Definitions
- Such a carrier plate is described in DE 34 28 006 C2.
- an electrical module which carries a printed circuit, wherein this module has a table-shaped support part, which on its Surface is provided with elevations.
- These surveys too can be made elongated, serve in conjunction with an adjusting pin on the carrier part for precise alignment of the printed Circuit, the printed circuit having a bore for receiving it of the adjusting pin and by means of an adhesive and precisely defined Edition is fixed on the surveys in their target position.
- the Table-shaped support part is extremely complex and conditional a complex production.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a carrier plate To make the potentiometer as simple as possible, in terms of type and Way that not only simple assembly is given, but also storage is improved.
- the arrangement of spacers according to the invention on one One side of the carrier plate has the advantage that the bearing surface for the carrier plate are kept largely flat throughout can what, especially in a complex shaped support part of Advantage is.
- the spacers thus define an exact distance between the underside of the carrier plate and the surface of the carrier part, so that a simple and accurate assembly is possible without that additional adjustment tools or devices are required.
- the carrier plates by means of the spacers can be stacked on top of each other in order to make them available for further processing. This is particularly the case with the series production of detection devices or the like is advantageous because, for example, on a Treadmill one behind the other a variety of such carrier plates for continuous Assembly must be provided.
- these carrier plates after their manufacture using the existing spacers can be easily stacked on top of each other while also the removal of a stack of these carrier plates is no longer possible is.
- an automated stacking or Can be removed from the stack This prevents the carrier plates must be handled manually in order to avoid contamination to avoid (for example by traces of fat).
- the handling the carrier plates can, for example, by means of a gripper by means of negative pressure respectively.
- Such spacers are particularly advantageous if on the other side, i.e. facing away from the side on which the spacers are arranged, sensitive coatings applied are. Individuals are also omitted during transport and storage Spacers, which are stacked between the individual carrier plates should be placed. This will reduce it the cost of warehousing, especially for large series production very essential.
- the spacers are individual knobs attachable to the carrier plate.
- On one side of the carrier plate can, as already described, coatings such as conductor tracks, Grinder tracks or the like or electronic components be arranged.
- On the other hand after the backing plate has been made, attached individual knobs, wherein this attachment is, for example, injection molding of the individual Pimples, sticking or the like.
- This has the Advantage that due to the attachment of the individual knobs, all knobs or a part of them made of a different material than that of the carrier plate can exist.
- the choice of material is advantageously made in Dependence on the material of the support plate, so that on the one hand good attachment of the individual knobs to the carrier plate is guaranteed is.
- knobs are made of an elastically deformable Material exist and can take over a damping function.
- the spacers are individual knobs can be produced together with the carrier plate. This leads to manufacturing of carrier plate and knobs advantageously in a single Manufacturing process, so that simultaneously with the manufacture of the Base plate the knobs are already in place.
- the carrier plate with the individual knobs Plastic is made.
- a carrier plate made of plastic has the advantage that this represents an electrical insulator when on the surface of the Carrier plate conductor tracks, slip tracks and the like arranged and one or more voltages are applied.
- the spacers are used as contact surfaces educated.
- those designed as knobs Spacers are provided, which are larger than that Knobs are formed and thus the contact forces on a larger Spread out area.
- This is particularly beneficial when nearby such a support surface fasteners (for example screws or the like) are provided, by means of which the carrier plate the surface is fixed.
- the contact surfaces are arranged in the area of fastening bores, being due to a largely concentric arrangement around the mounting hole a good support and a secure Fixing the position of the carrier plate is achieved.
- a gluing of the carrier plate with the contact surface can be omitted in this case.
- the knobs and / or the contact surfaces can be used to that the support plate is glued to its base over these contact surfaces becomes. This saves compared to the full-surface gluing of the carrier plate with the pad to a substantial extent adhesive.
- the stacking the carrier plate in the magazine also has the advantage that automatically for further processing or for final assembly a carrier plate this from a suitably designed receiving device can be picked up.
- the further processing process can thus be carried out a carrier plate (for example coating with a conductor and / or Automate grinder tracks) or final assembly.
- the handling of the carrier plates by hand is thus avoided so that the carrier plates can no longer get dirty and complex cleaning processes before coating can be omitted.
- an empty magazine of a mounting device simply removed and a full magazine inserted again, this also the removal and the subsequent insertion process of a filled magazine can be automated.
