Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zum Sortieren von Gut, insbesondere Taumelsiebmaschine;1.1 mit einem Gehäuse;1.2 mit wenigstens einem Sortiersieb:1.3 mit einem Einlaß für das zu sortierende Gut;1.4 mit wenigstens einem Auslaß für den Gutstoff;1.5 mit einem weiteren Auslaß für den Rückstand; gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:1.6 wenigstens in den Gutstoffauslässen ist ein berührungsloser Sensor zum Erfassen des Durchsatzes von Gutstoff vorgesehen;1.7 der Sensor erzeugt jeweils ein Signal bei Erreichen eines oberen und/oder unteren Extremwertes des Durchsatzes;1.8 die Extremwerte sind einstellbar;1.9 mit einer oder mehreren der folgenden Einrichtungen, die durch die Extremwert-Signale gesteuert werden:einer Einrichtung zum Anzeigen des Extremwertes;einer Einrichtung zum Abschalten der Siebvorrichtung oder gewisser ihrer Funktionen;einer Einrichtung zum Auswerten und/oder Regeln des Gutstoffstromes.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der berührungslose Sensor ein kapazitiver Sensor ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Produktweiche zum Ausschleusen eines Teilstromes aus dem Gutstoffstrom vorgesehen ist, und daß eine leitende Verbindung zwischen der Produktweiche und wenigstens einem der Sensoren vorgesehen ist.
