Claims (14)

  1. Securing device for transport of stretchers in ambulance vehicles, comprising a receiving device that can be fixed in a floor area of the vehicle, and a substantially mushroom-shaped locking element that can be pushed into said receiving means in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and fixed to the stretcher, wherein said receiving device (1) is in the form of a profiled element (3) having a substantially rectangular cross-section, the narrow sides (4, 5) of said element being arranged in a way such as to extend substantially at right angles to the vehicle floor, and the one side (7) of said element which connects said narrow sides (4, 5) including a slot (8) open on one side thereof for receiving said locking element (2),
    characterized in that both of the other sides of said profiled element are open and that the slot is provided on its closed end with a hook element (9) that can be removably connected to the locking element (2) and pivotally moved about an axis (10) extending substantially parallel to the surface normal of the side (7) connecting the narrow sides (4, 5), and that the hook element (9) is formed as a spring-loaded click which is connected to a releasing element (13).
  2. Securing device for transport according to claim 1,
    characterized in that said slot (8) is formed to expand toward its open end in a V-shape.
  3. Securing device for transport according to claim 1,
    characterized in that the releasing element (13) is formed as an L-shaped lever, is mounted for rotation on the click by its one end, and is provided with a handle (16) on its other end, which handle protrudes outwardly of said profiled element (3).
  4. Securing device for transport according to claim 1,
    characterized in that the releasing element (13) can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of said profiled element (3), with said releasing element (13) preferably being guided in a slot-shaped opening (15) of the profiled element (3).
  5. Securing device for transport according to claim 1,
    characterized in that a biased tension spring (18) is arranged between the releasing element (13) and the profiled element (3).
  6. Securing device for transport according to claim 1,
    characterized in that the locking element (2) can be fixed to a mount in the foot area of the stretcher.
  7. Securing device for transport according to claim 1,
    characterized in that the locking element (2) includes a base body (21) that can be fixed to the stretcher.
  8. Securing device for transport according to claim 7,
    characterized in that the locking element (2) is adjustable relative to the base body (21).
  9. Securing device for transport according to one of the claims 1 to 8,
    characterized in that the locking element (2) consists of a threaded rod or a threaded rod portion (27) and a plate (29) which is preferably round and is mounted to said threaded rod or threaded rod portion (27), in case with a rod element (28) interposed therebetween, wherein the outer dimensions and in particular the diameter of said plate (29) are/is larger than the diameter of said rod element (28) and/or said threaded rod or threaded rod portion (27) and the width of the slot (8) in the hook element (9) area.
  10. Securing device for transport according to claim 9,
    characterized in that the threaded rod or threaded rod portion (27) can be screwed into a threaded bore (26) in the base body (21).
  11. Securing device for transport according to one of the claims 9 or 10,
    characterized in that a counter nut (30) is screwed onto the threaded rod or threaded rod portion (27).
  12. Securing device for transport according to claim 8,
    characterized in that the base body (21) consists of two halves (34, 35) that can be connected to each other preferably by a screwed connection, between which halves a structrual element (32) of the stretcher and/or a securing element can be arranged in a positive or frictionally engaging fashion.
  13. Securing device for transport according to one of the claims 1 to 12,
    characterized in that the receiving device (1) forms an integral part of the vehicle.
  14. Securing device for transport according to one of the claims 1 to 13,
    characterized in that the edge of the profiled element (3) opposite the slot (8) cooperates as a limit stop with a safety construction preventing unloading of the stretcher.
