Claims (32)
- Verfahren zur automatischen Herstellung von Beuteln, die mit komplementären Schließprofilen (30, 40) ausgestattet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Schritte aufweist, die aus den folgenden bestehen:Zuführen mindestens einer Folie (110) im Durchlauf, die dazu eingerichtet ist, die Wände der Beutel zu bilden,Zuführen einer Schließgruppe (10) im Durchlauf, die einen W-förmig ausgebildeten Tragebogen (20) aufweist, der einerseits ein inneres, U-förmiges Unverletzbarkeitsband (22) bildet, das auf seinen gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen (23, 24) jeweils mit komplementären Schließprofilen (30, 40) versehen ist, und andererseits seitliche, äußere Flügel (26, 28) bildet, die sich über Schließprofile (30, 40) und das innere, U-förmige Band (22) hinauserstrecken, wobei die Schließgruppe (10) außerdem vorher mit einer Reihe von Schiebern (50) zur Betätigung der Schließprofile (30, 40) ausgestattet wurde, die über die Länge der zugeförderten Schließgruppe (10) verteilt sind, undBefestigen der so ausgebildeten Schließgruppe (10) mittels der seitlichen, äußeren Trageflügel (26, 28) auf der Folie (110), die die Wand des Beutels bildet, auf Höhe der freien Stücke (26a, 28a) dieser Trageflügel.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es auf einer automatischen Maschine zur Herstellung von Beuteln mit horizontalem Durchlauf durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es auf einer automatischen Maschine zur Herstellung von Beuteln mit vertikalem Durchlauf durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es auf einer automatischen Maschine zur Herstellung, zum Befüllen und zum Verschließen von Beuteln durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen den Läufern (50) auf der Schließgruppe (10) gleich ist der Größe der auszubildenden Beutel.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließgruppe (10) parallel zur Versetzungsrichtung der Folie (110) herangeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließgruppe (10) senkrecht zur Versetzungsrichtung der Folie (110) herangeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Schließprofile (30, 40) während der Befestigung auf der Folie (110) in Eingriff (in geschlossener Stellung) befinden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließgruppe (10) vor dem Heranführen auf die Maschine zur automatischen Ausbildung von Beuteln Vorab-Schweißstellen (60) mit konstantem Abstand aufweist, die eine Verbindung zwischen den komplementären Schließprofilen (30, 40) sicherstellt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Vorab-Schweißstellen (60) gleich ist der Größe der Beutel.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Schließprofile (30, 40) zwischen dem Schieber (50) und einer der Vorab-Schweißstellen (60) in Eingriff (in geschlossener Stellung) und zwischen dem Schieber (50) und der anderen, benachbarten Vorab-Schweißstelle (60) außer Eingriff (in offener Stellung) befinden.
- Maschine zur automatischen Herstellung von Beuteln, die mit komplementären Schließprofilen (30, 40) ausgestattet sind, zur Umsetzung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie folgende Merkmale aufweist:Mittel (112), die dazu geeignet sind, mindestens eine Folie (110) im Durchlauf zuzuführen, die dazu eingerichtet ist, die Wände der Beutel zu bilden,Mittel, die dazu geeignet sind, eine Schließgruppe (10) im Durchlauf zuzuführen, die einen W-förmig ausgebildeten Tragebogen (20) aufweist, der einerseits ein inneres, U-förmiges Unverletzbarkeitsband (22) bildet, das auf seinen gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen (23, 24) jeweils mit komplementären Schließprofilen (30, 40) versehen ist, und andererseits seitliche, äußere Flügel (26, 28) bildet, die sich über Schließprofile (30, 40) und das innere, U-förmige Band (22) hinauserstrecken, wobei die Schließgruppe (10) außerdem vorher mit einer Reihe von Schiebern (50) zur Betätigung der Schließprofile (30, 40) ausgestattet wurde, die über die Länge der zugeförderten Schließgruppe (10) verteilt sind, undMittel (130), die dazu geeignet sind, die so gebildete Schließgruppe (10) mittels der seitlichen, äußeren Trageflügel (26, 28) auf der die Wand des Beutels bildenden Folie (110) und auf Höhe der freien Stücke dieser Trageflügel zu befestigen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie horizontalen Durchlauf aufweist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie vertikalen Durchlauf aufweist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine automatische Maschine zur Herstellung, zum Befüllen und zum Verschließen von Beuteln bildet.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Formgebungshals (100) aufweist, der am Einlaß eine Folie (110) in ebenem Zustand von einem Abwickler (112) her aufnimmt und der am Auslaß die als Rohr verformte Folie (110) abgibt, eine Einfüllrutsche (120), die in den Formgebungshals (100) und demzufolge in das genannte Rohr einmündet, Mittel (130) zur Längsverschweißung, um das Rohr in Längsrichtung zu schließen, sowie Mittel (140) aufweist, die dazu geeignet sind, in der Folge eine erste Querverschweißung zu erzeugen, bevor ein Produkt in das Rohr durch die Einfüllrutsche (120) eingeführt wird, und dann eine zweite Querverschweißung, sobald das Produkt in das Rohr eingeführt ist, um eine Verpackung rund um dieses zu bilden.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Schieber (50) auf der Schließgruppe (10) gleich ist der Größe der zu bildenden Beutel.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließgruppe (10) parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung der Folie (110) herangeführt wird.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließgruppe (10) senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung der Folie (110) herangeführt wird.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Schließprofile (30, 40) während der Befestigung auf der Folie (110) in Eingriff (in geschlossener Lage) befinden.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließgruppe (10) in gleichmäßigem Abstand Vorab-Schweißstellen (60) aufweist, die eine Verbindung zwischen den komplementären Schließprofilen (30, 40) vor dem Heranführen auf der Maschine zur automatischen Bildung von Beuteln sicherstellt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Vorab-Schweißstellen (60) gleich der Größe der Beutel ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 21 oder 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Schließprofile (30, 40) zwischen dem Schieber (50) und einer der Vorab-Schweißstellen (60) in Eingriff (in geschlossener Stellung) und zwischen dem Schieber (50) und der anderen, benachbarten Vorab-Schweißstelle (60) außer Eingriff (in offener Stellung) befinden.
