Definitions
- the invention relates to the arrangement of a blade separator for the crushing and separation of breakable Material, especially for soil and soil preparation, on a carrier device, preferably on a wheel loader or a hydraulic excavator.
- Blade separators are known. They are used as accessories and special equipment for wheel loaders and excavators for screening, Loading, refilling and also used for soil improvement.
- DE 93 04 186 U is a screen breaker for Described blade separator, which has a housing designed as a bucket, the Rear wall is designed as a crushing sieve and in the Separate the breakable material in parallel and in the operating position rotating substantially horizontal Hollow shafts with an axial distance from each other these rotatably arranged separation disks and crusher elements are arranged.
- blade separators are usually via an adapter link, usually an adapter plate with the carrier device connected.
- This adapter plate is in one to the Rear wall of the blade separator adjacent area the same firmly connected to this, so that the crusher the processed material is free for the exit, and is on the side of the carrier device with an actuator for pivoting the same relative to the carrier device connected.
- Such a blade separator is used for filling pivoted into a filling position by the carrier device, in which the rear wall of the blade separator in is aligned substantially vertically, and by the carrier device with high energy in the pile of the to be processed Material pushed in, being through the actuator a slight swiveling of the blade separator is carried out upwards.
- the blade separator After filling, the blade separator is brought into a separation position given above the filling position, in which the rear wall and thus the crusher sieve are arranged essentially horizontally, so that the material prepared after commissioning the crusher means can escape freely downwards. Due to the position of the adapter plate above the rear wall and the crusher sieve in the filling position in this arrangement, a large lever arm (swivel arm) and a correspondingly large torque for pivoting the blade separator relative to the carrier device or a holding arm connected thereto are given and a corresponding one great force is required to pivot the filled bucket separator. In order to counteract the twisting that occurs in the blade separator, this must be designed accordingly, which is associated with a higher use of material.
- This task is in an arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1 solved by its characterizing features.
- the blade separator In the filling position, the blade separator lies with its rear opening in the area in which the separating means are arranged and form the crushing sieve against the adapter member, and in the separating position it is pivoted away from it.
- the adapter member can be arranged in the lowest possible position in relation to the scoop separator and the carrier device when the scoop separator is in the filling position.
- this arrangement has the advantage that the blade separator can also be pivoted into a separation position close to the ground. Furthermore, the arrangement has the advantage that the rear opening and thus the crusher screen are covered by the adapter member in the filling position. In the separation position, in which the blade separator is pivoted away from the adapter member, this can take over the function of an impact member for material emerging from the crusher screen and thrown in the direction of the carrier device, whereby the arrangement according to the invention advantageously contributes to accident protection.
- the adapter member can preferably be designed as a closed adapter plate and can be arranged in the filling position essentially vertically and in the immediate vicinity of the ground.
- the blade separator is preferably held in the region of the upper edge of the adapter plate so as to be pivotable about an essentially horizontal axis in order to ensure a large pivoting angle for the blade separator.
- the swivel bracket for the blade separator can be formed in a simple manner hinge-like from at least two bearing blocks arranged at a horizontal distance on the upper edge of the adapter element and engaging and horizontally aligned bearing bolts or pins on which or with which the blade separator can be rotated is attached to your adapter link.
- the bearing blocks, the tabs on the blade separator for carrying out the bearing bolts or the holder for the bearing pins and these can be fastened by means of welded connections.
- the pivoting means can engage on a side of the pivoting holder facing away from the rear opening on the blade separator, on which a wall of the blade separator housing arranged at an obtuse angle relative to the rear is formed. This arrangement minimizes the effort for the pivoting means. At least two levers are expediently arranged on this wall at a horizontal distance for the articulation of the pivoting means, so that the blade separator can be pivoted relative to the adapter plate without distortion.
- the swiveling means can be pneumatic or hydraulic piston-cylinder units, which are less susceptible to contamination and which lock the blade separator in a simple manner when not in use or when driving empty.
- the piston-cylinder units can be articulated in the lower region of the adapter member either laterally on this or on the side facing the carrier device on appropriately arranged holders.
- the articulation of the piston-cylinder units between the adapter member and the blade separator has the advantage that the latter, the adapter member and the swiveling means mentioned can form a structural unit.
- This unit, equipped with appropriate arrangement means for a swivel bracket, can be used on various types of carrier devices.
- the blade separator according to the invention is used for filling by the carrier device and by actuating the Swiveling means pivoted into a filling station in which the Adapter link has a vertical position and is located close to the ground and in which the blade separator with its Back is applied. Then the carrier device with high energy in the pile of the to be processed Material pressed in and then by actuation the pivot means pivoted away from the adapter member, wherein the rear opening and thus the crushing sieve released be pivoted into a separation position, in which arranged the crushing screen essentially horizontally is.
- the adapter member can also be used pivoted by the actuator relative to the carrier device be so that the blade separator at its Front is raised.
- the adapter link by its arrangement on support arms or on one Boom of a carrier device lifted off the ground and in a desired separation layer is placed opposite the ground become.
- FIG. 1 shows a wheel loader 1 as a carrier device with a this arranged blade separator 2 shown.
- This is on an adapter plate 3 about a horizontal axis A pivoted and around this between a filling position I and a separation position II pivotally arranged.
- the blade separator 2 has in a known manner hollow shafts 4 arranged parallel to one another in the axial direction Distance to each other on this non-rotatably arranged separation discs and breaker elements (not shown), those in the area of a rear opening as a separating agent serve for material to be broken.
- position I is the blade separator 2 with its rear opening to the adapter plate 3, which in this position essentially vertical and reaching down to the ground is arranged.
- the adapter plate 3 is parallel on two and by means of spaced support arms 5 hinged to this trained link bracket 6 and with a hydraulic piston-cylinder arrangement 7 as an actuator connected for a tilting movement in the area arranged between the support arms 5 and at one on the Adapter plate 3 arranged lever 8 is articulated.
- Fig. 2 shows the arrangement of the link plates 6 and the lever 8th
- the swivel bracket for the blade separator 2 is composed of two bearing blocks 9, which are arranged at a distance on the upper edge of the adapter plate 3, and in these hinge-like by means of a bearing bolt 10, which are movably supported and, at the same time, firmly connected to the blade separator 2, bearing and stabilizing webs 11 for the latter formed (Fig.2).
- These piston-cylinder units are each arranged laterally next to the adapter plate 3 and articulated in the lower region thereof, represented by the axis C.
- the blade separator 2 is in position II in a separation position II. In this position it is from the adapter plate 3 pivoted upward so that its back Opening and the hollow shafts 4 (part of the separating means) arranged in a substantially horizontal plane are. The opening is free.
- FIG. 3 is a side view of an assembly according to the invention, arranged on the boom 15 of a hydraulic excavator, shown.
- the from an adapter plate 3, one according to the above-described version of this Bucket separator 2, which can be pivoted about axis A and pivoting means 14 for this existing unit has a pivotable arrangement on the boom 15 Console 16, which is attached to the adapter plate 3.
- As an actuator for pivoting the adapter plate 3 is a piston-cylinder unit 17 between the boom 15 and the console 16 arranged.

Abstract
Description
- FIG.1:
- FIG.2:
