Abstract
Description
Zur Herstellung der Palisaden wird nach der Idee der Erfindung Keramikmasse verwendet, die preisgünstig verfügbar und unter ökologischen Gesichtspunkten als besonders vorteilhaft anzusehen ist. Nach dem Brennen der mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren hergestellten Körper besitzen diese eine sehr große Härte und Abriebfestigkeit. Auch läßt sich eine hervorragende Frostbeständigkeit erzielen. Je nach Auswahl der Keramikmasse ergeben sich Palisaden mit unterschiedlicher farblicher Ausgestaltung, wobei die Alterungsbeständigkeit der Farben außerordentlich gut ist.

Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mit einem einstückig angeformten Boden versehenen rohrförmigen Körpers, insbesondere einer Palisade, aus einer plastischen Keramikmasse mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten:a) Der Körper wird durch Extrusion geformt.b) Zunächst wird der Boden geformt, indem Keramikmasse in ein Bodenformstück gepreßt wird.c) Nach Ausformung des Bodens wird die Wandung des Körpers geformt, indem das Bodenformstück und der Boden in Strömungsrichtung der Keramikmasse verfahren werden.d) Während des Verfahrens des Bodens wird einem im Inneren des Körpers entstehenden Hohlraum ein Fluid zugeführt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fluid ein Gas ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fluid durch mindestens eine Bohrung in einem Düsenkern zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fluid durch eine Kernhaltewelle und eine Speiche eines Pressenkreuzes zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fluid unter Druck zugeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines mit einem einstückig angeformten Boden (26) versehenen rohrförmigen Körpers, insbesondere einer Palisade, aus einer plastischen Keramikmasse, mit einer ringförmigen Extruderdüse (7), deren Düsenkern (8) mittels einer Halteeinrichtung fixiert ist, mindestens einer Fördereinrichtung (2, 3), mit der die Keramikmasse aus der Extruderdüse herauspressbar ist, und einem Bodenformstück (13), das von einer Startstellung, in der der Abstand einer dem Düsenkern (8) gegenüberliegenden Stützfläche des Bodenformstück (13) von einer Stirnfläche (21) des Düsenkerns (8) der Dicke des Bodens (26) des Körpers entspricht, in eine in Förderrichtung der Keramikmasse von der Extruderdüse (7) entfernt liegende Endstellung verfahrbar ist, wobei einem beim Verfahren des Bodenformstücks (13) im Inneren des Körpers entstehenden Hohlraum (28) ein Fluid zuführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fluid über eine Leitung durch den Düsenkern (8) zuführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung an oder in der als Kernhaltewelle (9) ausgebildeten Halteeinrichtung für den Düsenkern (8) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung in oder an einer Speiche (10) eines Pressenkreuzes verläuft, mit dem die Kernhaltewelle (9) gegenüber einem Gehäuse (12) der Fördereinrichtung (3) abgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bodenformstück (13) topfförmig ausgebildet und mit einer Ringnut (15) versehen ist, in die in der Startstellung des Bodenformstücks (13) ein dem Auspreßquerschnitt der Extruderdüse (7) angepaßter Düsenring (16) eingreift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kragenteil (22) des Bodenformstücks (13) in dessen Startstellung den Düsenring (16) im wesentlichen spielfrei umgreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum (28) in dem Körper mit einem unter Druck stehenden Fluid beaufschlagbar ist.