- Mit komplementären Schließprofilen (30, 40) ausgestatteter Beutel, der eine Schließgruppe (10) und eine die Wände des Beutels bildende Folie (110) aufweist, wobei die Schließgruppe (10) mit einem Schieber (50) zur Betätigung der Schließprofile (30, 40) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließgruppe (10) einen W-förmig ausgebildeten Tragebogen (20) aufweist, der einerseits ein inneres, U-förmiges Unverletzbarkeitsband (22) bildet, das auf seinen gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen (23, 24) jeweils mit komplementären Schließprofilen (30, 40) versehen ist, und andererseits seitliche, äußere Flügel (26, 28) bildet, die sich über Schließprofile (30, 40) und das innere, U-förmige Band (22) hinauserstrecken, wobei die Flügel (26, 28) auf der Folie (110) auf Höhe ihres freien Stückes (26a, 28a) befestigt sind.
- Beutel nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das U-förmige, innere Unverletzbarkeitsband (22) eine Linie aus vorab eingebrachten Einschnitten (25) besitzt.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber aus einer Sohle (52), die auf einer Hauptfläche zwei seitliche Flügel (54, 56) trägt, und aus einer mittigen Trennrippe (58) zusammengesetzt ist, die in Kombination mit den seitlichen Flügeln (54, 56) zwei je nach Betrachtungsrichtung konvergierende bzw. divergierende Gleitbahnen festlegt, die dazu bestimmt sind, jeweils eines der Profile (30, 40) aufzunehmen.
- Schließgruppe (10), die mit einem Schieber (50) zur Betätigung von Schließprofilen (30, 40) versehen ist, für die Herstellung von Beuteln nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen W-förmig ausgebildeten Tragebogen (20) aufweist, der einerseits ein inneres, U-förmiges Unverletzbarkeitsband (22) bildet, das auf seinen gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen (23, 24) jeweils mit komplementären Schließprofilen (30, 40) versehen ist, und andererseits seitliche, äußere Flügel (26, 28) bildet, die sich über Schließprofile (30, 40) und das innere, U-förmige Band (22) hinauserstrecken und dazu bestimmt sind, an den Wänden des Beutels auf Höhe ihrer freien Stücke (26a, 28a) befestigt zu werden.
- Baugruppe nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließgruppe (10) Vorab-Schweißstellen (60) aufweist, die eine Verbindung zwischen den komplementären Schließprofilen (30, 40) vor der Heranführung auf die automatische Maschine zur Bildung von Beuteln sicherstellt.
- Baugruppe nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Vorab-Schweißstellen (60) gleich der Größe der herzustellenden Beutel ist.
- Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 28 oder 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Schließprofile (30, 40) zwischen dem Schieber (50) und einer der Vorab-Schweißstellen (60) in Eingriff (in geschlossener Stellung) und zwischen dem Schieber (50) und der anderen, benachbarten Vorab-Schweißstelle (60) außer Eingriff (in offener Stellung) befinden.
- Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 27 bis 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das U-förmige, innere Unverletzbarkeitsband (22) eine Linie aus vorab eingebrachten Einschnitten (25) besitzt.
- Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 27 bis 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber aus einer Sohle (52), die auf einer Hauptfläche zwei seitliche Flügel (54, 56) trägt, und aus einer mittigen Trennrippe (58) zusammengesetzt ist, die in Kombination mit den seitlichen Flügeln (54, 56) zwei je nach Betrachtungsrichtung konvergierende bzw. divergierende Gleitbahnen festlegt, die dazu bestimmt sind, jeweils eines der Profile (30, 40) aufzunehmen.
