Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication automatique de sachets équipés de profilés de fermeture complémentaires (30, 40), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à
fournir à défilement au moins un film (110) adapté pour former les parois de sachets, fournir à défilement un ensemble de fermeture (10) comprenant une feuille support (20) conformée en W, constituant d'une part une bande d'inviolabilité en U interne (22) pourvue sur ses surfaces internes en regard (23, 24) respectivement de profilés de fermeture complémentaires (30, 40), et d'autre part des voiles latéraux externes (26, 28) qui s'étendent au-delà des profilés de fermeture (30, 40) et de la bande en U interne (22), l'ensemble de fermeture (10) étant de plus pré-équipé d'une série de curseurs (50) d'actionnement des profilés de fermeture (30, 40) répartis sur la longueur de l'ensemble de fermeture acheminé (30, 40), et fixer l'ensemble de fermeture (10) ainsi formé, par l'intermédiaire des voiles support latéraux externes (30, 40) sur le film (110) formant paroi du sachet.
