Abstract
Description
Rohstoffknappheit, wachsende Müllberge und steigende Deponiekosten zwingen die Bauindustrie immer mehr dazu, Natursteine und Altstoffe wieder zu verwenden. Dazu setzt sie zum Teil mobile Brech- und Recycling-Anlagen ein. Bekannte mobile Brechanlagen werden mit einem LKW oder Spezialtieflader zum Recycling-Platz transportiert. Die mobilen Brechanlagen sind dabei mit einem Aufnahmetrichter, einer Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung und einer Förderanlage ausgestattet. Ein Dieselmotor treibt die Brechanlage an. Für das Zerkleinern werden Backenbrecher und Prallbrecher eingesetzt. Beim Backenbrecher erfolgt die Zerkleinerung durch Druck- und Scherkräfte zwischen einer festen und einer beweglichen Brechbacke. Beim Prallbrecher hingegen arbeitet man mit Schlagleisten, die beim Brechvorgang gegen das Material prallen, wodurch es zerkleinert wird. Backen- und Prallbrecher haben jedoch den Nachteil, dass sie hohe Investitionen erfordern. Außerdem weisen beide Anlagen einen hohen Rüst- und Wartungsaufwand auf, wodurch sie besonders bei kleinen Mengen und räumlich beengten Baustellen unwirtschaftlich sind.Shortage of raw materials, growing mountains of refuse and rising landfill costs are forcing the construction industry to reuse natural stones and existing materials. Fig. 1 zeigt eine mobile Vorrichtung 10 zum Zerkleinern von Steinen oder dergleichen. Zwei Rotationswellen 11, die mit Brechschlegeln 12 ausgestattet sind, haben die Aufgabe, Steine oder dergleichen zu zerkleinern. Zur Optimierung des Zerkleinerungsvorgangs können sich die beiden Rotationswellen 11 zweckmäßigerweise gegeneinander drehen. Die beiden Rotationswellen 11 sind im unteren Bereich einer Füllkammer 13 unterge-bracht. Die Füllkammer 13 hat die Aufgabe, zu zerkleinerndes Material zu speichern. Im vorderen Bereich der Füllkammer 13 ist ein Aufnahmemesser 14 angeordnet. Das Aufnahmemesser 14 dient zur besseren Aufnahme von Steinen oder dergleichen. Die Rotationswellen 11 können mittels eines Hydraulikmotors 15, der an das Hydrauliksystem eines Baggers oder Laders angeschlossen sein kann, angetrieben werden. Mittels einer Schnellwechseleinrichtung 16 kann die Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung 10 an einen Bagger 30 (Fig. 3, 4) oder Lader montiert und demontiert werden.Fig. 1 shows a
Fig. 2 zeigt die Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung 10 in der Vorderansicht. Die Rotationswellen 11 werden über zwei Hydraulikmotoren 15 angetrieben. Auf ihrer Oberfläche sind in regelmäßigen Abständen Brechschlegel 12 angebracht. Je nach Größe des Zerkleinerungsprodukts kann der Abstand zwischen den beiden Rotationswellen 11 frei gewählt werden. Am oberen Ende der mobilen Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung 10 sind wieder die Schnellwechseleinrichtungen 16 zu erkennen.Fig. 2 shows the crushing
