- les figures 1A-1C représentent un premier mode de réalisation d'un ensemble selon l'invention, sous forme d'un boítier, de type boítier de maquillage;
- les figures 2A-2C illustrent une variante du mode de réalisation des figures 1A-1C; et
- les figures 3A-3C illustrent un second mode de réalisation d'un ensemble selon l'invention, sous forme d'un pot.
Claims (13)
- Ensemble (1) comportant une première partie (2, 51), et une seconde partie (3, 56) articulée sur la première autour d'un axe (A) situé dans un plan de fermeture (PF), et une feuille (20, 60) collée sur au moins une portion de surface de chacune desdites première (2, 51) et seconde (3, 56) parties, ladite feuille comportant au moins une bande de liaison (23, 63, 24, 25), qui en position fermée de l'ensemble (1), coupe le plan de fermeture (PF), sans passer par ledit axe (A), ladite bande de liaison (23, 63, 24, 25) étant apte, à l'ouverture et à la fermeture de l'ensemble (1), à occuper une position intermédiaire, dans laquelle elle coupe ledit axe (A), en étant soumise à une tension maximale, et, après franchissement de ladite position intermédiaire, selon un mouvement relatif desdites première et seconde parties, dans une première direction, à rappeler élastiquement la seconde partie (3, 56), en position fermée ou sensiblement fermée, et après franchissement de ladite position intermédiaire, dans une direction opposée à la première, à rappeler élastiquement la seconde partie (3, 56), en position ouverte.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une bande de liaison (23) positionnée entre deux éléments d'articulation (5-10) définissant ledit axe (A), et disposés de part et d'autre de la bande de liaison (23).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux bandes de liaison (24, 25) séparées par un élément d'articulation définissant ledit axe (A).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que l'articulation autour de l'axe (A) est réalisée au moyen notamment de charnières film, ou de charnières de type à axe rapporté, ou à élément (5-10, 26-28) porté par l'une desdites première ou seconde parties, monté en rotation à l'intérieur d'un évidement ménagé dans l'autre desdites première ou seconde parties.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en que ladite feuille (20, 60) est réalisée en un matériau thermoplastique, choisi notamment parmi les polyéthylènes, les polypropylènes, les polyéthylènes téréphtalates, ou les élastomères thermoplastiques, ou en un matériau tissé ou non tissé.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que lesdites première (2, 51) et seconde (3, 56) parties sont rigides, au moins au voisinage de l'axe d'articulation A.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce qu'il forme un élément de bouchage, ladite première partie formant un corps destiné à être monté sur un récipient, ledit corps délimitant au moins un passage de sortie en communication avec une ouverture dudit récipient, ladite seconde partie étant formée d'une coiffe, apte à obturer de manière amovible ledit passage de sortie.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un récipient (100, 50), ladite première partie (2, 51) constituant un réceptacle apte à contenir un produit et dont un bord libre délimite une ouverture (53), la seconde partie (3, 56) formant un couvercle apte à obturer de manière étanche ladite ouverture (53).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que le récipient (100, 50) comprend des moyens (4) aptes à permettre le verrouillage réversible en position fermée du couvercle (3, 56) sur le fond (2, 51).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 8 ou 9 caractérisé en ce que le récipient est réalisé sous forme d'un boítier (100) de forme sensiblement plate et dont le fond (2) délimite au moins un compartiment (15) pour recevoir un produit, notamment sous forme solide ou pulvérulente.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 8 ou 9 caractérisé en ce que le récipient est sous forme d'un pot (50) à large ouverture.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 caractérisé en ce que ladite feuille (20, 60) recouvre une partie substantielle de l'une au moins desdites parties, et forme un décor ou un support d'informations, notamment de type logo, marque, ou informations commerciales ou techniques.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12 caractérisé en ce que ladite feuille (20, 60) est adhésive sur toute sa surface, à l'exception de la surface correspondant à la (ou aux) bande(s) de liaison (23, 24, 25, 63).
