Claims (29)
- Montageeinheit für Sanitäreinrichtungen, insbesondere in Form von WC, Waschtisch, Badewanne, Dusche, Bidet, Urinal und dergleichen,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine zentrale Trägersäule (1) mit zumindest zwei winklig zueinander verlaufenden oder parallel und insbesondere diametral zueinander versetzten Anschlußbereichen mit ebener, gewinkelter und/oder gekrümmter Befestigungsfläche (3, 5, 7). - Montageeinheit nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trägersäule (1) einerseits zumindest einen an eine ebene Befestigungsfläche (3) angrenzenden Innenbereich (10) zur Aufnahme einer WC-Spüleinheit (2) und andererseits bevorzugt zumindest einen als Versorgungsschacht (1) ausgebildeten oder dienenden Innenbereich (10) zur Aufnahme von Abwasser- und/oder Versorgungsleitungen (9) aufweist. - Montageeinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,

daß zumindest eine Außenwand (12) der Trägersäule (1) zur Wandanbindung ausgebildet ist oder die Trägersäule (1) zur freistehenden Montage im Raum zumindest bodenseitig mit Elementen zur Befestigung auf einer Rohbetondecke, auf Estrich oder einem Holzfußboden versehen ist, wobei einsatzabhängig für die Trägersäule (1) auch ein Raumdeckenanschluß vorgesehen sein kann. - Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die einen Grundbaustein der Trägersäule (1) bildende WC-Spüleinheit (2) rohrförmig gestaltet oder der Innenkontur ihres insbesondere dreieckig ausgebildeten Aufnahmeraums formmäßig angepaßt ist. - Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehende Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trägersäule (1) eine im Querschnitt rechteckige, dreieckige oder aus einer Kombination von Dreiecken und/oder Rechtecken bestehende Außenkontur besitzt. - Montageeinheit nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trägersäule (1) aus einer Rahmenkonstruktion, insbesondere aus miteinander verbundenen und vorzugsweise verschweißten Elementen, insbesondere Vierkantrohren besteht und zumindest zum Teil zur Höheneinstellung teleskopier- und arretierbar ausgeführt ist. - Montageeinheit nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trägersäule (1) in Modulbauweise aus vorgebbaren Sanitäreinrichtungen zugeordneten Teileinheiten zusammensetzbar ist. - Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die unterschiedlichen Sanitäreinrichtungen zugeordneten Bereiche der Trägersäule (1) unterschiedliche Höhe besitzen. - Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Sanitäreinrichtungen mit von der vorgesehenen Befestigungsfläche abweichender Anschlußfläche über Zwischenträgerelemente (15) an der Trägersäule (1) anbringbar sind. - Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sowohl die Trägersäule (1) hinsichtlich ihrer Abstütz- und Befestigungselemente als auch die in und an ihr vorgesehenen Elemente, Armaturen und Leitungen körperschallentkoppelt ausgeführt und angebracht sind. - Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Außenflächen der insbesondere in Skelettbauweise ausgeführten Trägersäule (1) mit Trägerflächen für Wandverkleidungen beplankbar ausgeführt sind. - Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Trägersäule (1) zusätzlich zu den sanitären Anschlußleitungen auch elektrische Anschlußleitungen integriert sind und daß die Trägersäule (1) jeweils zentral zusammengefaßte Außenanschlüsse für die intern verzweigten Leitungsarten aufweist. - Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Trägersäule (1) körperschallentkoppelt über mehrere Stockwerke erstreckt. - Montageeinheit für Sanitärräume, insbesondere für Bäder mit Dusche- oder Badewanne und WC,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine im Querschnitt zumindest wesentlichen dreieckige Trägereinheit (21) mit integriertem, insbesondere rohrförmigem oder dem Innenraum der Trägereinheit (21) zumindest zum Teil formmäßig angepaßtem Speicherbehälter (23) und ebener Befestigungsfläche (24) für den WC-Körper (22) sowie einer Einbauwanne (20) mit raumseitig vertikaler Begrenzungsfläche (25), wobei die dreieckige Einheit (21) in dem rechten Winkel zwischen einer Wannenbegrenzungsfläehe (25) und einer Raumwandung (26) angeordnet ist, wobei vorzugsweise zumindest die Entsorgungsleitung (26) für die Trägereinheit (21) innerhalb der Wannenverkleidung verläuft. - Montageeinheit für Sanitäreinrichtungen, insbesondere in Form von WC, Waschtisch, Badewanne, Dusche, Bidet, Urinal, Rohrleitungen u.dgl.,
gekennzeichnet durch