- the magazine has webs or the like to fix the stacked carrier plates. Consequently on the one hand, there is a movement of the carrier plate within the magazine avoided; on the other hand, due to this fixation in position during removal a carrier plate from the magazine a position adjustment for the subsequent No further processing is required.
- outer contour points can also be used for the webs for fixing the position the carrier plate, which is attached to the interior of the magazine come used to fix the position.
- a mandrel or the like which receives the stacked carrier plates in the stacking direction and moved, so that they successively the magazine for further processing are removable.
- the carrier plate has a hole, a recess or the like or several of them, they can do so be used that the carrier plates through this hole or the like over the mandrel and for example on the floor of the magazine.
- this is advantageously used with a potentiometer either to record the position of the Throttle valve or to record the position of the accelerator pedal for power control an internal combustion engine.
- a potentiometer either to record the position of the Throttle valve or to record the position of the accelerator pedal for power control an internal combustion engine.
- the design of such Potentiometers is shown later in the figures, the invention is not limited to such a potentiometer, but for example also applies to other recording methods, for example inductive, magnetic, capacitive detection or the like.
- Figure 1 shows a position detection device in plan view.
- a Carrier plate 1 (printed circuit board) has a bore 2, for example Carrying out a shaft for a common drive.
- Reference numbers 3 and 4 are resistance tracks and with the reference numbers 5 and 6 designated grinding tracks.
- the arrangement shown in Figure 1 of resistance tracks 3, 4 and slip tracks 5, 6 is exemplary, with, for example, the resistance tracks and the loop tracks their arrangement can be reversed.
- Via further conductor tracks 7 are the resistance tracks 3, 4 and the loop tracks 5, 6 according to the design of the carrier plate 1 (for example also taking into account holes used for fastening serve the support plate 1) in an area in which a connection (for example contact finger 8) is present.
- Figure 2 shows a section through the position detection device, whereby the flat structure is clarified, which is particularly the case with one limited space is an advantage.
- Figures 3 to 6 show representations of a position transducer, wherein in Figure 3, a movable tap 9 is shown, the one end has round section 10 with which the movable tap 9 on a Shaft 11 (for example, a throttle valve shaft) arranged in a rotationally fixed manner is.
- a Shaft 11 for example, a throttle valve shaft
- an elongated section 12 is provided, one Intermediate carrier 13 has.
- the intermediate carrier 13 can firmly on the elongated section 12 are arranged in one piece with the elongated Section 12 be formed or movable for adjustment with the be elongated section 12 connected (for example by screwing). It is also conceivable to use the intermediate carrier 13 after the adjustment to glue the elongated portion 12 or the like.
- the intermediate carrier 13 each have a pair of wiper fingers 14 and 15, each having a pair of wiper fingers Resistance path and a loop path (3, 5 and 4, 6) bridged.
- FIG. 5 shows the underside of the intermediate carrier 13, where it can be seen that that the grinder finger pairs 14 and 15 via grinder finger carriers 16 and 17 are interconnected and by means of this grinder finger carrier 16 electrically isolated from the intermediate carrier 13 respectively the movable tap 9 are arranged on the intermediate carrier 13 (for example by riveting).
- the grinder finger pairs 14 and 15 are starting from the fulcrum around the shaft 11 (or the Hole 2) arranged one after the other on a line.
- Figure 6 shows a section through the intermediate carrier 13, recognizable is that the grinder finger pairs 14 and 15 including their grinder finger carriers 16 and 17 angled from the surface of the intermediate carrier 13 are arranged.
- the purpose of this is that the wiper finger pairs 14 and 15 after mounting the movable tap 9 on the shaft 11 and then parallel to the carrier plate 1 under spring action on the resistance tracks Press 3, 4 and the grinding tracks 5, 6.
- the Design of the movable tap 9 as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6 is shown, reference is made to the German utility model G 91 14 407.8, the design of such a movable tap in Figures 1 and 2 together with the associated figure description of the German Utility model is described.
- the constructive execution the movable tap is not limited to this embodiment, instead, all embodiments can be used that perform the same function.
- the invention naturally also relate to configurations in which the resistance tracks and the grinder tracks are designed as straight lines and the movable tap is not a rotary movement, but a linear movement performs.
- the carrier plate 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has an upper side 18 on which, for example, the resistance tracks 3, 4 and slip tracks 5, 6 and the conductor tracks 7 have been applied.
- On a The underside 19 is the carrier plate 1 with the spacers Provide knobs 20.
