ist unddass zur Begrenzung einer axialen Erstreckung des V-förmigen Materialbereiches (3) die Nachformrolle (20) räumlich und zeitlich versetzt zur Rolle (10) mit der spitzwinkligen Trennkante (12) noch während des Abspaltens zustellbar ist.
