Claims (9)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une chemise de cylindre destinée à être utilisée dans l'alésage de cylindre d'un bloc moteur en pulvérisant à chaud un matériau de moulage sur un mandrin rotatif servant de corps de moulage, caractérisé en ce que le mandrin servant de corps de moulage pivote d'abord par rapport au moule à injection de manière constante, de sorte que lors de la pulvérisation, une couche d'épaisseur de paroi (2) définie, constante, est créée, et qu'ensuite le mandrin pivote périodiquement de manière inconstante par rapport au moule à injection, de sorte que des renforcements d'épaisseur de paroi (3, 3', 3", 3"') sont formés à des points périphériques définis.

Chemise de cylindre destinée à être utilisée dans l'alésage de cylindre d'un bloc moteur, pouvant être obtenue par le procédé selon la revendication 1, la chemise de cylindre étant fabriquée en pulvérisant à chaud un matériau de moulage sur un mandrin rotatif servant de corps de moulage en formant une paroi de cylindre, caractérisée en ce que la paroi de cylindre (2) présente des épaisseurs de paroi différentes dans le sens périphérique, de sorte que des renforcements d'épaisseur de paroi (3, 3', 3", 3''') sont formés partiellement.
  5. Chemise de cylindre selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les renforcements d'épaisseur de paroi (3, 3', 3", 3"') s'étendent dans le sens axial sur la longueur de la chemise de cylindre.
  6. Chemise de cylindre selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisée en ce que les renforcements d'épaisseur de paroi (3, 3', 3", 3"') sont formés comme des nervures.
  7. Chemise de cylindre selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les nervures sont raccordées en une seule pièce à la paroi du cylindre (2).
  8. Chemise de cylindre selon les revendications 6 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les nervures présentent un noyau intégré.
  9. Chemise de cylindre selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le noyau est formé comme une tige profilée (4, 5, 6) métallique.
