Diese Ausgestaltung hat sich dahingehend als vorteilhaft erwiesen, daß die Krankentrage am Einsatzort schnell und einfach aus dem Krankentragenfahrgestell herausgehoben werden kann, um beispielsweise der Aufnahme des zu bergenden Unfallpatienten zu dienen. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ermöglicht somit insbesondere in Verbindung mit einer Verrastung des Krankentragenfahrgestells im Krankentransportfahrzeug eine vollständige und sichere Verankerung des Patienten, so daß auch bei Unfällen des Krankentransportfahrzeuges eine unkontrollierte Bewegung der Krankentrage mit dem darauf auflastenden Patienten oder ausschließlich der Krankentrage vermieden wird. Durch die manipulierbare Verrastung kann die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung derart betätigt werden, daß die vorteilhaften Eigenschaften einer Kombination aus einer Krankentrage und einem Krankentragenfahrgestell am Unfailort erhalten bleiben, nämlich dahingehend, daß die Krankentrage sehr schnell vom Krankentragenfahrgestell gelöst werden kann. Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß jedes Verbindungselement als im Querschnitt im wesentlichen rechteckförmiges Profilelement ausgebildet ist, dessen Schmalseiten im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu einer Seite mit einem einseitig offen ausgebildeten Schlitz zur Aufnahme des Rastelementes verlaufend angeordnet sind, wobei der Schlitz an seinem geschlossenen Ende ein Hakenelement aufweist, welches lösbar mit dem Rastelement verbindbar und um einen im wesentlichen parallel zur Flächennormalen der die Schmalseiten verbindenden Seite verlaufenden Achse verschwenkbar ist. Diese Ausgestaltung sieht somit vor, daß das Rastelement in einen Schlitz des Verbindungselementes einführbar ist. Am Ende des Schlitzes ist ein Hakenelement angeordnet, das von dem Rastelement derart betätigt wird, daß bei Auftreffen des Rastelementes auf das Hakenelement dieses Hakenelement das Rastelement im Verbindungselement sperrt.
