Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Steuern des Anpreßdrucks der um ihre Achsen (13, 14) rotierbaren Walzen (1, 2) eines Quetschwerks (7),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Anpreßdruck der Walzen (1, 2) unmittelbar durch Einstellung von deren Achsabstand (11) gesteuert wird. - Verfahren zum Beschlichten einer Fadenschar (8) mit mindestens einem Schlichteabteil zum Kontaktieren des Garns der Schar mit Schlichteflotte (10) und mindestens einem Schlichtequetschwerk (7), das gegeneinander gepreßte Walzen (1, 2) umfaßt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Anpreßdruck der Walzen (1, 2) unmittelbar durch Einstellung von deren Achsabstand (11) gesteuert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Achsabstand (11) durch Wegaufnehmer oder durch Inkremente der Drehbewegung einer Hubspindel (12) oder dergleichen gemessen wird. - Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum Einstellen des Achsabstands (11) ein mechanisches Hubgetriebe vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum Einstellen des Achsabstands (11) mindestens eine Gewindespindel (12) vorgesehen ist.
