Description
The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for producing a essential cylindrical body, in particular a palisade, as used in the garden and Landscaping is used. Such palisades are usually included part of their length sunk in the ground and serve to separate traffic areas to planted areas or various traffic areas or planted areas with each other. Often, those separated from each other Surfaces at different levels, so that with the help of such palisades have graded areas created.
Such palisades are made of wood, for example. To be as large as possible To ensure their lifespan, they are exposed to weather conditions Wooden palisades usually impregnated with a pressure vessel. The used for impregnation Substances that infest the palisades with insects, fungi or the like should prevent, however, are to be regarded as critical from an environmental point of view. This is especially true because wooden palisades impregnated in this way after Exceeding their lifespan usually decay and therefore not controlled can be disposed of.
Alternatively, concrete blocks in the form of palisades are also made. Around To give these an attractive appearance, the concrete is given a desired Provided dye. However, these dyes have not proven to be very resistant to aging proven so that after a longer period of time with a fading of the Concrete palisades can be expected. Furthermore you comparatively occur in the concrete palisades rough outer appearance as well as their high weight the solid design in appearance.
The invention has for its object a method for producing a cylindrical Body, especially a palisade, to propose that from an ecological compatible, aging and weather resistant material and also meets high aesthetic standards.
The method according to the invention makes use of the principle of extrusion, with which elongated bodies can be produced in a simple manner from a plastic starting mass. By adapting the extrusion cross section, differently shaped bodies can be produced in a simple manner. In this way, palisades can be realized, for example, with a round, oval or any square cross-section or combinations of the aforementioned shapes. The length of the extruded body can also be changed as desired, since the extrusion of a coherent body is continued until it has reached the desired length.
For the manufacture of the palisades, ceramic mass is used according to the idea of the invention, which is available at low cost and is particularly advantageous from an ecological point of view. After firing the bodies produced using the method according to the invention, they have a very high hardness and abrasion resistance. Excellent frost resistance can also be achieved. Depending on the selection of the ceramic mass, palisades with different colors are created, whereby the aging resistance of the colors is extremely good.
Since the palisades produced according to the invention have a cavity inside, Their weight is comparatively low, which makes them easy to use Transport and installation results.
Due to the supply of a fluid in the cavity formed inside the palisade prevents the wall of the body due to the effect of the atmospheric Air pressure is deformed. Rather, the fluid supply ensure a pressure equalization between the inside and the outside of the palisade, so that with the method according to the invention body exactly with the desired one Have geometry produced, even if the length of the body of it Thickness exceeds several times and the wall is comparatively thin.
A gas is advantageously used as the fluid. As a rule, the use is likely of air is the easiest and cheapest way.
According to an embodiment of the method according to the invention, it is proposed that that the fluid is supplied through at least one bore in a nozzle core becomes.
A further development consists of fluid through a core holding shaft and a spoke to feed a press cross.
In certain applications - especially with a large volume of resulting cavity, a high extrusion speed and small Supply cross sections for the fluid - it makes sense to supply the latter under pressure.
A device according to the invention for producing an integrally molded Floor-provided tubular body made of a plastic ceramic mass has an annular extruder nozzle, the nozzle core of which by means of a holding device is fixed. Furthermore, the device is with a conveyor provided with which the ceramic mass can be pressed out of the extruder nozzle. Moreover there is a bottom fitting from a starting position in which the Distance of a support surface of the base molding opposite the nozzle core from an end face of the nozzle core corresponds to the thickness of the bottom of the body, in a direction away from the extruder nozzle in the conveying direction of the ceramic mass lying end position is movable. One is in the process of moving the bottom molding A fluid can be supplied in the interior of the cavity.
With the device described above, the invention Carry out procedures with simple means. The device allows production of bodies provided with an internal cavity without their walls deviates from the desired shape due to the effect of atmospheric pressure.
The fluid can advantageously be supplied via a line through the nozzle core.
An embodiment of the device according to the invention is that the Line on or in the holding device designed as a core holding shaft for the nozzle core runs.
Developing the invention further, it is provided that the line in or on a Spoke of the press cross with which the core holding shaft runs opposite one Housing of the conveyor is supported. Then the line is useful passed through the housing itself to the exterior of the device.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is proposed that that the bottom molding is pot-shaped and provided with an annular groove is in the in the starting position of the bottom fitting a the squeeze cross section nozzle ring adapted to the extruder nozzle engages.
In this way, a reliable sealing of the base molding can be done in a simple manner can be achieved so that palisades can be made without burrs in the head area.
The guidance of the bottom molding in relation to the extruder nozzle can be continued improve if a collar part of the bottom molding in its starting position Grips nozzle ring essentially without play.
Finally, it is also provided that compressed air can be applied to the cavity in the body is to even with large cavity volumes and extrusion speeds in connection with comparatively small cross sections of the feed line to achieve a pressure equalization that is not delayed.