zumindest ein wenigstens bodenseitig befestigbares Fundament (30), an dem wenigstens zwei vertikal verlaufende Modulträger (31) befestigt sind, und zumindest einem mit den Modulträgern (31) form- und/oder kraftschlüssig kuppelbaren Funktionsmodul (32), das zusammen mit Fundament (30) und Modulträgern (31) einen Stabilverbund bildet. - Montageeinheit nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Funktionsmodule (32) zumindest zum Teil eine mehreckige, insbesondere dreieckige Umfangskontur besitzen und die tragenden Elemente der Funktionsmodule (32) als Hohlprofile (33) ausgebildet und vorzugsweise in Eckbereichen der Funktionsmodule (32) angeordnet sind. - Montageeinheit nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hohlprofile (33) mit den Modulträgern (31) über form- und/oder kraftschlüssige Steck-Klemmverbindungen (34) kuppelbar sind und bevorzugt an den Modulträgern (31) in ihrem Abstand zum Fundament (30) einstellbar befestigbar sind. - Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest eine Wandung der Hohlprofile (33) mit Längsschlitzen (37) und/oder Bohrungen für den Durchtritt von zur Verklemmung mit einem Modulträger (31) dienenden Befestigungselementen versehen ist. - Montageeinheit nach Anspruch 16 oder 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Seitenflächen (35) der Funktionsmodule (32) unter einem Winkel von etwa 90° zueinander verlaufen. - Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an den Fundamenten (30) Modulträger (31) unterschiedlicher Höhe angebracht sind und insbesondere zumindest ein Teil der Modulträger (31) am zugehörigen Fundament (30) an unterschiedlichen Positionen bevorzugt verstellbar befestigt ist. - Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Fundament (30) aus langgestreckten Fundamentelementen besteht und die flachstabförmig ausgebildeten Modulträger (31) mit ihrer Stirnfläche unter vorgebbaren Winkeln zur Längsachse der Fundamentelement an diesen befestigt sind. - Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hohlprofile (33) mit Stabilisierungselementen (41) kuppelbar und über diese Stabilisierungselemente (41) Funktionsmodule (32) untereinander und/oder mit einer Wandung (36) verbindbar sind. - Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fundamente (30) aus geradlinigen und/oder gekrümmt oder flächig ausgebildeten Fundamentelementen bestehen, die insbesondere unter vorgebbaren Winkeln relativ zueinander fixierbar sind. - Montageeinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Bildung einer Montageeinheit oder Trägersäule ein Fundament (30) mit zwei geraden, unter einem spitzen Winkel, insbesondere einem Winkel von 45° verlaufenden Fundamentelementen vorgesehen und über deren Systemträger (31) mit mehreren Funktionsmodulen (32) gekuppelt ist, wobei ein Funktionsmodul (32) im spitzwinkligen Eckbereich zwischen den beiden Fundamentelementen angeordnet und mit Systemträgern (31) beider Fundamentelemente verbunden ist. - Montageeinheit nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 16 bis 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Bildung einer Montageeinheit oder Trägersäule ein Fundament (30) mit zwei geraden, unter einem spitzen Winkel, insbesondere einem Winkel von 45° verlaufenden und sich mit ihren beabstandeten Enden bis zu einer Wandung (36) erstreckenden Fundamentelementen und einem weiteren, kürzer ausgebildeten Fundamentelement vorgesehen ist, das sich senkrecht zu dem bezüglich der Wandung (36) schräg verlaufenden Fundamentelementen nach außen erstreckt und in seinen beiden Endbereichen jeweils einen Modulträger (31) aufweist, und daß der diesen beiden Modulträgern (31) zugeordnete dritte Modulträger zur Aufnahme eines Funktionselements (32) am freien Ende des im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Wandung (36) verlaufenden Fundamentelements vorgesehen ist. - Montageelement nach Anspruch 25 oder 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein zusätzliches kurzes Fundamentelement mit dem senkrecht zur Wandung (36) verlaufenden Fundamentelement rechtwinklig verbunden ist und sich mit Abstand zur Wandung (36) nach innen erstreckt. - Montageelement nach den Ansprüchen 24 bis 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das schräg zur Wandung (36) verlaufende Fundamentelement an seinem wandseitigen Endbereich über Modulträger (31) mit einem WC-Funktionsmodul (32) gekoppelt und das Funktionsmodul (32) wandseitig fixiert ist. - Montageeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das senkrecht zur Wandung (36) verlaufende Fundamentelement ein als Träger für eine Dusch- oder Wannenarmatur ausgebildetes Funktionsmodul (32) aufnimmt.
