Wäschetrockenständer mit zwei V-förmig zueinander angeordnete, über Gelenkkappen 4 verbundene, klappbare, V-förmige Standbügel 1, 2, die schwenkbare Trockengitter 5, 6, 7 zwischen sich aufnehmen. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Wäschetrockenständer gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Derartige Wäschetrockenständer, auch Turmtrockner genannt, sind geeignet, auf relativ geringer Grundfläche eine große Wäschemenge aufzunehmen. Dennoch sind sie klein zusammenzufalten und leicht aufzubewahren. Durch die WO 87/03918 wurde ein derartiger Wäschetrockenständer bekannt. Bei diesem sind die Trockengitter mittig über zwei Gelenke geteilt, so daß beim Zusammenklappen der Standbügel die Trockengitter nach Innen gefaltet werden. Diese Bauweise ist durch die vielen notwendigen Gelenke recht aufwendig. Zudem ist durch die unübersichtliche Faltfolge der einzelnen Bauelemente die Gefahr des Einklemmens von Fingern sehr groß.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Wäschetrockenständer der eingangs aufgezeigten Art zu schaffen, der kostengünstig zu fertigen und einfach und gefahrlos auf- und abgebaut werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Das bzw. die Trockengitter sind einteilig gefertigt und nur an dem einen Standbügel fixiert. Am zweiten Standbügel sind sie verschiebbar und/oder aushängbar befestigt, so daß die Trockengitter auch einzeln bewegt werden können. Der Wäschetrockenständer kann somit in einzelnen Schritten zusammengefaltet werden, so daß die Gefahr des Einklemmens von Fingern weitgehend vermieden wird. Die Handhabung ist sehr einfach, der Wäschetrockner kann durch die Ausführung der Gitterleisten in Kunststoff designmäßig gestaltet werden. Er gelangt so zu einem ästhetisch ansprechenden Aussehen. Dies ist um so wichtiger, als derartige Wäschetrockenständer häufig in Badezimmern bzw. auf der Terrasse oder dem Balkon eingesetzt werden. Die Ausführung der Gitterleisten in Kunststoff ermöglicht es weiter, für jedes Trockengitter in jeder Höhe die gleichen Teile zu verwenden. Es sind lediglich Spiegelbildteile erforderlich. Da keine Drahtbiegeteile erforderlich sind, ist ein sicherer Rostschutz möglich, da gradlinige Teile gleichmäßiger zu lackieren sind und auch im lackierten Zustand bei der Montage weniger zu Beschädigungen neigen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert:

Ein fester Standbügel 1 und ein klappbarer Standbügel 2, jeweils aus Rohr und U-förmig gebogen, sind an ihren freien Enden 3 über Gelenkkappen 4 beweglich verbunden. Die Gelenkkappen 4 sind auf die Enden 3 aufgepresst.
Die Standbügel 1 und 2 nehmen zwischen sich ein unteres Trockengitter 5, ein mittleres Trockengitter 6 und ein oberes Trockengitter 7 auf. Die Trockengitter 5 bis 7 bestehen aus einer linken Gitterleiste 8 und einer rechten Gitterleiste 9, die spiegelbildlich ausgeführt sind und die über Trockenstangen 10 verbunden sind, wobei bei dem unteren Trockengitter 5 die Gitterleisten seitenverkehrt eingebaut sind.
Die Gitterleisten 8 und 9 sind am oberen Rand 11 mit Sacklöcher 12 zur Aufnahme der Trockenstange 10 versehen. Die Trockenstangen sind mit Passsitz in den Sacklöchern 12 gehalten. Aus fertigungstechnischen Gründen sind die Sacklöcher im Grund mit einer Lüftungsbohrung 13 ausgestattet.
Das untere Trockengitter 5 ist über eine Lagerbohrung 14 an dem festen Standbügel 1 um eine Achse 15 schwenkbar und an dem klappbaren Standbügel 2 über eine Gelenkhülse 16 verschiebbar am klappbaren Standbügel gelagert. Die Gelenkhülse 16 ist über eine Bohrung 17 drehbar in den Gitterleisten 8, 9 gelagert. Das Trockengitter 5 rastet über eine Rastnut 18 in den Gitterleisten 8, 9 über Niete 19 am klappbaren Standbügel 2 ein.
Das mittlere 6 und obere Trockengitter 7 ist über Führungsschlitze 20 in den Gitterleisten 8, 9 am festen Standbügel 1 schwenkbar gelagert, als Achse 15 dient jeweils ein Niet, und über eine Labyrinthaussparung 21 am klappbaren Standbügel 2 mittels weiterer Niete 19 eingehängt. Die Gitterleisten 8, 9 sind jeweils mit zwei Labyrinthaussparungen 21 versehen, die in einem Abstand 22 angeordnet sind, der der Verjüngung der beiden V-förmig angeordneten Standbügel 1, 2 von einer zur nächsten Trockenetage entspricht.
Aus Figur 1 ist ersichtlich, daß das obere Trockengitter 7 auch in die linke Labyrinthaussparung eingehängt werden kann und dadurch um den Abstand 22 nach rechts wandert und gegenüber dem unteren 5 und mittleren Trockengitter 6 übersteht, so daß an dieser Stelle auch sehr lange Wäschestücke aufgehängt werden können.

Claims (5)

  1. Wäschetrockenständer mit zwei V-förmig zueinander angeordnete, über Gelenkkappen (4) verbundene, klappbare U-förmige Standbügel (1,2), die zumindest ein schwenkbares Trockengitter (5) zwischen sich aufnehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trockengitter, bestehend aus zwei Gitterleisten (8, 9) und Trockenstangen (10) an dem festen Standbügel (1) mittels einer Lagerbohrung (14) um eine Achse (15) schwenkbar und an dem klappbaren Standbügel (2) über eine Gelenkhülse (16) aus einer über eine Auflage (19) definierten Trockenstellung schwenk- und verschiebbar gelagert ist.
  2. Wäschetrockenständer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein weiteres Trockengitter (6, 7) das bzw. die am festen Standbügel (1) über Führungsschlitze (20) in den Gitterleisten (8, 9) schwenk- und verschiebbar gelagert und über Labyrinthaussparungen (21) am klappbaren Standbügel (2) eingehängt sind, vorgesehen ist.
  3. Wäschetrockenständer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Trockengitter (5) über die Lagerbohrung (14) und die weiteren Trockengitter (6, 7) über den Führungsschlitz (20) am festen Standbügel (1) angelenkt sind, und daß entsprechend der Anzahl der weiteren Trockengitter Labyrinthaussparungen (21) in den Gitterleisten (8, 9) im Abstand (22) entsprechend der Verjüngung der beiden V-förmig angeordneten Standbügel (1, 2) vorgesehen sind, wobei beim unteren Trockengitter (5) die identisch ausgeführten Gitterleisten (9, 8) seitenverkehrt eingebaut sind.
  4. Wäschetrockenständer nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Trockengitter (5, 6, 7) aus zwei spiegelbildlich ausgeführten Gitterleisten (8, 9) mit Sacklöchern (12) und in diesen mittels Presssitz gehaltenen, diese verbindenden Trockenstangen (10) besteht.
  5. Wäschetrockenständer nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gitterleisten (8, 9) aus Kunststoff gefertigt sind.