- the height of these knobs 20 depends on the geometric conditions. Is both the bottom 19 of the carrier plate 1 as well as the bearing surface for the carrier plate 1, which is not shown is, largely flat, this height of the knobs 20 can be low held (for example ⁇ 1 mm). However, are still on the bottom 19 of the carrier plate 1 or on the surface of the support surface electronic components or other surveys available, the height of the knobs 20 should be chosen correspondingly larger.
- knobs 20 in such are distributed over the underside 19 of the carrier plate 1 that a stable circulation is achieved.
- Nubs 20 can, for example, have another nub below of the area designated S1 can be provided.
- the spacers in the area of the mounting holes are additional 21 arranged, the carrier plate 1 by inserting a Screw through the mounting hole 21 into a corresponding receiving hole is fixed in position in the underlying support part. Conceivable is also that a threaded piece protrudes from this support part, then the carrier plate 1 via the mounting holes 21 on the Threaded pieces attached and fixed in place with a screwed nut becomes.
- Figure 1 shows bearing surfaces 22 which are concentric around the mounting holes 21 are arranged around.
- additional contact surfaces can be provided, which are circular, rectangular, square, arched, elliptical or the like are trained.
- the support surfaces 22 a largely round support surface in Area of the contact fingers 8 and an arcuate further contact surface in a partial area of the grinding track 5 (or somewhat in width going beyond) arranged.
- FIG. 7 shows a magazine 23 for holding several stacked one on top of the other Carrier plates 1, this magazine 23 having a plurality of webs 24 has such an extension that by means of these webs 24 the stacked support plates 1 are fixed in position.
- Figure 7 is a top view of the magazine 23 is shown, wherein it can be seen that the top 18 protrudes from FIG. 7.
- FIG. 8 shows a section through the magazine 23, it being possible to see that a plurality of carrier plates 1 are stacked one on top of the other this without damaging the surfaces of the individual carrier plates 1 (in particular their coated surfaces) by the inventive Spacers is possible.
- the magazine can be 25 are penetrated while a mandrel 26 is in relation to the magazine for example, arranged approximately in the middle of the magazine 23 is.
- the bottom support plate 1 when viewing FIG. 8 was over the mandrel 26, which is a guide, pushed and is now on the Sleeve 25, which has a larger in the area of the support surface Has diameter than the diameter of the bore 2 is. So can by moving the sleeve 25 in a feed direction 27 each top support plate 1 automatically or with an auxiliary device for Further processing can be removed.
- FIG. 9 shows the underside 19 of the carrier plate 1 again. being next to the bore 2 for the implementation of the throttle valve shaft the mounting holes 21 are again recognizable.
- the knobs 20 are distributed over such an area that it allows the carrier plates 1 to be substantially plane-parallel in the Magazine 23 can be stacked one above the other, the knobs the one carrier plate not on coated or otherwise sensitive Areas of the underlying carrier plate.
- the knobs are at least three knobs in the form of a tripod over the Surface of the support plate 1 arranged, with more than three knobs can be used, as shown using the example of four knobs 20 in FIG. 9 is.
- FIG. 10 shows the carrier plate 1 in dashed lines, with its underside 19 on at least one contact surface rests.
- three are different Shaped support surfaces 29 to 31 shown, on which the carrier plate 1 rests.
- the arrangement of the knobs 20 is over the surface of the underside 19 of the carrier plate 1 selected such that it does not lie in the area of the contact surfaces 29 to 31 come to rest so that after the underside 19 of the support plate 1 on the contact surfaces 29 to 31 the knobs 20 are not with the surface, from which the bearing surfaces 29 to 30 protrude come so that the knobs 20 in the installed state "in the air float "and in this case are no longer effective.
- Support surfaces 29 to 31 are part of a housing (or one Cover) of a throttle valve body, in which throttle valve body rotatably mounted on a throttle valve shaft Throttle valve is arranged, the throttle valve shaft through the Bore 2 of the support plate 1 protrudes.
- the contact surfaces 29 to 31, the Design does not prescribe the shapes shown in Figure 10, are available from the housing of the throttle body and for example after casting the housing by appropriate processing (for example milling) brought into a plane-parallel shape, so that for the carrier plate 1 several, at least one, plane-parallel surfaces for Edition is available. It is essential that the height of the contact surfaces 29 to 31 is at least slightly larger than the height of the knobs 20, so that they do not rest on the underlying surface come.
